Plot[]
DuckTales (1987)[]
Cantankerous businessman Scrooge McDuck has his life turned upside down when, ahead of entering active duty in the U.S. Navy, his nephew Donald brings Scrooge's great-nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie to stay with their rich relative. In spite of himself, Scrooge quickly warms to the youngsters and to Webby Vanderquack, the granddaughter of a woman Scrooge hires to help him take care of the boys. With other friends and an occasional reunion with Donald, the old man and his young companions go on a series of globe-trotting adventures, with Scrooge usually out to increase his already substantial fortune.
DuckTales (2017)[]
After not speaking to them for 10 years, legendary adventurer Scrooge McDuck is reunited with his nephew Donald when he asks him to babysit his great-nephews; Huey, Dewey and Louie while he is at a job interview. The boys remind their great-uncle of how much he used to love adventure, and how much he missed his family after the "Spear of Selene" incident.
Together, with his housekeeper's granddaughter Webby, they go on dangerous adventures to help their city Duckburg. They unearth secrets, discover lost artifacts, and thwart villains like Flintheart Glomgold, Ma Beagle and the Beagle Boys, Magica De Spell, Mark Beaks, and more.
