Evizzy is the friendship between Evie and Dizzy Tremaine from the Descendants fandom.

Canon

When Dizzy learns that Evie is also into fashion designing, the two became friends who see each other as sisters. After Evie left the isle with Mal, Jay and Carlos, Dizzy hanged onto Evie's scrapbook that holds some of her childhood designs, as Dizzy adds it to her collects. Just as Evie had began her own fashion business in Auradon, Dizzy continues to creature her own fashion designs on the isle.

Descendants 2

Sometime after Mal returned to isle, Evie went after her with Jay, Carlos and Ben, in hopes that they'll be able to convince Mal to come back to Auradon with them. On her way to Mal, Evie begins to realize that she hasn't been thinking about Dizzy or any of the other villain kids who deserve the same chance that she was given. After Ben was captured by Uma and knew that they can't give the pirate Fairy Godmother's wand, Evie and Mal go to see Dizzy who is very happy to see Evie again. The two friends hug each other before Evie asks Dizzy for the supplies that she and Mal need from her. Dizzy also shows Evie her old scrapbook as Evie looks at her old designs, along with her realizing how much she has missed Dizzy. Before Evie left with Mal, Dizzy gives Evie one of her self designed hair pieces to wear back in Auradon, so a part of her can be with Evie when she returns. Since she too wants to live a much better life in Auradon. As Evie takes one last look at Dizzy before she and Mal leave, she tells Mal that Dizzy deserves a lot more from the second chance that they were given.

After Evie return to Auradon and gets dressed for the party at sea, she wears Dizzy's creation and when the press ask Evie about it she tells them that it was made by a friend who is a promising designer on the isle. Dizzy watches Evie tell them this as she watch the new coverage and is exited to see that Evie hasn't forgotten her and had given Dizzy credit on the piece her friend is wearing. Even though Uma had escaped after she attacked the party, Uma's statement on the other VKs who are waiting to be free does get Evie to ask Ben if he can allow Dizzy to join them in Auradon. When she asked Ben this, she tells him that Dizzy is like a sister to her. Soon after Evie made her request, Ben sends a few guards to the Isle of the Lost so they could personally give Dizzy the invitation to attend Auradon Prep, that gets the young girl to scream in excitement. As it meant that Evie hasn't forgotten about her and will be joining her in Auradon soon.

Descendants 3

When it was time to bring the next four young VKs to Auradon, Evie pays Dizzy a visit on VK day before she tells everyone that she is picking Dizzy to be one of the lucky four. Before Evie brings Dizzy to Auradon, she gives her friend time to pack her things and to say good bye to her family. Once the two were in the limo Dizzy and Evie make plans on what they'll do together in Auradon. When Hades tried to escape, Evie has Dizzy stay safety in the limo while she and her friends do what they can to keep Hades from passing through the barrier.

Because Auradon Prep is closed for the summer holidays, Evie allows Dizzy and the other newly arrived VKs a place to stay at her fashion studio cottage. Hades' actions yesterday however has Evie learn the sad news from Mal that Dizzy will be one of the last VKs to leave the isle and that they won't be able to keep their promise of allowing Dizzy to see her family again. After Evie learns that Audrey had became a villain and that she has Maleficent's staff and her mother's crown, she tells a frightened Dizzy to stay inside the cottage with Mr. Smee's twin sons, until they set things right. Sometime after Evie returned from her short trip back to the isle, so they could get Hades' ember to fight Audrey with, Evie discovers that Dizzy has become a victim of Audrey's sleeping curse and won't be able to wake her until Mal defeats Audrey.

After everything was set right, Evie and Dizzy listen to Mal's speech about taking the barrier down for good. Which allows both of them to see and be with their villain families again, while still having a bright future in Auradon.

Fans love the sister-like bond that Evie shares with Dizzy. When Dizzy returns in the third film, fans were upset that there weren't many scenes between them.
