Dinah is looking at the news report on Laurel, when Felicity comes up to her and asks if the manhunt is a little harsh. Dinah says that Laurel killed someone, but Felicity says it's only allegedly. Dinah points out all the DNA at the scene, but Felicity points out that Laurel is too smart to leave evidence behind. Dinah says that Hernandez dying helped her win her case, but Felicity insists that she hasn't killed anyone. Pointing out that she hasn't done so since becoming D.A., telling Dinah that they've both seen how much she's changed. Dinah says that Laurel obviously hasn't, and that Laurel might be Felicity's friend, but Laurel is Black Siren. A ruthless killer, nothing like the real Laurel. Felicity says that they should be helping her, not hunting her, but Dinah says that they'll bring her to justice instead.

Dinah enters the bunker, and Felicity immediately tells her that Emiko is the real killer not Laurel. Dinah asks what she's talking about, and Felicity explains how Emiko was able to do it. Dinah says that it still doesn't change anything, and Felicity says that it does. Dinah says that Laurel's back to being Black Siren and reveals she stole 100 grand from the mob. Felicity assumes Laurel is skipping town, and Dinah reveals that Laurel also now has a partner. Felicity says that there needs to be an explanation, and Dinah says that she and Laurel had been previously building a case against the person Laurel stole from. Felcitiy says that using her D.A. resources to identify targets is clever, much to Dinah's annoyance. She pulls up all the cases Laurel has accessed and Dinah asks if this means they'll be able to track her. Felicity sees it as a chance to try and convince Laurel not to backslide, but Dinah says that the damage is already done. Dinah then walks away and Felicity sarcastically says that they had a good chat, which she loves.
