After Wrench introduces herself, Joule skates forward and does the same. Wrench then skates behind her, with her coming forward and Joule falling behind her as they list the reasons the other trains should follow Electra. The two standing front and center on either side of Electra when he arrives. Later, when Greaseball arrives, Electra pulls his components away, Wrench grabbing onto behind Joule as they do.

Dynamite Repair is a smaller pairing in the StEx fandom. Mostly due to Joule and Wrench not having significant subplots within the show. As they don't have much time to interact in any version of the show. Though some femslash fans like to ship them regardless. As they are the only two components that have almost always been both female across productions. It is often shipped among the larger Electronents ship. It's rival ships include Freezer Burn and RustyWrench.
Fans of the ship do like that the base idea's for their characters are very opposite. As Joule is meant to be very feminine, while Wrench is meant to be more masculine. Making it popular for those that like masc/fem femslash parings. Others like the idea of Wrench being the more serious of the two, while Joule gets to be more fun and flirty. With Joule trying to distract Wrench from her work, while Wrench has to find ways to distract Joule so she can get work done.
Others will depict the Joule getting hurt and Wrench needing to repair her. With the two either getting together that way, or having Wrench react to having to be the one to fix her partner. With the other components and Electra having to comfort her in dealing with Joule's injuries.
On AO3, Dynamite Repair is the third most written ship for Wrench and the fourth most written ship for Joule. There are currently 8 written works.
