DouEnmu is the slash ship between Douma and Enmu from the Demon Slayer fandom.
Canon[]
Douma and Enmu are both members of the Twelve Kizuki. However, due to the disparity in their ranks, with Douma being part of the Upper Moons and Enmu of the Lower Moons, and Enmu dying before Douma was introduced, Douma and Enmu had little chance, if any, of interacting in the canon story. Muzan also has a rule against demons working together if he does not order it directly. Thus the chances of Douma and Enmu having hunted or completed a mission together are slim. In addition, Douma shows no canon indication of having known or interacted with Enmu before his death.
They have similar modi operandi. Both Douma and Enmu opt to familiarize themselves with their human prey through manipulation and psychological warfare before eating them. They are both masochists. Douma happily volunteered to subject himself to physical pain at Muzan's hand to atone for the deaths of Daki and Gyutaro, and Enmu expressed excitement at the thought of Muzan killing him in the same brutal fashion as his fellow Lower Moons. However, only Enmu can be considered a sadist. Douma is rather apathetic and cares little whether or not humans suffer. In contrast, Enmu goes out of his way to make it happen.
Douma and Enmu are also similar in that they both possess advanced social intelligence. Douma is the figurehead of a religious cult with members who have devoted their entire livelihoods to him, and Enmu has shown proficiency in recruiting humans to serve him unquestioningly. Like Muzan, both Douma and Enmu are considered “true” demons. They have little redeeming qualities compared to most demons in the series, who have tragic backstories by which the fandom can sympathize with them. Upon their deaths, they both lamented over not reaching their full potential.

DouEnmu is a relatively rare pair. This is mainly due to the fact that the two have never interacted in canon. The ship is rivaled by DouAka, DouShino, and DouKoto for Douma and EnZan for Enmu. It is more popular among Japanese- and Korean-speaking Demon Slayer fans than English-speaking fans. In fan works, the two are often portrayed with Douma as doting and the one to take initiative and Enmu as more distant and soft-spoken, or Douma and Enmu as charismatic, confident villains working as a team with a mutual respect for one another. Common subgenres of DouEnmu fan content include Enmu visiting Douma's Eternal Paradise cult and Douma and Enmu bonding in the context of the modern/Kimetsu Academy AU. Douma often finds Enmu endearing or cute despite or because of their strength gap.
