The current requirements for ship pages are:
- 20 sentences split between the canon and fanon sections, with content in both sections.
- One minimum link under the fandom section (e.g. AO3 tags, Tumblr links)

Brief family is very loved family ship in the fandom due to it being one of the important parts of the story for its main family members, Bulma and Vegeta. Mainly fans focus on the main members of the family; Vegeta, Bulma and their children, Bulla and Trunks. However, often Bulma's parents are included (Dr. Brief and Panchy), and sometimes also her sister Tights. Vegeta's estranged brother Tarble and his wife Gure are in some rarer cases included, but due to them being rarely seen/mentioned in the canon story, they are not as important part of the dynamic as the other members. In some cases, sometimes also Vegeta's father is included in fan content.

- The name "Brief" or "Briefs" comes from Bulma's father's name "Dr. Brief", however, it is not really the family name, and it's canonically used only as her father's name.[1] However, for years the fans in the fandom still use the name to refer to the family or add it as their last name (such as "Bulma Brief" or "Bulma Briefs"), because there really isn't any canon family names for them.

Ginyu canonically admires and respects Frieza. To the point where in FighterZ, he's told the player that he chooses not to swap bodies with him due to the fact. Though, these feelings aren't all that one sided. Frieza, too has expressed his gratitude for the captain. During the Namek saga, he confessed how angry he was with himself for not calling Ginyu in sooner.
In Dragon Ball Super, Ginyu returns in the shape of Tagoma via a body swap technique. Once he faced Frieza with a pose, the tyrant immediately recognized him and appeared glad that he's back.

Ginyuza is a very rare pairing in the Dragon Ball fandom. It's believed that the reason why fans would ship these two is because of their dynamic: silly loyal captain x bratty spoiled emperor. Out of all the subordinates Frieza had, Ginyu's the only one who deemed truly reliable and cooperative. Every scene they were shown in, whether it only being one of them talking about the other or both present, their relationship was neutral. Nothing too positive/special other than praise but it was far from toxic. Another special interaction in FighterZ displays this instance where Jeice suggest Ginyu to swap bodies with Cell. Though, Ginyu found himself unable to do so due to Cell having a frog like pattern, reminding him of his traumatic time as a frog and so on. Instead of forcing Ginyu, Frieza was rather understanding.
As of now, on Archive of Our Own, Ginyuza has 5 written works classified under their romantic tag, “Captain Ginyu/Frieza”, and 2 under their general tag, “Captain Ginyu & Frieza”. Other than that, there seems to be little to no content featuring the two as a romantic couple, likely due to the fandom focusing on canon heterosexual pairings such as GoChi or VegeBul, and even slash ships such as KakaVege, one of the most popular pairings in the entire franchise.

Janet is a character currently only known from the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie. She only appeared for a minute when Piccolo came to pick up Pan from kindergarten after Videl asked him to, because her and Gohan were too busy. Piccolo and Janet seemed to be very familiar with each other already when they saw each other. It's not exactly clear when Piccolo and Janet first met, but it's most likely some time after Pan started her kindergarten.

Son family is very loved family ship in the fandom due to it being one of the main families present in the canon story. The fans often include the main family members; Goku and Chi-Chi and their children; Gohan and Goten. Sometimes Chi-Chi's father, Ox-King, is included to the family also. After Gohan marries Videl and they start a family, in which case Pan is born, the fans include also them to the big family. Mr. Satan, who is Videl's father and Pan's other grandfather, is also considered part of the family who the fans sometimes include also, even though Goku may be the more popular one of the two Pan's grandfathers.
There are also fan content where Goku's biological family, Bardock and Gine and sometimes his brother Raditz, are included in Son family content. Sometimes in far rarer cases, Goku's adoptive grandfather Gohan may be included also. In some fan content, Piccolo has also been included to the Son family shenanigans since he is involved with Gohan's family, and because of his history and relationship with Goku.

TienLaunch is the het ship between Launch and Tien Shinhan.
Canon[]
Launch becomes attracted to Tien at the end of the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament. She mentions that she loves his wildness. During the King Piccolo arc she threatens to shoot King Piccolo if he hurts Tien. After King Piccolo is defeated her good form helps nurse Tien back to health showing that both of her personalities like him.
In the Saiyan Saga she meets up with Tien again and falls into his arms during an Earthquake making her blush. When the heroes are training she tries to go to Korin's tower to see Tien but is not able to get there. When Tien is killed by Nappa she is later seen drinking heavily in a bar.
Launch briefly lives with Tien but neither of her personalities are good at farming. She leaves after a short while but is mentioned to drop in from time-to-time.

It is a less popular ship due to Launch's disappearance from the series. But she is still the most common romantic partner for Tien in most fanfics since he did not have any other love interest. At such this ship really doesn't rival any other het shippings.

When Goku and Trunks are about to leave in a space-ship to search for the Black Star Dragonballs Pan speaks on board and accompanies them for the entire journey. Pan would enjoy teasing Trunks like when he dressed up like a girl to fool one of their enemies. Trunks has to keep Pan from getting carried away.
They travel through several planets gathering the Black Star Dragonballs to prevent the Earth's destruction. After several adventures they come into conflict with Dr. Myuu and his subordinate General Rilldo. Trunks come out with a plan with a robot they had met named Giro to defeat Dr. Myuu.
Pan is shocked when it Trunks is turned to metal by Rilldo and again later when it looks like he is killed. She starts crying over it until he reveals that he is still alive. He had already been turned back to normal and had a metal duplicate put in his place. She is joyful to see he is okay but upset over not being told of the plan.
