Fairy Queen is the femslash ship between Regina Mills and Tinker Bell from the Once Upon A Time fandom.

QUITE A COMMON FAIRY
As Regina looked out the tower of her castle, she pushes on the gate and begins to fall. Tinker Bell shows up just in time, before she hits the ground.
The next day the two eat together at a tavern where Regina tells her about Snow White. Tink comments that she finds the name too precious, even given the fact that her name is Tinker Bell. Regina says that all Snow does is tell secrets and that she's the reason her fiance was killed, much to Tinks shock. Regina says the only way she can get through it is because Snow and Leopold are gone all the time. Tink is surprised that Regina would be happy about her husband being gone, but Regina says that they're marriage is a farce. She may be the queen, but alone in the palace she doesn't feel it. Tink says it's no wonder she jumped from the tower, but Regina says that she fell. Tink pretends to believe her, but Regina insists it was just a fall. But if she had it would have been a good reason, giving Tink a toast. Tink has an idea and says that she can help people find what they need. Regina asks what she needs and Tink is surprised that Regina doesn't know. Tink says that Regina needs love, and Regina asks if Tink is actually going to help her find another soulmate. Tink says it's possible to find love again, and pixie dust will help her find her happy ending. Regina thinks her happy ending is Snow's head on a plate, but Tink asks if Regina isn't the slightest bit curious that Tink can do it. Regina says that would be real magic, and Tink says that she might want to start believing the fairy right in front of her.

Regina is trying to convince her subjects that she loves and cares for them, when Tink appears saying that Regina doesn't care about love. Regina asks what Tink is doing there, but Tink says that doesn't matter. She insists that Regina doesn't have to have her heart filled with hate, but Regina asks why Tink even cares. Tink insists that Regina should be with her true love that the pixie dust found, but Regina says that nothing, not even pixies dust, determines what she does. Tink says that Pixie dust just shows her the possibilities, but Regina says that she's happy the way she is. Tink believes that Regina is only saying that because she believes she doesn't deserve love, but Regina just says that she's only sparing her to prove a point. As next time, she won't be so lucky.
Fanon[]
The pairing isn't as popular as other Once pairings. This was due to Tink only appearing during the first half of the third season, followed by very brief appearances. All her appearances afterwards are part of Regina's plot, which adds more content for those that ship it. On AO3, there are currently 35+ written works.
