MJ and Peter got closer in college, fell deeply in love, had an on-off relationship for years and eventually married. Despite their marriage being undone due to the timeline manipulations by the villain Mephisto, Mary Jane and Peter retained a close friendship and have since resumed their romantic 'relationship.
Earth-1610/Ultimate Universe[]
Peter Parker and Mary Jane were childhood friends, with both of them having mutual feelings for each other. She was the first person that Peter tell his secret as Spider-Man. With them eventually starting dating.
Earth-982[]
On Earth-982, Peter and MJ would marry and have a daughter named May "Mayday" Parker named after May Parker. Mayday would also inherit her father's powers. Later Peter and MJ would have a son named Benjamin Richard Parker named after Benjamin Parker, Peter's uncle and Richard Parker, Peter's father. Benjamin would also inherited his father's powers like his sister.
Earth-18119[]
On Earth-18119, Peter and MJ would marry and have a daughter that they named Anna-May "Annie" Parker. Anna would also inherit her father's powers.
Larval Earth[]
On the Larval Earth worlds (animal/insect based universes) Peter is known as Peter Porker and is an anthropomorphic pig meanwhile MJ is an anthropomorphic buffalo and is known as Mary Jane Waterbuffalo. Peter and MJ are either dating or married on the many versions of Larval Earth and similarly to Earth-982 there's a universe where they have a child known as Swiney-Girl (Larval Earth's equivalent to Mayday Parker/Spider-Girl). At one point on Earth-8311 (the main Larval Earth) MJ married Raven the Hunter who attempted to murder Peter in a similar manner to the Kraven's Last Hunt storyline. However, after Raven was defeated MJ married Peter only for in a similar manner to Peter's human/Earth-616 counterpart their marriage was erased with the 2 back to dating.
Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane[]
In the Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane comic series (a universe that reinvent the spider-man mythos as a teen drama aimed to girls), Mary Jane and Peter Parker are high school classmates, they weren't that close, despite Peter obviously having feelings for her. She most of the time doesn't seem to noticed it. However, when she is forced to passes some of her classes she managed to get the tutoring of Peter, with together ending up becoming friends with MJ even defending him from Flash. Despite that opposititon of her friend Liz and Flash. After wreaking with his boyfriend at the time Harry, she would began to get save by the superhero Spider-Man, which she would began to get a crush on, to the point of want him to be his date from homecoming. After she end up being with her heeart broke out after Spider-Man deny dating her, Peter (who was secretly the superhero Spider-Man) dediced to visit her and have dates together. But before going to thhe date for the homecoming dance Peter in his vivilian life, decide to invite MJ to the homecoming dance himself but she denyes. After a bad date, since Spider-man was occupied fighting crime during the date. She figured out that she has develop feelings for Peter as well, who at this point star dating Gwen Stacy. Initially trying to from a complot in order to split them toegether, Peter eventually would broke with her himself (while as Spider-Man he would break with Firestar), after MJ stop talking to him and try to once again fix his relationship with harry at the end, Peter and Mary Jane fix their relationship ending as friends. While Spider-Man acts as the person psyclogist of Mary jane with him discovering the mutal feeling MJ has for him.
Zombie Universes[]
In most Zombieverses, Peter and MJ tend to be married, however whenever Peter turns into a zombie is when the marriage ends as Peter succumbs to his hunger and eats both her and Aunt May until they are dead.
In a recent Zombieverse, Peter and MJ were dating when MJ was turned into a zombie. Her presence amongst the zombie hive nearly convinced Peter not to destroy it, however upon realizing that was no longer MJ but a husk of her former self, he destroyed the entire hive.
In the most recent Zombieverse (currently unnamed) MJ is not seen but is mentioned with Peter repeatedly worrying for her with his thoughts, her status is unknown however a zombified Aunt May attacks and infects Peter who kills the zombie Aunt May.
Last Stand[]
In this universe, Peter and MJ have married and have a child, however with Spider-Man seemingly having snapped, Peter is killed upon fighting some cops.
Earth-7140[]
In this universe, which was shown to Earth-616 Peter by the One Above All, Peter and MJ are married and live happily together with 2 kids.
Monkeyverse[]
In this universe, Peter and MJ are monkeys with Peter being still named "Peter Parker" but MJ's name is changed to "Hairy Jane Watson" and the 2 are married. However, Peter unfortunately often let's MJ down with his superhero job.
