Fizzlesnoot is the non-binary ship between Floofty Fizzlebean and Beffica Winklesnoot from the Bugsnax fandom.
Canon[]
The two don't share much of a relationship, but Beffica has her own input on the latter. She, as well as everyone else, view Floofty as the local freak who runs dangerous experiments. This bad status caught her attention and she wishes to debunk any further evidence on them. This resulted her in going out of her way to spy on Floofty. When she witnessed them consuming their own snakified leg, she used this event in a camp story to stir up attention and worried looks.
Trying to ask Beffica if she wishes to participate in one of Floofty's many horrific experiment, she makes a lighthearted joke before bluntly declining. The attitude of their neighbors towards their scientific expertise has them view the majority as lowly and cowards, especially Snorpy Fizzlebean. If they succeed in escaping Snaktooth during The Quake, they both live their lives happily in Grumpus City.
Fanon[]
The Fizzlesnoot ship has received significant attention in the Bugsnax fandom. Their dynamic that was very unexplored in the canonical content is delved into in fanon content. They're often depicted as best friends who are antisocial outcasts in Snaxburg. Though Beffica isn't introverted, she has a difficult time fitting in with the crowd, much like Floofty, though they are reserved. Shippers truly do see a decent relationship between them, though they ultimately fit the Odd Couple trope.
On a literal sense, relationships are known to be formed through differences. Others find themselves bonding over suppressed similarities that weren't expected to be shared with their partner. This reasoning can explain the origin behind imagining Floofty and Beffica in a platonic and or romantic relationship. In fanart, they're often seen being the short duo that share gossip and dog on others. This references to Beffica's snoopy, sassy personality to Floofty's arrogance.
It's more common to see "bestie" works rather than romantic ones. The intimate variation, however, isn't frowned upon and is well received.
