Ephrachel is the het ship between Ephraim and L'Arachel from the Fire Emblem fandom.

Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones[]
Ephraim is the protagonist of Sacred Stones, crown Prince of Renais and L'arachel is the crown princess of Rausten.
There are two ways for L'Arachel to meet Ephraim: On the route following Ephraim's sister, Eirika, in which Ephraim reunites with her army in Jehanna, which L'arachel is also member, and she can meet bond with Ephraim. While on Ephraim's route, he can personally talk to L'arachel and to recruit her into his army. In his route, she has much more interactions with him.
L'Arachel first appears in Ephraim's route where she warns Ephraim not to board a phantom ship. L'arachel alone, though, intents on purging the seas of the haunted ship, and runs off with her retainers, Dozla and Rennac, to do so. In the next chapter, L'Arachel and Dozla are aboard the ship without Rennac, fighting monsters. During the mess, Ephraim can recruit L'Arachel, who is outraged by the fact that Ephraim hasn't heard of her efforts in monster-fighting. L'Arachel and Ephraim talk after the battle, and she introduces herself as the Princess of Rausten, allying herself with Ephraim for the rest of the campaign.
During the course of the story, L'Arachel tells Ephraim everything she knows about prince t Lyon; the Sacred Stones; secrets of Fomortiis, the Demon King; as well as tips of how to defeat monsters.
In their conversation, when Ephraim tells that everyone has roles in the battle, L'Arachel takes it as an excuse for him to have time to chat to her.
In their B support, at L'Arachel's request, Ephraim tries to show her wounds that she can heal, but when Ephraim says he would have to take off his armor to show her the ones on his shoulder, she calls him a "pervert" and leaves. In the Japanese version of their B support, rather than showing her his scars, he tries to show her some recently-closed wounds he sustained in battle. After she kicks up a fuss and runs away, the wounds open up again, forcing him to tend to them.
In their final support, L'Arachel reveals that she was not prepared to see a naked body of Ephraim, while he explains to her that it was a misunderstanding because of her request. She asks him not to see her in a vulgar way, as she doesn't consider it appropriate, but when Ephraim is about to say he would never do it, L'Arachel worries that he didn't see her as attractive and becomes nervous. Ephraim does not get her, but he thinks she is cute.
After returning to Rausten, L'Arachel allows Ephraim to take her Sacred Stone from her castle, after the one in Renais is scattered along with other three of them.
Later, after defeating Lyon in his last battle, the Demon King appears in front of everyone. L'Arachel prepares her Sacred Stone of Rausten to imprison him, which she only succeeds in doing temporarily because the other four Sacred Stones were destroyed. L'Arachel finally trusts Ephraim to finally defeat the Demon King.
In the Epilogue, L'Arachel wonders aloud what would happen if she and Ephraim were to be betrothed. If this happens, L'Arachel visits Renais very often and eventually marries Ephraim.
Fire Emblem Heroes[]
Ephraim and L'Arachel are two of the heroes that the player can summon separately via the Breidablik using orbs to help Alfonse and his sister Sharena defending their kingdom Askr from the Emblian Empire. As in their original game, Ephraim and L'Arachel can develop a bond via support. They can raise their level of support in the following ranks: C, B, A and S if they stand together in the gameplay.

Ephrachel is a popular in Sacred Stones fandom, and is the most popular het ship for Ephraim. Many fanworks take place in a post-game setting, both Ephraim and L'Arachel are married and ruling their kingdoms; or in the alternate timeline in which the characters were added to Fire Emblem Heroes, some fans like featuring the pair in Askr.
However, some fans criticize their supports, where Ephraim had to take off his armor to show his scars to L'Arachel, even if it is at her request. Rival pairings are usually Ephtana and Ephlyon (Ephraim x Lyon) on Ephraim's side, then Innarachel (Innes x L'Arachel) or Dozlachel (Dozla x L'arachel) on L'Arachel's side.
