Faraberry is the femslash ship between Kay Faraday and Regina Berry from the Ace Attorney fandom.
Canon[]
This ship originates from the game Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Prosecutor's Gambit, due to context cues in the dialogue. In 'The Captive Turnabout,' Eddie Fender, formerly known as Raymond Shields, makes a comment about Kay being a Great Thief being "so romantic", with Kay saying that it's nice to "finally meet somebody who gets it," and that she's looking to "expand the franchise." When Fender requests to join, however, Kay states that being in the Yatagarasu is "girls only", implying that Kay Faraday is lesbian. Having this in mind, Kay Faraday later says that Regina Berry could be a perfect partner in crime for the Great Thief Yatagarasu, which implies a romantic attraction towards Regina Berry.
Kay also expresses interest in joining the circus, in a piece of talk dialogue after meeting Regina, she expresses disappointment in having missed the show, and having always wanted to be in the circus. She also states she "has an in with Regina now," stating she has intentions to join after the case wraps up.
When Regina is telling Edgeworth about the show she put on in the prison yard, she describes her show as a love triangle between animals, to which Kay says she should add a raven, "like the Yatagarasu!" With Kay herself being the Yatagarasu, it can be read as though she wants to be involved in the love triangle with Regina.
Kay and Regina interact further in the game's final case, A Turnabout for the Ages. When presenting Regina with Kay's Yatagarasu pin, Kay tells Regina about the Yatagarasu, and Regina states that she loves ravens and wants to befriend it, talking about training it to pick her up and fly her across the stage. Kay says with it's 3 legs, it could even carry all 3 of them, Edgeworth included. Edgeworth declines, and Kay goes on to say it'll just be her and Regina then, chasing him around from the skies.
A similar interaction occurs when presenting items pertaining to the Taurasaurus, with Kay requesting to ride atop it's head with Regina and chasing him "to the ends of the earth," as Regina puts it.
Though not direct interactions between them, throughout the game Kay displays a love for animals and an interest in performing , which are both traits she has in common with Regina.
Paralleling Body Language[]
In 'A Turnabout Forsaken,' Kay contracts temporary amnesia and retains very little beyond a few childhood memories. However, a piece of concept art shows a slightly different version of her thinking sprite, which closely resembles Regina's. Though this is likely coincidence, some fans of the ship have interpreted this as Regina having such a strong impression on Kay, that her amnesiac self subconsciously mirrors Regina's body language without even realizing.

Fanon[]
Faraberry is a fairly niche ship, though it has had a small fan base for quite some time with the fan translation Prosecutor's Path, it's only recently gotten some more attention with the release of the Ace Attorney Investigations Collection. The two are also quite bubbly and cheerful making them similar to one another. They also both have lost a father in a past case when they were young which is another thing the two share with one another. It's quite commonly utilized as part of the polyamorous ship "Faraberryskye," the ship between Kay Faraday, Ema Skye, and Regina Berry, though the latter 2 have no official interactions with one another, being officially connected only through Kay.
