Eobarry is the slash ship between Eobard Thawne and Barry Allen from the DC Comics and The Flash fandoms.
Canon[]
Eobard Thawne (a.k.a. The Reverse-Flash or Professor Zoom, depending on the canon) and Barry Allen (a.k.a. The Flash) are enemies to each other. In the 25th century, Eobard was a huge fan of the Flash. He once wanted nothing more than to meet his hero and spend time with him, but when Eobard learned he was destined to become Barry's greatest foe, he realized he'd only ever spend time with Flash if it was as foes — never as Eobard and Barry.
Arrowverse[]
FAST ENOUGH
After catching Eobard, the team places him in the particle accelerator. Barry goes down to talk to him, but freezes upon seeing him. Eobard starts quipping, but tells Barry to ask his question, though Barry's not sure where to start. He asks if Eobard Thawne is his real name, and Eobard says it has, since the day he was born. Eobard says it's over a century from now, but knows that's not the question Barry wants to ask, egging him to do so. Barry asks why Eobard killed his mother, and Eobard says it's because he hates him. Or at least a future of version of him that he already became enemies with. Barry asks why they were enemies, but Eobard says it doesn't matter anymore. As when he learned Barry's real name, he'd intended to go back in time and kill Barry as a child. However, when Future Barry got his child self out of the house, he decided to kill Nora instead, thinking that the tragedy would stop him from becoming the Flash. But he got stuck without the speed force, and would need The Flash to exist in order to get back home, so he created the accident to give Barry his powers. Barry asks why Eobard trained him, and Eobard says that he needed Barry to be fast enough to help Eobard to create a wormhole that would help him travel in time. Barry asks why he would help, and Eobard says that if he does, he'd be able to go back in time to save his mother. Barry still won't help him, and says that he wants to kill Eobard right now, which is a feeling Eobard understands. Though now he also feels pride and love for Barry, but Barry tells him to never say that to him. Eobard asks if Barry wants the chance to undo what he's done, but Barry just silently walks away.

Eobarry is a smaller pairing in the DC Comics fandom, but is a common pairing in the Arrowverse fandom. Despite Eobard being Barry's main enemy, it is one of the less commong Hero x Main Villain ships in the DC fandom. In terms of Hero x Villain ships, it is a rival pairing for ColdFlash.
A lot of shippers come from the Arrowverse TV Series, due to one of the main focuses of the first season being the two's relationship. With many thinking that adding a romantic aspect of the relationship would make it even more tragic and heartbreaking for Barry when the deception was revealed.
On AO3, Eobarry is the most written ship for Eobard and the seventh most written for Barry. there are currently 570+ written works.