Last Gun on Earth[]
In this universe, a cannibal virus has taken over the earth making all humans crave one another's flesh, unlike his Zombieverse counterpart, Peter (who in this universe is known as "Patient Zero") is able to resist his urges to eat MJ especially with her pregnant. Peter often protects MJ in this universe up until his death at the hands of the Punisher.

In this universe (in which a bot has written Peter's story), MJ and Peter are in either a polyamorous or open relationship as MJ is one of Peter's 6 girlfriends. The 2 are spotted on a date together (along with Peter's other 5 girlfriends) while Peter reads the newspaper until J. Jonah Jameson (who is Kraven the Hunter in this universe) makes him get back to work.
Earth-51412[]
In this universe, Peter is a physically abused child (by his uncle) named Patton Parnel while MJ is named Sara Jane (and obvious parody of her name Mary Jane Watson). The 2 are both different (for the most part) from other versions of themselves, Patton appears to have a crush on SJ and when he becomes a human-spider hybrid impregnates her by putting a spider down her throat. Sara is (sort of) saved from Patton by Morlun after he kills Patton.
Spider-Man: Reign[]
In this universe, Peter and MJ are married but after being infected by Peter's radioactive gender fluid she dies, this emotionally and psychologically wrecks Peter. However, flashbacks of MJ and thinking of her is the only thing that keeps him going.
Earth-11[]
On Earth-11, Peter and MJ are school children and Peter (along with seemingly Kraven the Hunter) is genderswapped and named "Penelope Parker" in this reality. While at a science exhibit, Penelope is bitten by a radioactive spider giving her abilities porportionate of one, in an attempt to not show these abilities to MJ after making a mess with her webbing she lies to MJ and refers to it as "gum". When Flash Thompson got stuck on a structure, Penelope made a make shift suit and saved him before going through the day and hanging out with MJ as normal.
Earth-66[]
On Earth-66 (a dinosaur/pre-historic based world) Peter and MJ are known as Pter Ptarker and Mary Jane Watsaur with Pter's superhero mantel being Spider-Rex. In this universe, MJ was friends with Eddie Brockiosaurus and argued with Jingshan Jingshanosaurus that Spider-Rex was good. Spider-Rex was seemingly enamored by Watsaur and got excited when he discovered she knew his superhero name (despite it being public knowledge). Pter saved her from Venomsaurus Rex and the 2 shared a kiss just before the volcano erupted.
Earth-423[]
On Earth-423 (a Disney princess inspired world) Peter and MJ are gender swapped with Peter being known as Princess Petra and MJ being known as the Merry James Watson. Petra is seemingly smitten by James Watson and him her with the 2 constantly helping one another, unfortunately due to Petra gaining her superhero persona Spinstress from Fairy Gob-mother the catch to gaining said abilities that came with the suit were that she'd never find true love. Despite this, Petra and James seem very close, as of recent James was possessed by the Venom symbiote after a battle between Kraven that led to Queen Mysteria waking up.
Earth-4477[]
In this universe, Peter is a popular edgy kid and so rather than date Gwen Stacy (who is believed to be a nerd) he dated MJ instead with the 2 falling deeply in love. When the Green Goblin (who like all Peter's enemies in this universe is an anthropomorphic insect which Peter finds fitting for his alias) took MJ and in a similar manner to Gwen in most universes dropped her off the bridge which got her killed. This would cause Peter to mourn MJ and when he was later sent to Earth-18119 he would be comforted by the MJ of that universe about his MJ's death.
Earth-6160/New Ultimate Universe[]
In this universe due to time manipulations by The Maker, Peter never became Spider-Man and lived a relatively normal life. Him and MJ got married and had 2 kids named Richard Parker and May Parker named after Peter's father and his aunt.
When Peter discovers his erased destiny as Spider-Man, he asks MJ for advice (without telling her the full story) referring to it as a "personal change" at first MJ thinks this means divorce but Peter puts her at ease and tells her nothing will change between them. At which point MJ heads to bed and tells Peter to "Go get him tiger" her telling him this and uncle Ben's advice are the 2 main things that give him enough courage to reclaim his destiny.
A month later of being Spider-Man, one of their children May begins to see Spider-Man in the news and after a discussion about why May does not need to be scared of him, MJ overhears and asks what it's about. Peter summarizes her and informs her that the discussion is about a "fear of Photoshop" to which MJ jokes that she fears Photoshop as well, MJ goes to head out the door but briefly notices Peter's abs and asks if he's been working out, Peter implies that he has.
