Datablade is the het ship between Ai.Mi and Zentaro from the Omega Strikers fandom.

Zentaro first met Ai.Mi after his journey to Ahten City. His journey was a long one. He was mystified by the fact that in this big city humans and oni lived together in harmony. There was no hate, fear, or mistrust between them. Zentaro resolved that he'd find a way to get his elderly parents to Ahten, but first he need to earn enough money to buy a place for them to stay and to fund their long journey. He met Ai.Mi and the two made an instant, albeit unlikely, friendship. She convinced Zentaro to use his talents with his sword playing Corestrike with her, and that the two would earn fame and fortune by doing so.
Ai.Mi was treated as a novelty by the general public, a cute attraction to take pictures with rather than a human to be taken seriously. That was until she met Zentaro, a boy from a backwater village who hadn't grown up using the Ai.Mi app. Ai.Mi found his naivete endearing and the two struck up an unlikely friendship. Zentaro is happy to have found a city that accepts him and a friend who will stand by him. Now he just need to complete his mission and bring his parents to Ahten.

Fanon[]
Datablade is a very popular ship in the fandom for various reasons. For one, Zentaro was the first person to treat Ai.Mi like a real person and not an app. Datablade rivals GlitchWitch, another popular ship between Era and Ai.Mi.
A common idea in fanworks is Zentaro being oblivious to Ai.Mi's acts of affection. Another idea is Ai.Mi disliking Zentaro's presence at first, but overtime grows fonder of him and eventually develops a crush. In most fanworks, the duo is aged up and already in a relationship or stuck in a situationship.
Some fans interpret their relationship as platonic, and others make the argument that Zentaro is a minor. However, some fans have refuted this argument by claiming that because Ai.Mi is a digital app, she is ageless, and it is ultimately up to the player.
