MEI is the one of the scientists and leader of The MOTHs in the Previous Era. She is Kevin Kaslana's lover and the foremother of House Kaslana. The MOTHs have deemed her as one of the best minds they have ever seen, who later on was responsible for kickstarting Project Divine Key for the creation of Divine Keys including her very-own Key of Blankness, Project Soldier which led to the creation of MANTISes, and the natural stigma passed down in the Current Era.

Dr. MEI was the current president of Massive Electric Agency, the daughter of former president Raiden Ryoma, inherited the knowledge in Ryoma's brain and continued to advance the implementation of the Soldier plan to fight against the upcoming planetary-class beast. An iceberg girl with a steady and calm personality who doesn't have any communication with people except for research. The genius girl who is called the last savior by the world, but no one actually knows her inner thoughts.
Facing the inescapable destiny, Dr. MEI has witnessed the ignorance and stupidity of mankind, and has doubts about her mission and aversion to mankind.