That night, when Peter is caught as Spider-Man by May, she mentions that MJ won't be happy, Peter at first thinks she's referring to his suit smelling like a dumpster (given he fell into one). Peter remarks that he'll clean it but May reiterates what she's talking about, Peter agrees that MJ won't be happy if she finds out rather than be told but tells May that he just got his abilities and that he'll tell MJ and Richard when he's ready.
The next night, Peter checks up on his family and asks MJ (who is home from work) how things are going, she sends tells him things are going as usual and sends 2 photos of her, Richie, and May. She asks when Peter will be home and he tells her he will soon, she tells him to get some sleep and he jokes asking what sleep is.
A month later and MJ and Richie (their firstborn son) begin to suspect May and Peter of hiding something from them given how secretive they are being. Richie further points out they are avoiding making eye contact, Peter however refers to it as "daddy-daughter time" and deflects their accusations back at them. MJ and Richie at this point despite to trust them (despite not fully believing them) and go out to buy shoes, MJ simply tells the 2 to "Not do anything I wouldn't do".

Spider-Man Film Trilogy (Earth-96283)[]
Spider-Man (2002)[]
In this, Peter and MJ initially have a crush relationship with Peter having a seemingly unrequited crush on MJ and his Spider-Man persona getting in the way of any real relationship. MJ meanwhile would date Flash Thompson up until the end of high school in which Peter's best friend Harry Osborn would swoop in and begin dating MJ due to also having feelings for her. She would be captured by the Green Goblin but saved by Spider-Man who had discovered Peter's identity. However, after discovering that she was in love with Peter instead she would break up with Harry (at his father's funeral mind you) and confess her feelings to Peter, however due to his responsibility as Spider-Man he believed he couldn't have a love life and rejected her.
Spider-Man 2[]
MJ and Peter would remain friends with MJ continuously trying to get Peter confess how he truly feels but Peter would still refuse to given her responsibility. After one last attempted flirt she revealed that she was engaged to an astronaut revealed to be J. Jonah Jameson's son John Jameson, this would sadden Peter and the stress between this and other things would cause him to start losing his abilities. Peter would eventually decide to give up being Spider-Man to focus on his personal life leaving him more time to do stuff for/with MJ, Peter would try to convince MJ to be with him but she refused given her relationship with Jameson.
MJ would eventually discover that she still had feelings for Peter and attempted to get him to confess to her only for her to be taken captive by Doctor Octopus. Peter would of course save her but in the process accidentally revealed his secret identity, MJ now knowing Peter was Spider-Man (only not knowing before because she didn't believe Peter's word of mouth on a phone call) began pushing for the 2 to be together once more. Peter refused due to the 2 being engaged and him believing that Spider-Man's life is too dangerous for him to be in a relationship, MJ then broke off her engagement on her wedding day and confessed to Peter that she didn't care who she was and that she wanted to be with him no matter how dangerous. The 2 then shared a passionate kiss before Peter went out to be Spider-Man.
Spider-Man 3[]
After a year of dating, Peter prepared to propose to MJ, but after a long line of relationship troubles (Peter not relating to MJ, Peter not putting his feelings aside for MJ, MJ not telling him about her getting fired, MJ kissing Harry, and Harry regaining his memories and blackmailing her) MJ would albeit in a forced manner break up with Peter. The 2 would eventually meet up at MJ's new bar singing job where Peter put on a show using Gwen Stacy to make MJ jealous, Gwen embarrassed and horrified apologized to MJ and left. With the symbiote controlling Peter he would make MJ uncomfortable and then accidentally smacked her while trying to fight off the guards, later MJ would be kidnapped by Eddie Brock/Venom who gained the symbiote after Peter gave it up. Peter with some help from Harry who died in the process stopped Venom and saved MJ, Peter would later return to MJ's work and the 2 would slow dance together
Spider-Man: No Way Home[]
When Peter was transported into another universe (Earth-199999), Peter (TASM) would ask him about his personal life in which Peter told his younger counterpart that after a long line of relationship troubles they made things work. Not being specific on whether this implies marriage or just a standard healthy dating relationship.
