EiMikoSara is the poly ship between Kujou Sara, Raiden Ei and Yae Miko from the Genshin Impact fandom.
Canon[]
Ei, Miko, and Sara each have a voice line about each other. Along with that, they have all interacted at least once separately. Their color schemes are also very similar, as Ei and Sara have purple hair, and Miko has pink hair, which is very similar to Purple.
Their individual dynamics are vastly different, which can leave room for many different scenarios. Ei and Miko have known each other for centuries and are faithful to one another, but their drastically different personalities often leads to banter between the two. Miko and Sara have vastly different opinions of each other: while Sara respects Miko as the Grand Narukami Shrine, Miko considers her to be quite dim-witted, referring to her as "not the smartest tengu in the shed". Ei and Sara have the least amount of interactions (on-screen and off-screen) of the three, mostly because of the formal nature of their relationship: a God and her most loyal follower.
All three are Electro characters, with two of them (Miko and Sara) being Vision Holders. Furthermore, they all seem to be non-human in some way: Sara has tengu blood running through her veins, Miko is a kitsune, and Ei is currently inhabiting the puppet body she created for the Raiden Shogun. The three do not share many similarities personality-wise, though Ei and Sara appear to be quite righteous and stuck-in-their-ways at times.

EiMikoSara is a smaller pairing in the Genshin fandom. In terms of poly ships, however, it has a decent amount of fans. With it being the most popular poly ship for Ei, Sara and Miko. For some a reason to ship them is that they was to ship both EiMiko and EiSara. Deciding that combining the two ships would be a better and less frustrating option, rather than having to pick who they would prefer to ship Ei with.
A common reason why the shippers are drawn to this trio is because of the parallels between Yae Miko and Kitsune Saiguu, and Kujou Sara and Sasayuri. Kitsune Saiguu and Sasayuri are both deceased close friend of Raiden Ei, and they're a kitsune and a tengu warrior respectively. Because of their similarities, sometimes fans consider Miko and Sara as reincarnations of Ei's late friends.
Another fascinating aspect of their relationship is their difference in status: Raiden Ei sits at the top as the Electro Archon, Yae Miko is her second in command and her familiar, and Kujou Sara is extremely faithful to Inazuma and its Archon. Though this creates a power imbalance between Sara and the other two, it's not uncommon for the fans to explore and subvert the power dynamic, or to depict Yae Miko as a sort of "bridge" between the world of mortals (Sara) and the divine (Ei).
On AO3, EiMikoSara is the fifth most written ship for both Sara and Miko and the sixth most written for Ei. There are currently 150+ written works.
