EraserNightMic is the poly ship between Shota Aizawa, Nemuri Kayama, and Hizashi Yamada from the My Hero Academia fandom.
Canon[]
Shota, Nemuri, and Hizashi were all students together at UA High School, although Nemuri was a year older. They, along with their other friend Oboro often spend time together on the school's roof. Nemuri adopts a kitten that the boys had found, taking it home with her and naming it Sushi. She also helps Shota in his Work Study, by securing him a place at Purple Revolution Agency. However, tragedy strikes when their friend, Oboro, is killed in battle. All three mourn for him, although Hizashi and Shota take his loss the hardest. As rain pours down on them, Nemuri reminds them that they shouldn't stay out in it too long or else they'll catch a cold.
After graduation and some time as Pro Heroes, all three become teachers at UA. Shota is offered the position on Nemuri's recommendation, and is pushed towards it when she tells him that he would be missing at her and Hizashi's side. They all have a hand in teaching Class 1-A; Shota as the homeroom teacher, Nemuri as the Art History teacher, and Hizashi as the English teacher. They also seem to run the First Year Sport's Festival together, with Hizashi and Shota as the commentators while Nemuri is the referee.
All three participate in a number of battles together, including the USJ Attack, and the Paranormal Liberation War. While Hizashi and Shota assist on the Jaku Hospital Raid, Nemuri is part of the Gunga Mountain Villa raid. Unfortunately, Nemuri does not survive the battle. Hizashi and Shota are seen later, quietly mourning their friend.
In School Briefs III, Hizashi, Shota, and Nemuri are seen out drinking with their fellow teachers. Hizashi comments that Nemuri is an "obnoxious drunk", which implies that they get together often like this. The three end up bickering a number of times, much to Toshinori Yagi's discomfort. Nemuri is later seen mixing cocktails and trying to convince Hizashi and Shota to drink them.

EraserNightMic is a fairly popular ship in the fandom as, other than All Might, they are the UA teachers with the most focus. The ship only grew in popularity when it was reveled in the spin-off manga, Vigilantes, that the three attended UA High School at the same time. Fans like to focus on them both as high school students and as teachers in their works.
EraserNightMic is most popular as a platonic pairing, with over 650 works on AO3. As a romantic pairing, it has over 125 works. The most popular variation of this ship is EraserMic, which is the 4th most popular pairing in the fandom.
