The Dreemurr Family is the family ship between Asgore, Toriel and Asriel from the Undertale and Deltarune fandoms, as well as Chara from the Undertale fandom and Kris from the Deltarune fandom.

Canon

Undertale

The Dreemurrs were the royal family of the monsters. King Asgore and Queen Toriel ruled the Underground for a long time. Some time before the year 201X, the couple had a son. Asgore named him Asriel by combining the names "Toriel" and "Asgore".

In 201X, a human child, Chara, fell to the Underground. They were found by Asriel, who brought the human to his parents. Asgore and Toriel adopted the child.

Chara and Asriel became best friends, and after some time together, they started planning on freeing the monsters. Chara ate buttercups, which killed them, and Asriel absorbed Chara's SOUL. When Asriel arrived to the surface, the humans there thought Asriel had killed the human and attacked him. Asriel, refusing the fight back despite Chara wanting him to do so, was mortally wounded by the attack. Asriel returned to the Underground, where he collapsed on a pile of golden flowers and died.

Following the loss of both of his children, Asgore declared war on humanity, and insisted on killing every human who fell to the Underground. Toriel did not approve of the plan, and left Asgore. Toriel returned to the Ruins, where she would look after every human who fell to the Underground. Many years later, Asgore still missed Toriel, and wanted to get back together with her.

Years after the deaths of Chara and Asriel, the royal scientist, Alphys, attempted to resurrect Asgore's son by injecting determination into one of the golden flowers where Asriel had collpased. This flower, known as Flowey, had Asriel's memories, but lacked a SOUL, and as such, could not feel love or compassion. He tried to talk to his mother and father, but could not feel any emotions by doing so.

Deltarune

Toriel and Asgore lived together for some time. They had two children: a biological son called Asriel and an adopted human child called Kris. As children, Kris and Asriel enjoyed playing video games together. Kris would also wonder when their horns would start growing.

Asgore and Toriel got divorced for an unknown reason, and as a result, Asgore had to move to his flower shop. Asgore tried to get together with Toriel by having Kris give her flowers every day, but Toriel kept throwing the flowers in the trash. Kris continued living with Toriel, but also frequently visited Asgore.

Fanon

The Dreemurr family, especially its Undertale version, is popular in the fandom and has plenty of fanart. Sometimes fanon material of this family takes place in a post-Pacifist ending, where Asgore and Toriel are back together and adopted Frisk.
