Elliot x Fernando is the slash ship between Elliot Alderson and Fernando Vera from Mr. Robot fandom.

Vera first laid eyes on Elliot back in Season 1 when at the same time he was also obsessed with Shayla, Elliot's neighbour and eventual girlfriend. When Elliot enters Shayla's apartment to tell her about fsociety and whether he should turn them in, he notices that Vera is outside in the living room half-naked. Vera tells Elliot that Shayla is in the bathtub and they shouldn't disturb her. Elliot insists on checking in on her but Vera forces him not to. As Vera introduces himself, Elliot narrates about how he hacked him and calls him "the worst human being he has ever hacked". Elliot found some information, especially how Vera sells his drugs, porn and weapons online. He thought about turning him in but is worried that his suboxone might also go away as a result.
Vera then takes an immediate liking to Elliot as he mentions how he sees himself in him, especially when he was younger. He then makes a speech to Elliot about how the power of hating himself made him more powerful and destructive. Before leaving, he makes it clear to Elliot that Shayla belongs to him and him only.
After Vera leaves, Elliot opens the bathroom lock and finds Shayla bruised and unconscious in the bathtub, when she wakes up, she questions why is she in the tub, which makes both her and Elliot realise Vera raped her.
He turns Vera to the police and has him arrested anonymously. However, while things are going smooth between Elliot and Shayla, Vera finds out during his meeting with his lawyer and younger brother Isaac that Elliot is responsible for his arrest, as he deduces it from the pictures which was taken as evidence. This also serves as a catalyst for Vera slowly moving on his obsession from Shayla to Elliot as he gets bored of the former and puts the latter on the pedestal as his perfect partner.
He has Shayla kidnapped through ordering his brother Isaac and his gang. He blackmails Elliot into hacking the prison to get him out and threatens to have Shayla killed if he doesn't. Elliot finally succeeds the hack and has Vera released from prison. Vera then proceeds to have his brother Isaac killed for his betrayal and tells Elliot to shut down his operation as he leaves the country. Elliot asks about Shayla and Vera tells him she was in the car trunk the whole time. But unfortunately, it's revealed that Shayla has been dead all along and the whole operation was for nothing.
Throughout the series Vera has been fantasising about Elliot and became disturbingly obsessed with him. Especially when he constantly claims that he and Elliot are connected and as a religious and philosophy fanatic, he believes he and Elliot are meant to be together. This is mention several times both in his appearances Seasons 1 and 4 where he mentions how his and Elliot's name meanings are similar and how both of them are linked on a spiritual plane.
When he comes back in Season 4, his obsession towards Elliot has completely worsened and is dead set on making him his partner more than before. He has been having his cronies to follow Elliot and report to him his every move. Eventually, one of them, DJ, tells Vera that Elliot was seen being yelled at by his therapist Krista. When Vera probed that why Elliot was feeling sad and what exactly happened between them, DJ has no response, until one of the child workers replies that Elliot was sad because Krista yelled at him and told him to not come near her. Vera concludes that Krista may be the key to finally make Elliot his and ends up killing DJ for not elaborating properly.
The next day, while Elliot and Darlene set their plan to take down the Deus Group in motion, Vera finally approaches Krista and has her kidnapped and held hostage in her own home. He tells her the "christmas" story about how he was a little bitch who took down his bully with a bat and then manipulated him. This sounded more like an incel story as Vera views Elliot as his bully which makes him feel emasculated and wants to break him so that he could control him and abuse him, knowing that Elliot is aloof and no-nonsense but also craves for love and care from someone who genuinely accepts him. Krista finally relents and tells him to look into Elliot's file to find a way to break him.
Later, Vera has Krista call Elliot and inform him about the attack and invasion and meet her at the fountain, but it turns out to be a trap as Elliot gets kidnapped by Vera's men and is taken to Krista's house.
Over there, Vera is delighted at reuniting with Elliot again and tells him how much he loves him and sees him as his hero. Elliot asks Vera that if he came for him 2 months ago, then why he waited to make a move on him now. Vera replies that he had to set stage for their meeting as Elliot is a formidable adversary in his eyes. He proceeds to tell Elliot about how after their "unfortunate parting of ways", Vera had completely taken over his home country Dominican Republic, which was made easier when the 5/9 happened. Vera mentions that despite getting what he always wanted, he was bored with the power and thanks to a shaman, he had an epiphany that New York is his home and Elliot is meant to be his partner. He proposes Elliot to be his partner but the latter refuses, demanding to know where Krista is.
Vera then drags Elliot to the therapy room where Krista is being held and tied. Vera then demands Elliot to let out Mr. Robot and proceeds to sexually assault Krista in front of him which triggers Mr. Robot to come out. When Vera tells him about his plan, Mr. Robot mocks him for this and calls him out for how his plan is so stupid and dumb that it wouldn't happen overnight. Vera then reminds Mr. Robot of what he said about Krista being his only leverage before Elliot comes back and offers to show Vera his plan on his laptop. Before this, Vera tells Elliot how despite Mr. Robot's actions, he finds Elliot way more scary than him and lusts after that.
Elliot opens his laptop and shows Vera the Cyprus National Bank accounts he had gotten from his Virtual Realty hack and Olivia. As Vera and his gang gushes on the accounts, Elliot swiftly removes the gun he stole from a dead Dark Army soldier and points it at them. As he tries to shoot them, the gun is revealed to be empty as Vera shows that the bullets were removed earlier, Vera is impressed but disappointed that Elliot went that far to try to kill him. While Mr. Robot tries to defend Elliot, Vera fills up the gun and brings Krista out and holds it to her head. He threatens to kill Krista if Elliot doesn't tell her why she needs to be alive, Elliot finally says that he needs her because she helps him. Vera realises Krista is Elliot's "shaman" and then forces them into an impromptu therapy
During that, as Elliot gets further into the truth thanks to Vera's intimidation, Mr. Robot, knowing the truth, panics and tells Elliot to stop and get out of it as it will traumatize him and ruin him. But Elliot wants to know what exactly happened on the day he jumped out of the window from his dad and protected Darlene. Elliot finally finds out what happened: He was sexually abused as child by his father, who he idolized his whole life. This completely breaks him down as a result, while Vera swoops in and gaslights Elliot into thinking he was helping him and he finally succeeds in breaking Elliot and is about to make him his partner, but it fails when Krista kills him, saving Elliot from being trapped by another abuser in his life.
