Dandicus Dancifer, more commonly referred to as just Dandy, is a character from the Dandy's World fandom.

Dandy is a non-purchasable all-5★ Main Character Toon that can only be played by the current and future developers of Dandy's World. As for his NPC self, he possesses a shop both in the Lobby (where people can purchase Trinkets, Skins, and non-event Toons from) and in the Elevator (where players can buy a selection of three random items with Tapes during runs).
Twisted[]
If you don't buy from his shop for a long period of time, Dandy has a chance of appearing as a Twisted. In his Twisted form, he is capable of oneshotting Toons regardless of how many hearts they are on. Additionally, he is immediately alerted of the location of any machine that has been finished.