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018)[]
Peter Parker would meet Mary Jane deeply falling in love with her and ending up marrying her in a jewish ceremony. However things would get complicated once the hero life of Peter started to get in their relationship, the things would only get worse with the death of May Parker. With MJ wanting to have kids Peter was scared to loose her too, to accept the proposal managing to rift them apart. Scared of the dangers Mary Jane may be exposed thanks to his heroe life Peter would eventually divorced her breaking her heart. His divorced with Mary Jane make Peter became a depressive, tired and apathetic.
Sometime later Parker was send from his universe to Earth-1610B following the death of that world's Peter Parker, sometime later as he was infiltrating Alchemax with the help of the Spider-Gang. Peter would talk to this version of Mary Jane, how has just lose her Peter, telling how he is sorry for not giving her what she deserved. Starting to talk to her as she was her MJ.
After Miles Morales inspired Peter to take his own leap of faith, Parker visit Mary Jane with some flowers in hope of repairing his relationship.
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (2023)[]
Following his encounter with Miles Peter finally amend his relationship with MJ managing to father a daughter named Mayday, in honor of the late May Parker. Mayday would also inherit Peter's powers, since Peter couldn't pay or leave Mayday with any normal babysitter. Peter began to take care of Mayday while defending the city as Spider-Man, even though MJ asked him not to bring Mayday to any fights.
Animation[]
Spider-Man Unlimited[]
The two dated off and on for a long while until she disappeared. When she learned that he was Spider-Man the two married. She stayed behind while he went to Counter-Earth.
Spider-Man: The New Animated Series[]
Mary Jane wanted to date Peter Parker but was infatuated with the superhero Spider-Man. At some point, she and the superhero shared a kiss.
Though they liked each other, Peter kept pushing MJ away for unknown reasons. She was also friends with Harry Osborn. After the death of Norman Osborn, Mary Jane began pursuing Peter more aggressively. She was good friends with Sally Johnson, the two would share notes and study together, and only casual acquaintances with Max Dillon.
Things became complicated when Peter began dating Indira Daimonji.
She kept getting captured and attacked by supervillains such as Turbo Jet and the Gaines Twins. The Twins used their psychic abilities to get Spider-Man to attack Indy putting her in the hospital. Despite her feelings, she then felt that Spider-Man was a threat.
The Spectacular Spider-Man[]
Peter and Mary Jane attend the dance where she shocks the crowd by showing up with Parker. When Gwen sees her, she becomes upset, believing Peter lied about not having a date (she had wanted to go with Peter) while Sally Avril is angry that the "King of Geeks" actually got a date, and Flash Thompson takes a liking to her, presumably to irritate Peter. Peter receives a call from the Daily Bugle, demanding travel across town to photograph an event hosted by Tombstone where the Green Goblin was attacking. Mary Jane is very understanding of Peter ditching her. While Peter is gone, MJ gets voted as the Homecoming Queen despite not attending the school (with the ballot saying "the red-haired girl that came with Peter Parker") much to the fury of all the other girls except Gwen. When Peter halts the Green Goblin's plans and returns to the gym, he finds the students emptying out and Mary Jane dancing with Hobie Brown. Peter sits on the side and sighs, believing he blew his chances with the MJ by leaving, but she tells him she saved the last dance just for him, and the two share a slow dance in the empty gym.
MJ is later seen cheering on the schools football game, sitting next to Glory Grant. Peter tries to talk with her and Mary Jane assures him that they're just friends, and that the dance was simply for fun, much to his disappointment. Later Dr. Octopus attacks Peter and his friends at the Coney Island Carnival, Gwen Stacy trips and falls, so Mary Jane goes back and helps her. Spider-Man rescues the girls from Doc Ock's grasp. That night Flash Thompson and Liz Allenbreak up, and Peter tries to talk with Liz, but is held back by MJ who says "Not now Tiger".
At the Halloween Fair , Mary Jane, is dressed as a vampire and she searches for Peter in hopes of telling him she now goes to Midtown High thanks to her acceptance by its theater magnet. Flash tries to make a move on her but she tells him she likes him, but that "this redhead's a free agent".
Peter Parker later arrives at the Fair dressed in his Spider-Man suit minus the mask, Mary Jane smiles and tells him he fills out the costume nicely. The next day Mary Jane tells Peter about her enrollment at the school which she tried to tell him the night before, but he disappeared. Gwen Stacy then arrives and explains to the pair that Harry Osborn is off sick from school, although Peter secretly knows is because of Harry's addiction to the Globulin Green aka the Goblin Formula.
