Eirichel is the femslash ship between Eirika and L'Arachel from the Fire Emblem fandom.
Canon[]
Eirika and L'Arachel first meet in Za'ha Woods, where L'Arachel witnesses Eirika and company as they fight off Revenant. L'Arachel attempts to aid Eirika, but the fight is already over by the time she makes it to her. As L'Arachel introduces herself to Eirika she is reminded by Dozla that she must remain anonymous and so she promptly rides off again, leaving Eirika perplexed by the encounter.
In Eirika's route, L'Arachel joins the party at the Caer Pelyn Range as they once again find themselves fighting off Revenant. L'Arachel later reveals that she is the is the Princess of Rausten and Eirika's reveals that she is the Princess of Renais. L'Arachel goes on to provides information and support to Eirika in their quest end the war.
In their support conversations L'Arachel tells Eirika that she knew Eirika was some kind of noble such as herself when they first met, and wonders if Eirika felt the same. Eirika instead deflects by noting that she knew L'Arachel was "very far from common", to which L'Arachel agrees.
Some time later, Eirika comes across L'Arachel training to physically fight Revenant instead of relying on magic alone. Worried about putting herself in danger, Eirika promises to come to L'Arachel's aid instead, though L'Arachel insists on being to able to hold her own. L'Arachel then shares that she wishes to be like her parents who died keeping their people safe from the monsters that raid Rausten. She and Eirika reflect their own experiences with parental death, and both sympathises with each others grief. In their final support, L'Arachel gives Eirika a ruby that has been in Rausten for generations as a sign of their friendship. Though Eirika is flustered that she does not have anything to give in return, L'Arachel suggests that once the fighting is over that Eirika should invite her to Renais and has her promise not to die in battle before then. Eirika accepts the idea and tells L'Arachel that they will be able to look back on their time together as best friends.
After the final battle, L'Arachel asks Eirika to join her tea club and departs to Rausten, to eventually succeed her uncle as ruler.

Eirichel is a popular pairing within the Sacred Stones fandom and is often shipped alongside Eirika brother's slash ship, Ephlyon. Many fanworks take place in a post-game setting, however once L'Arachel was added to Fire Emblem Heroes, more began to feature the pair in Askr.
On AO3, it is the second most written ship in the Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones tag.
