Dwaynior is the family ship between Dwayne, Sr. and Dwayne, Jr. in The Ridonculous Race fandom.

Overview[]
Dwayne and Junior are father and son. Dwayne is a typical embarrassing dad, who tried to act cool for his son but just ends up making a complete fool of himself. Junior is regularly annoyed with his dad for being such a dork. Likewise, Dwayne is often grieved with Junior for not being as enthusiastic about the father-son activities he tries to make them do together. Clearly, there is kind of a generational divide between this father and son, which means that they don't always get along. However, at the end of the day, they do truly love each other, even if they're not the best at expressing it. They're glad to be family with each other and wouldn't want it any other way.
Season 1[]
NONE DOWN, EIGHTEEN TO GO - PART 1
Dwayne said that he spends a lot of time at the office so this race would be a good chance for him to bond with Junior. Junior wondered if there were other kids his age there and Dwayne was kind of nervous, knowing that there wasn't. They ran through the challenge and were the first team to make it to the Don Box for their travel tip. When they got into the elevator of The Canada Tower before everybody else, Dwayne tried to celebrate by high-fiveing Junior but he missed and hit the buttons on the elevator instead. This caused the buttons to short out and for the elevator to pause at every floor on the way to the top. Junior was very embarrassed about his dad's little snafu there. They chose to do stairs instead and pretended like nothing happened. As they got higher and higher, Dwayne started running out of breath, even though Junior was still full of energy and blasting up all the stairs. Ultimately, they did so well for their challenge, that they boarded the first flight to Morocco.
NONE DOWN, EIGHTEEN TO GO - PART 2
Dwayne annoyed Junior in the confessional by introducing their team to the audience, even though people already knew this. Dwayne acted silly and celebrated the fact that they were going to win the million dollars this challenge, which just embarrassed Junior. When choosing spices, Dwayne made some misogynistic jokes about how back in the olden days, men had all the power and women were the ones who cooked food and picked out spices. Junior reminded Dwayne that mom was going to be watching this, making things very awkward. During the camel race, Dwayne slapped his overheated camel's butt until it passed out, despite Junior's warnings. Dwayne later struggled to drag the camel across the desert, while Junior grouchily sat on the camel's hump, almost certain they were going to lose. Dwayne decided to take the botch of the challenge's botch or watch and drank the spicy soup. Junior was impressed with his dad for downing all of that spicy soup in one chug but was a little put off when his dad went temporarily blind from it. Dwayne and Junior were the second to last team to make it to the chill zone in a neck-and-neck race against The LARPers. When they made it to the chill zone, Junior had Dwayne keep running just so that he could have some time away from him. When finding out they just barely escaped getting eliminated first, Dwayne told Junior that they'd be staying up all night talking strategy, which Junior was not thrilled about.
FRENCH IS AN EIFFEL LANGUAGE
Dwayne and Junior got off to a rocky start this episode, when they were driving their mopeds to the airport and The Fashionistas threw a carpet at them, knocking them off course and making them painfully crash into a cactus. For the drawing botch or watch, Junior was to draw a caricature of Dwayne since Dwayne did the botching in last week's challenge. Junior depicted his dad as a big-mouthed egghead yakking a bunch of "blah blah blah" nonsense, probably inspired by the long talk they had the night before. Ultimately, they largely improved and came in 5th place this challenge.
MEDITERRANEAN HOMESICK BLUES
Junior fell in love with Carrie at the chill zone and started hitting on her, trying to act all macho. However, Dwayne zipped in and started embarrassing Junior, when he struck up a little conversation with Carrie, himself. This unwittingly spoiled the little moment that Junior thought he was having with Carrie, as he kind of belittled his son by calling him "Junior" and "Little Guy" and mentioning how he just started hitting puberty. Junior stated in the confessional that Dwayne always finds a way to embarrass him but Dwayne denied this and told him that on an unrelated note, he washed his lucky undies. For the botch or watch, Dwayne swam with sharks to retrieve the next travel tip and Junior had no choice but to watch in terror, worried for his old man's well-being. Junior later admitted that he was proud of his dad braving it against a school of sharks. Junior was also glad to see Dwayne doing all this work on building the sand castle. Dwayne kept on messing up starting the speed boats because he wasn't using the key like he was supposed to until Junior helped point this out. Junior told the story of a time when Dwayne tried to attach a bell to his bike and did it so badly that the wheels were gone when he was done with it so he had to walk everywhere that summer. Dwayne and Junior arrived at the chill zone first but Don penalized them because Dwayne read the travel tip before reuniting with Junior on the beach, which was totally stupid. They got a 20 minute penalty but it didn't matter because they The Geniuses came in dead last and got eliminated anyway.
BJORKEN TELEPHONE
Dwayne and Junior went to the Geysers of Geysisgil to do their next challenge. Junior suggested Dwayne press the button to hear the Icelandic phrase again but Dwayne said that he didn't need it because his mind is like a steel trap. However, Dwayne did end up forgetting the phrase and ended up saying something pretty offensive to the Icelandic native and getting slapped silly. Junior was mad at his dad for screwing themselves over like that. Dwayne couldn't even be bothered to remember Junior's birthday. He thought it was sometime in the spring when it was actually in October. Junior ended up having to carry the entire team by remembering the whole phrase by himself.

Fans took a liking to Dwayne and Junior, with many of them citing them as their favorite team from The Ridonculous Race. They enjoyed the wholesome family relationship they had and enjoyed how they genuinely respected each other and weren't constantly fighting and hating each other, like most other family relationships in the series.
