Fallen Humans is the family ship between all Fallen Humans from Undertale fandom.
Canon[]
All the fallen children who were before Frisk died due to one circumstance or another. On his journey to the Underground, Frisk finds their things, which they use as armor and weapons. They personally see souls other than Chara in the battle with Omega Flowey on the neutral route, as well as on the pacifist during the battle with Asriel. Frisk only meets Chara during the genocide route, as well as the soulless pacifist at the end when Chara briefly had control of their body.
Fanon[]
Undertale[]
Many players assume that Chara is the narrator of the game, which means they travel with Frisk all the time. This means that at the end of the neutral route, when the rest of the souls are protecting Frisk from Omega Flowey, Chara is also present here and all the fallen children were in the same place at the same time.
At the end of the pacifist route, Frisk can go down to Asgore's basement and see that the coffins that used to contain dead human bodies are now open. Some players believe that this means that the bodies are prepared for burial, while others believe that the souls returned to the bodies restored by Asriel and then left.
Also, in the game itself, the reason why the children ended up in the Underground is never specified. Some fans even attribute pre-fall friendships or even family ties to some of the children.
Undertale Yellow[]

Clover, on the genocide route, frees the souls and goes to the surface.
This fan game is entirely dedicated to the adventures of the yellow soul, to whom the fans gave the name Clover. They intend to find other fallen humans in the underground. Along the way, he learns that the blue soul attacked Dalv and other monsters and then Axis killed them, and then experiments were carried out on their soul. Like Frisk in the future, Clover can visit Asgore's basement and see coffins containing dead human bodies. Clover can only personally see past fallen children, other than Chara, in the Fake Pacifist and Genocide routes.
Determination (game)[]

Fallen Humans took control of Chara's body to defeat Frisk.
All eight humans are found in this game. At the beginning we only see Frisk and Chara fighting each other, but then if the player constantly chooses the flirting action, Chara will lose control and the souls will take over their body. They became a single being, which they called "fallen" and began a battle with Frisk to punish them for genocide. They mentioned that all this time they were watching how Frisk was destroying the world and that now there was a chance to end this madness. Fallen called the player a problem, saying everyone would be better off if they left. At the end of the game, Frisk defeats them and we see how all the souls are broken one after another, dying. After this, Chara's soul shakes and probably dies too.
Glitchtale[]
At the beginning we see Chara and Frisk fighting each other for control of the body during the battle with Sans on the genocide route. Frisk was still able to regain control and restarted the timeline, now taking the pacifist route. After some time, due to a temporary anomaly, Chara, driven by hatred, returns to the world and to stop him, Sans takes the souls of past humans and gives them to Flowey so that he can take his Omega Form. In the finale of the first season, the souls help Asriel and Frisk stop Chara. In the second season, we learn that within the framework of this series, the Blue Soul was named Alina Gray Rutrow and her mother held a grudge against monsters for a long time because of this. Betty Noir momentarily uses Alina's appearance to trick Jessica into giving away the vessel of hatred.
TS!Underswap[]
Like other characters, the fallen humans are swapped and Chara is now the playable character instead of Frisk. They also find things from past children, just like in the original game, but now they are in different places.
