Didgette is the het ship between DJ and Bridgette from the Total Drama fandom.

Bridgette and DJ stop Leshawna from fighting Harold
In the first episode, "Not So Happy Campers - Part 1," Bridgette and DJ help break up a fight. This is when Leshawna attempts to fight Harold, and the two immediately run to help. Before Leshawna can pounce on Harold, Bridgette and DJ hold her back. They continued to hold her back, despite her continuous attempts to break free to cause harm. Eventually, they release her once Chris tells them to settle down, and they all retreat to their spots on the dock.
Later in the episode, they are both placed on the "Killer Bass." In the next episode, "Not So Happy Campers - Part 2," Bridgette asks who'd like to jump off the cliff first. DJ, along with all the other campers, don't seem particularly thrilled about jumping. During the crate opening part of the challenge, DJ and Bridgette, along with Duncan, Eva, and Tyler, seem shocked at Courtney jumping at them. It can be assumed that they both voted for Ezekiel in that episode.
In "Not Quite So Famous," DJ auditions for the talent show by doing a ribbon dance. Bridgette, as well as everyone on team "Killer Bass" (except Courtney) are mesmerized by his talent. When the team decides, Bridgette says she guesses it's Geoff, "DJ's ribbon thing," and Courtney's solo. Later, DJ says that Bridgette standing on her hands for 20 minutes is "virtually impossible." During the show, Bridgette and DJ both earn two points from Chef.
Fanon[]
This ship is not super popular throughout the fandom. However, the people who know about it normally don't ship it. This is because some people see them as a family relationship, while some just see them better as friends. Didgette may also not be popular because of the canon ship Gidgette, as well as numerous Bridgette and DJ ships for different people. There is also the fact that some people just prefer DJ to be single, rather than ship him with anyone from the show.
However, people do like this ship as well. One of the reasons Didgette is liked by some is because people like the fact that they're both sweet and caring. Another reason is that they're both animal lovers, and have similar personalities. Fans also liked seeing their friendship in season one, and a little bit in other seasons as well. Some fans believe that if the aforementioned Gidgette had not existed, then Didgette would be a good alternative.
