DarkWhip is the slash ship between Dark Choco Cookie and Whipped Cream Cookie from the Cookie Run fandom.

Cookie Run: OvenBreak[]
In Cookie Run: OvenBreak, both characters are polar opposites. Dark Choco Cookie is the more dark and mysterious person, while Whipped Cream Cookie is the more light-hearted person. However, Dark Choco Cookie and Whipped Cream Cookie have no interactions with each other at all. This means that there's no way to distinguish their relationship in canon. The community sparked up this ship, not the game.
Now, onto the similarities about the two. One similarity about both characters is that they both have a relationship chart with a legendary cookie, Whipped Cream having Millennial Tree Cookie, and Dark Choco having Dark Enchantress Cookie. Another similarity is that their alt costume are both light-colored (both have white on their outfits). A third similarity is that the names of the cookies are both milk/dairy products. The final similarity is that they both like a type of Solid Sugar Crystals (not the same exact item, but same item with a different color).
Now, for the differences about the two. One difference about the two is that they both have different personalities, meaning Dark Choco usually has dark thoughts, while Whipped Cream finds joy in lots of things. Dark Choco also seems to be the more reserved type, whereas Whipped Cream is more outgoing. Another difference is their roles in the game. Dark Choco is on the opposing team, being a villain in the game's story, while Whipped Cream may be part of the protagonists team. The third, and final, difference is that Dark Choco has appeared in one more game than Whipped Cream, that game being Cookie Run: Kingdom, where he plays a bigger role in the game's story.

DarkWhip don't interact with each other at all in the game. This is probably due to the fact that the developers of the game had no intent of the two to know each other and have a relationship chart on the two. This would mean that most, if not all, of the shipping came from the fandom itself. DarkWhip may have started when comparing both opposites to each other to make a cute couple.
Even though they don't interact as much, DarkWhip is a fairly popular ship within the community, gaining lots of fanart of it. Though a lot of it's popularity died down after 2019. One way it may have gotten popular is simply because of their differing personalities and aesthetics. Another way this ship may have started is due to Dark Choco's description in Cookie Run: Ovenbreak that states "dark clouds and thunderstorms follow this ill-fated Cookie", whereas Whipped Cream's description states "(his) smile is so gentle and serene, it can calm the most furious storm." This led to people coming up with connections and comparisons between the two.
People may have also started shipping the two is because of the way they think the two would interact with each other. Seeing that Dark Choco is a knight, he'd probably do his best to try and protect cookies, such as Whipped Cream, around him. On the other hand, Whipped Cream is a ballet dancer, which led to a lot of the fanart of the two featuring Whipped Cream dancing with Dark Choco. Since Dark Choco is a prince, some fans have come up with the idea that Whipped Cream could've performed in his kingdom at some point in time. But these are all just ideas and theories, and no hints to them knowing each other are ever stated in the games.
