Dark Fountain is the poly ship between Sunny, Kel and Mikhael from the Omori fandom.
Canon[]
Mikhael generally sees Kel as his rival. On the day Sunny comes out of his house, he and Kel first encounter Mikhael with the rest of the Hooligans, including Aubrey, who they see bullying Basil. Mikhael and the rest of the Hooligans back off after Sunny attacks Aubrey with a knife. Later, they again encounter Mikhael after being directed to him by Angel while trying to obtain Aubrey's whereabouts. Because of this, Kel is not as patient with Mikhael, getting into a fight with Mikhael and refusing to call him by his preferred name, "The Maverick", despite Mikhael promising to tell Kel Aubrey's location if Kel does. During the fight, one of Mikhael's possible attacks is to smile at them seductively, reducing their attack. After the fight, Mikhael still refuses to give Aubrey's location, and Kel convinces Sunny to leave Mikhael alone and move on.
Later, Sunny and Kel come across Mikhael at Faraway Park. He then challenges Kel to a race in order to "redeem" himself for his earlier defeat. Kel decides to humour Mikhael and races him. Even though Kel says Mikhael can use his scooter, the latter refuses, telling Kel not to "patronize" him. Kel wins the race. Mikhael then challenges him to a rematch. However, Kel, noticing that he is out of breath, refuses. He instead reassures Mikhael, telling him that he did great.
A day later, Kel and Sunny come across Mikhael, along with the rest of the Hooligans, attempting to force Basil out of the Hangout Spot. Sunny and Kel then get into a fight with them. During this fight Mikhael may wink at them, reducing his damage. After the fight, Mikhael and the rest of the Hooligans, save for Aubrey, leave the Hangout Spot. Despite fighting each other several times, they aren't on bad terms. Mikhael, along with the rest of the Hooligans will leave flowers for Sunny at the hospital.
Despite fighting Kel and Sunny on multiple occasions, he doesn't harbour any grudge towards them. Kel also states that Mikhael, along with the rest of the Hooligans, are good-hearted people.
Fanon[]
The ship is quite rare, even when taking into account that it is a poly ship. It is largely overshadowed by ships such as Sunflower, Baseball Bat or Sunburn, as well as Suntan, one of its constituent ships. Its other constituent ships, Sunbleached and Goldenrush, are already quite rare as Mikhael is a side character. There is some fanart of the ship on twitter. However, the ship currently has no fan fiction on AO3.
