Doofabella is the friend ship between Heinz Doofenshmirtz and Isabella Garcia-Shapiro in the Phineas and Ferb fandom.

CHEZ PLATYPUS
Doofenshmirtz and Isabella had their first on-screen interaction as complete strangers, whem the former and his girlfriend went on a date at Chez Platypus. Isabella was their waitress and she kindly showed the couple to their table.
HIDE AND SEEK
Doofenshmirtz hacked into a camera that was planted on Perry's back so that he could see where he lived and when he turned it on, he saw The Backyard Gang, having been shrunk down to microscopic size, which included Isabella. Doofenshmirtz mistook this for some kid show and got mad that his camera was picking up the wrong signal.
THE GREAT INDOORS
Isabella was disappointed that she and The Fireside Girls' plans to earn their desert trekking patch was ruined thanks to it being rained out. It would turn out later that this rain was artificial and caused by none other than Heinz Doofenshmirtz as part of his latest evil scheme.
LOTSA LATKES
Isabella witnessed Doofenshmirtz come in, dressed as Genghis Khan and commanding his Mongol Army to help him take over the Tri-State Area. Isabella had no idea what was going on and considered the latke festival to be ruined, before a time-machine laser zapped him and the rest of the Mongols away.

CANDACE AGAINST THE UNIVERSE
The Backyard Gang, including Isabella, traveled through a portal that led them to Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorperated, where they all met with Heinz Doofenshmirtz in person for their first extended interaction that they'd all remember. They had to team up with him to help get Candace and Vanessa back from the alien escape pod they were trapped inside of. This would officially mark the beginning of Doofenshmirtz and Isabella's real relationship.
Doofenshmirtz introduced his Galactic Travel-inator, which Isabella considered to be a spaceship but Doofenshmirtz argued that it was different than a spaceship on account of it being one of his "inators". While loading up stuff for the ship, Isabella asked Doofenshmirtz about his Chicken Replace-inator and learned from him that it switches whatever it zaps with the nearest chicken. Isabella wondered why he would even need such a device and Doofenshmirtz explained that it'd be better to have one and not need one than to need one and not have one.
When taking off into space, Doofenshmirtz and Isabella worked together on the control panel. When the team needed more speed for the inator, Isabella suggested that Doof bypass the compressor filter so that his inator could directly fuel the impulse drive of the engines. Doof took umbridge to being told what to do and responded to Isabella that he doesn't come down to her Fireside Girls cabin and tell her how to sell cupcakes. The two of them argued about how to pilot the inator, with Doofenshmirtz not understanding terms like "port and starbord" meaning "left and right", respectively.
When they made it to Feebla-oot, Doofenshmirtz ran around in a panic because he thought that he was blind, before a now quite annoyed Isabella told him that he had a bucket on his head. Doofenshmirtz got irritated with Isabella once again calling his inator a "spaceship".
Doofenshmirtz and Isabella would soon have another altercation over who got to lead the trip to the Super Super Big Doctor's castle. Isabella insisted on being the leader since as a Fireside troop leader with a myriad of patches, she is a natural leader. Doof rebuked that as an adult, he should be the de-facto leader of a bunch of kids. This began the musical number, "Adulting", where Isabella pointed out that she knows way more about wilderness survival than he does but Doof still saw himself as the superior leader on account of being older. Ultimately, Doofenshmirtz was placed in charge of the group, since Baljeet thought he sounded authoritative.
As the adult leader, Doof led the backyard gang in circles about 11 times, which made, not just Isabella, but everybody grow weary. Tired of going nowhere, Isabella stepped in as the new leader and swiftly and successfully led them to Super Super Big Doctor's castle, where they were promptly arrested by the guards. Doofenshmirtz called out Isabella on her leading them into a trap and Isabella have Doof an ominous patch-related threat.
Isabella led the group in escaping from the truck they were imprisoned in by removing components from the ship and then led the group and the now tamed guards to war against the other alien guards. At this time, Doofenshmirtz recognized Isabella as the true leader and followed her orders and commands.
During the warfare, Doof got on board his escape pod to take him back home to his daughter, Vanessa. Isabella worried for Doof's safety, asking if he'll even make it back to Earth. Doof assured her that he knows his way back because of a little something called "adulting" that he learned from the best. Isabella smiled and gave him a preemptive patch for getting back to Earth and trusted him to earn it, which he did.
Reboot[]
DROOGENFEST
Isabella's plans of making a Droogen Strudel went off without a hitch, until Doofenshmirtz showed up, which instantly filled Isabella with dread. Isabella addressed Doofenshmirtz by name and Doof asked her how she knew him, apparently not remembering their epic journey together in Candace Against the Universe. Isabella reminded him of everything with flying that spaceship to Feebla-oot and Doof once again, corrected her terminology, reminding her it was an "inator" instead of a spaceship. Isabella brought up their song sequence, which got Doofenshmirtz to break into song again, reprising "Adulting", much to her annoyance. Doofenshmirtz still didn't remember Isabella and mistook her for his dentist. Nevertheless, he gave her his reason for being here; He wanted to help her make the Droogen Strudel but Isabella rejected his help, not needing it.
Doofenshmirtz left and went off to do his own thing and used his Droogen-Chocolate-Swap-Inator to switch out all of the Droogenberries with chocolate. He activated it and all of the Droogenberries turned into chocolate, ruining Isabella and The Fireside Girls' Droogenstrudel.
With all Hell breaking loose, Doof came back to Isabella and volunteered to help her make another Droogenstrudel. Isabella initially rejected the proposal before Doof admitted that he actually did remember her, feeling embarrassed about being shown up by her. Doof begged Isabella to work with him and Isabella finally gave in but told him that if he worked with her, he'd have to do things "Isa style", which meant they would be playing by her rules. Her first order was for him to provide her with an oven, which Doof did, using Norm as an oven. Isabella was admittedly impressed with how useful this invention was. Doof took offense to Isabella mistaking him for a pharmacist, especially since he mistook her for the more flattering medical profession of dentist.
Isabella and Doofenshmirtz successfully recreated the Droogen Strudel and Doofenshmirtz spat it out, when taste-testing it, leading Isabella to believe that they messed it up. However, Doof told her that it was perfect. He just hated Droogen Strudels in general. Isabella did not find this bait and switch amusing and hoped that she'd never have to work with him again.
With their mission completed, Doofenshmirtz regretted, out loud, his invention of a Droogen-Chocolate-Swap-Inator and Isabella was shocked and appalled to hear that he was the one responsible for the whole catastrophe in the first place. Isabella threatened Doof that this wasn't over and she'd soon have her revenge on him for messing everything up. When passing out patches to the Fireside Girls, Doof insisted that he deserved a patch too for helping out. Isabella decided that he earned a Good-Job-Cleaning-Up-Your-Own-Mess Patch. Doofenshmirtz reminded Isabella about that dentist mistake and let her know that he wasn't joking and that he actually had a dentist who looked eerily similar to her.
Fanon[]
Doofenshmirtz and Isabella's unlikely pairing was introduced late in the series, really only beginning in the posthumous film, "Candace Against the Universe". It was also appreciated by fans for their humorous chemistry as frenemies. Many fans were thrilled when their relationship returned in the reboot, especially seeing how much care was given to the relationship's continuity, keeping everything flowing the same way it was before with them.
