Evil Love is the het ship between Heinz Doofenshmirtz and his unnamed date from "Chez Platypus" in the Phineas and Ferb fandom.
Canon[]
In "Chez Platypus", Heinz Doofenshmirtz was getting sick and tired of all the happy romantic couples around him, rubbing their happiness in his single face, so he came up with a villainous scheme to destroy love for everyone. As he would explain to Perry the Platypus, he built an Anti-Loveinator; a satellite in space that would zap the planet with a laser that would make everybody fall out of love forever. The laser could be triggered with just a simple push of a button with a remote he carried on his person, which Perry would be powerless to stop. However, Doofenshmirtz decided to give love one last chance and try going on a date with a girl he met online, vowing to call off the plan if he found love or go through with it if the date went bad.
Doofenshmirtz met up with his date at Chez Platypus and bribed the bouncer into letting them in without him making a reservation. At the table, Doof asked his date if she liked tall men such as himself and she concurred, albeit stating that her last date was a lot taller than him and that she doesn't care for his slouch. Doofenshmirtz was about to push the button just for this, until his date mentioned that she just adores a man in a lab coat, just like the one he's wearing. Perry tried to sneak in and steal the machine but Phineas found him and took him to the stage for his little performance. Doof's date then brought up that she prefers to date blonds, prompting Doof to raise his finger to the button again. However, she admired his wind-blown look enough to overlook his brunette locks, which made Doofenshmirtz seize fire again.
Finally breaking the ice, Doofenshmirtz asked his date what she thought about evil. She found this question kind of weird ... because she LOVED evil! In fact, she loved it so much that she had an "Evil" tattoo on her arm, which happened to match Doofenshmirtz's "EVIL" tattoo on his own. Doofenshmirtz and his date declared right then and there, that they were in love. Perry came back and Doof gave the remote to Perry, telling him that he was calling off his plan to rid the world of love and had no need for that old thing anymore. Perry the Platypus walked off with the device, took out a mallet and smashed it to bits, causing the Anti-Loveinator to fall out of orbit and come plummeting toward the earth.
Doofenshmirtz and his date went out for a nice little walk on the town in the moonlit skies, singing the love song, "Evil Love", which was all about how their love could conquer the world. During this song, they did various evil things like popping a kids' balloon, dropping water balloons on people, dangling Perry the Platypus over crocodile-infested waters, etc. At the end of their date, Doof stood with his date at the board walk and told her that he'd never felt so happy before. Just then, the Anti-Loveinator landed right behind her and the laser went off, zapping her and only her with it, making every last ounce of passion in her body instantly die. She became a soulless shell of a woman and rudely told Doof that she felt nothing and stormed off, dumping him.

Despite the fact that she only appeared in one episode and was never given a name, many fans adore the "Evil Love Girl" and ship her with Doofenshmirtz. Fans revel in how smoothly their date went together and how perfectly they meshed as a couple. Shippers were disappointed with the fact that they broke up, even though they knew it was inevitable. They've created endless fan fictions about what Doof and this girl would have done had they stayed together, especially in terms of being an unstoppable force of evil that could have successfully taken over, not only the tri-state area, but also the world. The song "Evil Love", perfectly encapsulated everything that was beautiful about their relationship and of course, serves as the iconic theme song for their ship.
Due to her status as a nameless character, it's difficult to find fanfictions about her on AO3. However, there are plenty of fanarts of her and Doof on DeviantArt as well as numerous tributes to them in Tumblr.

- Although the creators never officially gave the evil girl a name, series co-creator, Jeff "Swampy" Marsh claimed in an interview that he "likes to call her 'Sue'", which has led to an unofficial ship name being "Suefenshmirtz".
- Many fans have also fan-nicknamed her "Lisa", leading to the ship name, "Lisashmirtz".
