Electric Pals is the friendship between Zenitsu Agatsuma and Denki Kaminari from the Demon Slayer and My Hero Academia fandoms.
Canon[]
Denki and Zenitsu have never met each other. However, despite that they have not met nor exist in the same universe, they do share some similarities: both Denki and Zenitsu battle against the evil of their universe, Zenitsu battles against demons, while Denki battles against villains.
Zenitsu and Denki both have an ability, Zenitsu has Thunder Breathing, while Denki has a quirk called Electrification. They also both have drawbacks to their abilities. Denki’s brain will short circuit leaving him in a vulnerable state if he exceeds his wattage limit. On the other hand, Zenitsu is only able to use one form of Thunder Breathing at first. Both go on training their abilities and become stronger, which is evident by the fact Denki is able to increase the voltage from his ultimate move: Indiscriminate Shock 1.3 Million Volts up to 2 Million Volts. For Zenitsu, this is evident by his skillfulness with the first form, since he is only capable of using that form of Thunder Breathing and the fact that he created his own form for it. Both are also shown to be quite skillful with their ability and are seen training their ability.
Denki and Zenitsu both are associated with the color yellow; this is mainly due to them both having an ability relating to electricity, which is often portrayed as yellow. They also both have yellow in their design, since Denki has yellow eyes and hair, while most of Zenitsu's hair is yellow and he is seen wearing yellow clothing.
Both of them have something special with their hair. Whilst they both have yellow hair, their hair also holds the color black. This on its own isn’t special, however, it’s how these two colors are incorporated into their design. Denki’s hair is yellow with a black lightning bolt. Ironically Zenitsu had black hair, but was struck by lightning which turned his hair yellow.
Zenitsu and Denki both protect and save those in need and protect their friends. Despite both saving others, they do it differently. This is due to Zenitsu saving and protecting others by killing the demons, while Denki does not kill villains since he only defeats them and afterwards would hand them over to the police.

Electric Pals is a more known KNY/MHA crossover friendship. This pairing came to be from the fact that both of them have something to do with electricity and due to them being similar to some extent.
Fans of this pairing believe that when the two would meet, they would become friends. With this people also believe the two would bond over their similarities and the fact that they both have a somewhat similar ability.
People have created stories for the two, where they would meet each other. These stories have either Denki or Zenitsu traveling to the other person’s universe. Or in some cases has Denki’s and Zenitsu’s universes combined. And thus in said stories have them either both as UA students or as members of the Demon Slayer corps, depending on which universe they're depicted in and thus who traveled to the other universe. In the stories where their universes are combined it either has Zenitsu’s universe as the past, while Denki’s universe would be the present. Or it has both taking place at the same time period, most commonly the Demon Slayer universe taking place at the same time period as the MHA universe.
In the stories where the Demon Slayer universe is the MHA universe’s past, it has either Zenitsu traveling to the future and meeting Denki or vice versa. In which Denki or Zenitsu would talk about the future or past and help each other to adjust to the new surroundings. While in the stories where their universes take place at the same time, it has Zenitsu and Denki meeting each other and showing each other around the place that they're familiar with. Thus having Zenitsu and Denki getting to know each other and thus becoming friends.
Some fans of this friendship tend to see it as a family pairing and have created stories where Denki and Zenitsu are related. This mainly came to be due to their similarities. These stories either depict the two as cousins or as brothers and in some cases it depicts Denki as Zenitsu’s descendant.
Despite it most commonly being seen as a friendship or as a familyship, there are some people who pair the two romantically.