Sinister Six later attack Spider-Man again but this time he is bonded to the the alien Symbiote, Aunt May has a heart attack with Anna Watson nearby. Mary Jane is then the one to notify Peter of his aunt's condition. Peter later arrives at school and his friends attempt to console him, but due to the symbiote's influence, he verbally reject everyone. He apologizes the next day to MJ and warns him about Eddie Brock's hatred towards him, as he tried to hurt him by using her.
MJ is later at the Thanksgiving Day parade with Flash, and as before she continually tries to dodge and ignore all his advances. Nonetheless, Spidey is understandably annoyed. It is Mary Jane who initiates the assistance in helping Gwen from dangling from a float after being endangered by Venom. When Venom tells Peter Parker that he will attack "who you love the most", he dashes to the parade and to find MJ, believing it was her who Venom was speaking about (Back when the Sinister Six attacked, Eddie had made an advance on her earlier in order to attack Peter). Although he finds her safe and not in danger, that's when he notices Gwen is speaking to Eddie Brock. She later initiates an effort to save Gwen with the other students, which succeeds.
When Flash tried to date her, she mentioned she was not interested in a serious relationship. However, she did start dating Liz's brother Mark Allan, shown to be depressed when she believed he was gambling and doing drugs again. By the end of the series, she is the only person who still knows that Peter and Gwen plan to ditch their respective partners to be together (though they denied it when she confronted them).

Marvel's Spider-Man (2017)[]
Upon meeting Mary Jane for the first time, and almost crashing into her, Peter was smitten by her appearance and easy-going personality. Even when Peter was acting awkward while trying to hide Groot Mary Jane simply rolled along with it without calling him out on the behavior as Aunt May did and how others would usually.
In Spider-Man Unmasked, Mary Jane helped Peter to realize that he didn't explain why he kept his secret (of being Spider-Man) from Gwen and Anya the way he intended too.
In Maximum Venom, when Peter tells Mary Jane that he needs a date for Horizon High's dance, and jokes that he'll never find a date, she says that she would go with to the dance. When Venom was revealed to have been possessing Max Modell, Mary Jane tried to get Peter to leave Horizon with her, and she ended up surprised by his bravery of wanting to protect the school and his classmates. Before evacuating herself, she gives him a kiss on the cheek for good luck.
Later on, Mary Jane and Peter have the dance that was interrupted at the party. Mary Jane said that despite alien invasion, it was still a nice. Her optimism and reminding that they had a future to look forward to made Peter realize that he wasn't ready to leave his friends and family behind to become an Avenger. Mary Jane was confused on what Peter meant by her being right (about their whole future being ahead of them) and was caught by surprise when Peter gave her a kiss on the cheek, making her blush just as he did when first seeing her in Amazing Friends.
It's possible that Peter and Mary Jane become a couple after the events of Maximum Venom.

Spider-Man (PS4)[]

At some point before the events of the game's timeline, Peter and MJ, became friends along with Harry Osborn in middle school. At somepoint as adults they would go all over New York to eat all of New York's pizzas, and at some point MJ would learn Peter's identity as Spider-Man. Peter and MJ became a couple at some point during their senior year of college and were together for nearly two years. At some point after a particularly intense encounter with Wilson Fisk, an injured Peter ended up in MJ's yard, prompting her to rush him to the hospital using her father's car. And at one point Peter caused a fire in MJ's apartment when he tried cooking, causing MJ"s neighbor's to dislike Peter. At some point, Peter and MJ had broken up, due to Peter's overprotectiveness over MJ, but remained friends, an action that was heavily produced once Peter almost died in a fight against Scorpion. As Peter continues his heroic work as Spider-Man, while MJ looks for stories to report for her job at the Daily Bugle. When Peter met up with Aunt May, she tells him that he and MJ shouldn't have split up and how the two of them could have made a "lot of beauty babies" together.
As MJ looks at the Kingpin's many items that are to be auctioned the next day, she reflects on the moment when one of its swords had hurt Peter and she had to help him when he ended up in her own backyard. The moment MJ saw the type of statue that Peter had told her about and how the Kingpin uses them to hide things, she decides to see what it holds and uncovers a document for something called "Devil's Breath"; not long after MJ found it the auction house gets attacked by men wearing Japanese theatre demon masks. MJ had managed to keep herself hidden from them, before Spider-Man was informed about the disturbance at that location. Not long after he finds MJ's camera, she comes out of hiding to knock out the thug who cornered her ex-boyfriend. MJ explains what she was doing here and what the masked men are after, Spider-Man agrees to take care of them while MJ tries to make her escape; and after she left his side Spider-Man noticed that MJ might have had changed her perfume. Even though the two failed to stop the men from taking the file, Spider-Man was glad that MJ wasn't hurt and texts her to keep up with him later at the restraint they used to hang out at.
