FireCube is the het ship between Firey and Ice Cube from the Battle for Dream Island fandom.
Canon[]
Firey does not want to get himself involved with water and envisions Teardrop, Snowball, and Ice Cube as dangers towards him.
After seeing Firey sprint across when told to run, Ice Cube calls him a fast runner. Firey thanks Ice Cube and calls her wise. Later at the start of the relay race challenge, Firey must carry Ice Cube on top of him. However, she begins to melt when he does so and causes her to scream when he starts his lap. After Firey runs back from the tree, Ice Cube is reduced to almost a puddle and Golf Ball tells him her recovery center won't activate until she's completely melted. Firey sits on top of the last of her so she can be recovered and further complete the race.
Blocky pulls Firey to their team tank during the crying challenge and ends up melting Ice Cube.
Firey and Ice Cube are standing behing a wall that Blocky is atop of. Blocky falls on top of Firey and causes him to slide into Ice Cube and later into water behind them, killing them both.
Firey is among the many contestants dangling off of a cliff that Ice Cube refuses to save.
When given the ability to remove points from others on the scoreboard, Firey takes away 100 points from Ice Cube for being his opposite.
Firey claps for Ice Cube when she gets bonus points for receiving the fewest votes at the Cake at Stake ceremony.
As the current contestants get to choose who leaves next between the three with the lowest points, Firey votes for Ice Cube for once more being his opposite.
Since Ice Cube was not made of Yoyle metal while everyone else was at the time, Firey is confused why Leafy threw her into the incinerator anyways.
Firey allows Ice Cube onto Dream Island alongside a large crowd.
Life of an Ice Cube[]
During the compilation of Ice Cube's misfortunes, Blocky pushes Firey into her and causes both Ice Cube to melt and Firey to extinguish.
Leafy startles Ice Cube, causing her to nearly bump into Firey. Leafy grabs her just before she does and tries to apologize but a tree Firey accidentally burns ends up landing on Ice Cube.
Fanon[]
FireCube is a rarepair overall in the Battle for Dream Island fandom. They have, however, collected a number of ship art together throughout certain platforms for the show. Their dynamic is not considered by a lot due to the fact that physically it would not work out since Firey can be used to melt Ice Cube and Ice Cube being able to extinguish Firey. Even with this, some base off the ship from their hints of friendship in the first season. One of the ship's more popular rivals Fireafy (Firey x Leafy) also uses the basis on which Leafy would be burnt if any physical affection were to take place, a similarity shared by the two ships. Other rival ships surrounding the time peroid include Icebook (Ice Cube x Book) and Fireoiny (Firey x Coiny).
