EclairLatte is the het ship between Eclair Cookie and Latte Cookie from the Cookie Run fandom.
Canon[]
Eclair cookie and Latte cookie are both co-workers. It seems the only interactions they have at the moment are in An Oath Lit by Beacons. This is due to Eclair cookie being a newer cookie than Latte cookie. Latte cookie features in several other stories, while on the other hand, Eclair cookie only features in one. In the An Oath Lit by Beacons event, Latte cookie and Eclair cookie work together to form an alliance; alongside Espresso Cookie, Madeleine Cookie, Cream Puff Cookie, Tea Knight Cookie, Purple Yam Cookie, and Milk Cookie.
The two share some similarities as well as differences. As said formerly, the two are both coworkers. The two also share appearance features, such as long hair; and slightly tanned skin. But despite their similarities, they have differences. Even though both cookies seem like outgoing cookies, Eclair cookie seems more like an insolent uptight cookie unless he is asked about a topic he knows a lot about. Latte cookie also seems to be more out of order than Eclair cookie.
An Oath Lit by Beacons[]
The first time Latte cookie and Eclair cookie interact on screen is when Latte cookie realizes fighting at one time, was inefficient. This is when Eclair cookie enters the scene, Latte cookie asks Eclair cookie why he's out on the battle field instead of in his museum. Eclair cookie goes on to rant about the fact, after realizing the world was quite literally on fire, he couldn't just sit in his museum all day. He then goes on to rant about the "once-famous Tea Leaf Knights" which would be helpful on the battle field. Cream Puff cookie asks what the Tea Leaf Knights are, and once told, she happily exclaims that she actually had seen a person that fits that description; this obviously excites Eclair cookie.

EclairLatte is a more unpopular ship than Almondlatte or Teaclair. This is due to obvious reasons, such as Eclair Cookie and Latte Cookie's lack of interactions. Most of their interactions are implied, and in the story where Latte Cookie and Eclair Cookie are more in focus, it still focuses more on Eclair Cookie's relationship with Tea Knight Cookie.
Shippers of EclairLatte most often ship the two alongside Espresseleine, much like the Pair The Spares trope. Many of those apart of the community just see the two as acquaintances or friends.