Despite the changes to the restraint, they were both glad that it still does the "best in the city" frize they love to eat at it. As they talk about work and what happened at the auction house, MJ asks Peter if he remembers the reason for their brake up, but trouble appears before Peter could answer. The two continue to stay in contact with one another as they both go after the masked mean, who MJ dubs as the "Demon Gang" after Peter learns a bit more about their masks and shares the information with her. Even though he doesn't want MJ to keep going after them, since Marten Li had told Peter that the people connected to the mask are dangerous and it would be best that MJ drops the story, but Mary Jane doesn't frightened off that easily.
After Officer Morales helps Spider-Man catch a few Demon gang henchmen, he catches MJ making her way to the ambulance that the brave officer is being placed in, he asks her what she is doing before reminding MJ that she shouldn't mess with the Demons, but MJ wasn't going to drop the story and believes that Morales' story should be told. He than watches MJ convince Officer Morales to interview him as someone who cares and just wants to listen, all while being impressed by her. Soon after Peter learns that he has been thrown out of his apartment, he was tempted to call MJ to see if should would let him sleep on her couch, all while wondering on how he should ask her, but once he sees her story on Morales published he decides to let her celebrate by not giving her his "sleep over" request. While he calls his aunt on the request instead.
The next day MJ calls Spider-Man on how the mayor is planning to give Officer Davis a reward, to help him get re-elected, before the two met up at it. As Osborn gives Morales the medal, Peter and MJ talk about the Demon gang and how Peter would like to come over to MJ's place where he'll cook them dinner. Before Peter could stop it from happening, he gets knout out by the blasts from the suicide bombers, while MJ kneels by his unconscious body as she begs him to help up. Peter was lucky to recover from the event, but Officer Morales was killed and both Peter and MJ end up attending his funeral to pay their respects together. The officer's death has also motivated Peter and MJ to keep going after the Demon Gang, before any more innocent people die.
Spider-Man: Miles Morales (PS5)[]
During the event of the game MJ decides to leave New York for a while to go to Symkaira to write a report on the country's ongoing war. Peter decides to go with MJ to help take picture for her as apart of his "work vacation". Leaving Miles to be Spider-Man to take care of the city in his absence. But later in the game Peter returns earlier with leaving MJ to stay on Symkaria a while longer, due to her becoming friends with Silver Sable, but she would later return to New York.
Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Prequel Comic[]
In the Spider-Man 2 prequel comic, MJ meets the two Spider-Men and Tarantual who brutalkingst in when MJ was being interviewed by J. Jonah Jameson on his podcast taking about her new book on Symkaria. She, Peter, and Miles would later meet at Aunt May's old house to discuss the interview. Miles would show them the lures that Peter had given MJ and had gotten idea on how to give them offensive capabilities, to which they would vist the electronics store. MJ would help Peter and Miles to take down The Hood in the electronics store after it was broken into. At the end of the comic, the next day, she would apologize to Peter for being "oof too, about my book", who also apologizes insecurities for not listening to her and letting his insecurites throw him off.

In many universes, Mayday tends to be the go-to child for Peter and MJ, even on Earth-616 during the time when Peter and MJ were married Mayday Parker was going to be their child. Mayday tends to be their first child in most universes and in some even grows up to become Spider-Girl. There are currently 3 major and most popular universes with May in them.
Earth-982/MC2: In this universe, after becoming a father Peter gave up the mantel of Spider-Man after an attack from the Green Goblin which left Norman dead and Peter practically crippled. Peter then quit the Daily Bugle and finished his schooling to focus on caring for his family and being a father to May, Peter was eventually killed when the Inheritor Daemos came to his dimension and drained him of his Spider-Totem life force. Peter has recently been revived.
Earth-616B/Peter B. Parker's Universe: In this universe, after Peter returned home from his adventure with Miles Morales, he decided to rekindle his relationship with MJ having changed his mind about having children. In the process he quickly fathered this universe's version of May, Peter seems very closed to and overtly obsessed with his daughter doing whatever it takes to take care of her wanting the best for her. Upon questioning on whether or not he's a good father he decided to talk to MJ about it and she informed him that he was doing his best, he and May later joined the newly formed Spider-Gang when Gwen arrived to their dimension.
