EagleArrow is the slash ship between Golden Eagle and Green Arrow from the Starlight Express fandom.

Heat Two is called for the championship, and Control announces the competitors. Golden Eagle is announced first, racing with Joule and Green Arrow is announced third, racing with Volta. Control starts the race and Arrow takes the lead, with Eagle in second place right behind him. Eagle takes a shortcut, able to get into first, which pisses off Arrow. Arrow is able to take the lead when Eagle takes a wrong turn, but does a sneaky overtake. The two then start to fight, which leads to Eagle screaming at Arrow on the ground. The two are then disqualified from the race and removed from the track. Later, while Greaseball is taunting Rusty, Eagle and Arrow attempt to start to fight again, but Orange Flash gets between them.

EagleArrow is a rarepair in the StEx fandom, but is common among Wembley Park fans. Specifically those who are fans of the champion engine's. With it being the most popular ship between any of the Wembley champions. Most rival ships are for those that ship the two with their racing partners, though that is far less popular than shipping them with each other (in both cases).
Fans of the ship often play with the dynamic that would arise between two engine's in a relationship. Believing it may be less socially acceptable than any other relationship between trains. With some thinking train society would be less accepting of them, and that it may damage their careers. This obviously paralleling real world homophobia and how it can be damaging to be outed. Which leads some to believe that they may be in a secret relationship, and fought each other during the race to hide this. With them sneaking around during races to see each other.
Others prefer not to explore this dynamic, instead choosing to play with the idea of a "Rivals to Lovers" style of ship. Or that the two had previously been in a relationship before the start of the show, but had a bad break up. Which was the reason that they're so hostile towards each other when racing.
On AO3, EagleArrow is the most written ship for both Golden Eagle and Green Arrow. There are currently 10+ written works.
