RyuNeji is the femslash ship between Ryuko Tatsuma and Nejire Hadou from the My Hero Academia fandom.

Ryukyu is the Hero that Nejire is working with during her internship and the two seem to have a fairly close relationship as teacher and student. Ryukyu hired Nejire to work in her agency at some point and because of that, she is aware of Nejire's abilities and skills and recognizes her talent. While Nejire greatly admires Ryukyu as a teacher and Heroine and is shown to be very attached and affectionate with her, listening carefully when she speaks to him and following her orders without hesitation.
In most of Ryukyu's appearances in the series he is shown close to Nejire and due to Ryukyu's calmer and calmer personality, it helps to balance with Nejire's enthusiastic and curious personality. Despite their different personalities and behaviors, Ryukyu is one of the few people who does not care or bother Nejire's childish and noisy personality and instead helps her improve.
In Ryukyu's first appearance in the series, he is shown with Nejire, Ochaco and Tsuyu and in addition to congratulating Nejire when he saw that he improved the range of his attack when they fought against some Villains in Ochaco and Tsuyu's debut as Heroines, it is also specifically revealed that Nejire is the reason why Ryukyu hired Ochaco and Tsuyu in his agency, as Ryukyu commented that Nejire recommended that he hire the two girls to work in his agency with them, showing that Ryukyu seems to value Nejire's opinion very much.
Ryukyu's next appearance in the series is also shown related to Nejire, before Sir Nighteye's meeting started, the moment he saw her, Nejire happily ran to hug Ryukyu and throwing herself at her, while Ryukyu did not object to Nejire hugging her and even opens her arms to receive the hug while smiling at him. When the operation against the Shie Hassaikai and the rescue of Eri begins, suddenly Rikiya Katsukame appears and Nejire looks impressed when Ryukyu transformed into his Dragon form to catch the Yakuza. After Ryukyu temporarily restrained Rikiya, Nejire led Ochaco and Tsuyu to help her and when Rikiya broke free from the Police Force, Ryukyu realized that Nejire had risen into the sky with his Quirk and quickly yelled her name to attack the Villain, relying heavily on Nejire's abilities during the fight. After the mission ends, Ryukyu approached Nejire and helped her up after Nejire got tired from the fight, while Nejire although she was tired, when she saw Ryukyu she smiled calmly.
At Sir Nighteye's funeral, Nejire and Ryukyu were shown saying their goodbyes, due to the internships having been paused, and Ryukyu was shown smiling at him and holding Nejire's hand as they said goodbye. When the internships resumed it was shown that Ryukyu rehired Nejire, Ochaco and Tsuyu in his agency. During the Paranormal Liberation War, when Burnin mentions Ryukyu's name, a vignette of Nejire was specifically shown and when Nejire when he saw Ryukyu seriously injured in the fight against Tomura Shigaraki, three manga panels were shown in which⁚ Ryukyu was hurt, Nejire was looking at her and Nejire then showed a great deal of anger and attacked the responsible villain.
In episode 16 of season 5, he reveals what happened to Nejire during his internship with Ryukyu after the attack on Shie Hassaikai and is constantly seen alongside Ryukyu during the episode. During a presentation at the Ryukyu agency in which Ochaco wore his new suit, Nejire is seen clapping along with Ryukyu and Tsuyu and when the Ryukyu agency is doing a mission with the Oki Mariner's crew, Selkie strikes an adorable pose and Ryukyu is seen thinking he's not cute while Nejire thinks so. When the agency's beach day ends, Ryukyu prepare to search for Trigger's traffickers with Nejire in the air while leaving Ochaco and Tsuyu on the boat with Selkie. Ryukyu and Nejire fly through the air looking for the Villains and when Sirius locates the Villains, Nejire flies behind Ryukyu and then both use their Quirks to help Ochaco fly the plane in which the Villains planned to escape after they were attacked by Selkie.

Because Ryukyu rarely appears in history, the Ship is very little known, however some have noted that most of Ryukyu's appearances can be seen with Nejire. Despite Ryukyu being a few years older than Nejire, RyuNeji is mostly a well-received Ship due to Nejire and Ryukyu's pretty teacher-student relationship. Some like their relationship and closeness as it resembles that of an older and younger sister. While on the other side, others like to put them together as a couple because Nejire has shown to be very affectionate towards Ryukyu and Ryukyu proves to be a calm person, which makes their personalities balanced.
Among her rival Ships are⁚ NejiMiri, NejiTama and mainly Nejire's Ship with her best friend, NejiYuyu, because the NejiYuyu is also a well received Femslash Ship from Nejire and Yuyu's age is closer to Nejire's.