Earth-6160/New Ultimate Universe: Unlike in most universes, May is neither Peter's firstborn nor his eldest child with her being the younger and childish sister of Richard. May appears to be close to Peter but spends most of her time with her brother. Upon discovering Spider-Man, May was initially scared of the costumed hero and asked her brother (out of fear whether or not he was real, trying to stop the arguing between the 2 siblings Peter sympathized with May and reminded her on her beliefs on unicorns until he found that Spider-Man scared her at which point he told her to believe Richard. Later that night, May discovered Peter's identity upon walking in on him eating a tub of ice cream scaring her and causing her to cry.
Peter calmed her down and bribed her with some ice cream to keep her quiet in which she made it clear that MJ would not be happy about this. Peter knew she was right but decided he wanted to keep his identity a secret a little bit longer not wanting the family to have to worry about this, May also disclosed that she was still scared by the costume and wanted to change it which Peter agreed to. The next night, Peter texted MJ to check on his family and see if they were alright, MJ who was currently taking care of the 2 and gave them dinner posted 2 pics, one of Richard eating with May scowling at him and the second one of May having the food Richard was eating on her face. The next night, May to encourage her father and make sure he knew he was doing good made him a card of his "spider" which spurred Peter on to continue a little while longer.
The following month, MJ and Richard began to get suspicious of how secretive May and Peter were being and confronted them on it. May played it off as nothing to which Peter quickly saved them from being even more suspicious by playing it off as "Normal daddy-daughter time". MJ and Richard decided to trust them and head out to go do errands, while they are gone, Peter uses the nano-tech on his suit to change colors with May helping him choose a costume, the 2 agree on a red and blue costume and take it out for a spin. Later when Peter meets the Green Goblin, he makes a passive aggressive comment about Peter's costume, Peter taking it as an insult defends his daughter's choice to the Goblin showing how close the 2 are.
Benjamin "Benjy" Richard Parker
Ben is Peter and MJ's second child in a lot of universes while not as many or as popular as Mayday he tends to be their second child. In some universes it is unknown if there is a "Richard" as his middle name which just leads him to being "Ben Parker II" or "Ben Parker, Jr." There are also a couple universes where Ben takes on the mantle of Spider-Man after his father and one universe where Ben becomes a human-spider hybrid after an experiment gone wrong.
Earth-29320/Spider-Man Bloodline Universe: In this universe, Benjy Parker was the only born child of Mary Jane Watson and Peter Parker, following the dead of his mother. Peter left his life in order to protect him, by making him be take cared by his aunt May. As a teenager, Benjy develop spider-powers he used to become the new Spider-Man.
Spidey-Baby
Spidey-Baby is one of Peter and MJ's weirder children and less known, considered a weird equivalent to Peter and MJ's other son Ben he appears more as an anthropomorphic baby spider than a human. He also happens to be the first child of Peter in any universe chronologically as his comic came out before May Parker was even a concept.
Richard "Richie" Parker II
Richard or Richie for short tends to be more often than not Peter and his late love interest Gwen Stacy's child first appearing within the House of M event. However, as of the recent new Ultimate Universe, Richie appears as Peter and MJ's child and the older brother of that universe's Mayday Parker.
Earth-6160/New Ultimate Universe: This version of Richard/Richie is the first of any version of him to be a child of Peter and MJ's rather than be a child between him and Gwen like in the House of M universe. Richie here appears to be closer to MJ but has Peter's smarts.
Anna-May Parker
Peter and MJ's kid from The Amazing Spider-Man: Renew Your Vows, she eventually grows up and like her late sister May Parker she gains the abilities of her father. She goes by many codenames like "AMP" (which is just her name but shortened to sound like a superhero name) and Spiderling (which she currently is going by)

- In the cancelled Amazing Spider-Man 3, MJ would've had a small role in the film in which her and Peter became acquaintances and then friends through Aunt May and Aunt Anna setting them up on dates possibly leading to a relationship between the two.[citation needed]
- On comics Earth-616, May Parker was born however this version of May was discarded and implied to be dead, the editorial at one point planned to bring her back but when the One More Day event happened they scrapped her in favor of keeping Aunt May alive
