Flowercake is the slash ship between Dandy and Cosmo from the Dandy's World fandom.
Canon[]
Dandy and Cosmo are characters from Dandy's World. Although, only Cosmo is playable as Dandy can't be played by normal players. As of now, Dandy and Cosmo don't have any interactions in the elevator as Dandy can't be played, so they don't have any interactions in the elevator.
Cosmo's ability is to heal a toon at the cost of one of his hearts, Dandy's passive is called "The star of the show", and it gives Dandy invencibility and five stars in all of his stats. Dandy is a Flower while Cosmo is a brown pastry resembling a chocolate Swiss Roll. Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright Toon while Cosmo is a helpful, yet cautious Toon, this is true due to Dandy’s dialogue when buying Cosmo’s Toon License.
Cosmo and Dandy's relationship can be debatable, but it's possibly that the two are acquaintances or have talked to each other atleast one or more times, or Cosmo is afraid of Dandy, since Sprout has probably told him that Dandy is not as good a person as he appears to be. This is implied in his dialogue with Shelly, where he says that Dandy is the last person he wants to ask for advices for his plant. On Cosmo and Sprout's matching bracelets, the Savory Charm and Sweet Charm, if you put the pendants together, it will make a Dandy-like flower. When the player buys Cosmo for the first time, Dandy will give him a compliment by saying "Cosmo, he's sweet! Literally, tee hee!.
In Cosmo and Shelly's interaction, Cosmo says that the plant in his room wilted recently, Shelly asks him if he was giving it enough water, Cosmo says yes, but maybe gave it too much water. Shelly suggest Cosmo to ask Dandy for advices, however, Cosmo denies it, saying that Dandy is the last person he wants to ask.
In one of the official teasers for the role-playing mode, Twisted Cosmo and Twisted Sprout appear, while behind them is Twisted Dandy. Dandy and Cosmo often appear in doodles made by Qwelver (although the doodles should not be considered canon since they aren't). It was said that Dandy would be a little theft of baked goods when it comes to Cosmo and Sprout's work (According to Qwelver).

Flowercake is a popular ship in the Dandy's World fandom. The reason why is actually unknown, they are probably shipped because of the ship between Astro and Sprout, since Moonberry is a popular ship, many people didn't like the idea of Cosmo and Dandy being alone, so people started shipping the two together.
Flowercake main rival ships are Moonflower and Fruitcake. it's often shipped alongside Moonberry, since they are both Cosmo and Dandy best friends.

- The ship name “Flowercake” or “Cakeflower” comes from the toons associations with said objects. Dandy is a Flower and Cosmo is a pastry resembling a Swiss Roll, a cake.
- The ship name might also be based on the real cake counterpart, Flowercake, which is a cake decorated with flowers, either real edible flowers or sugar flowers made from edible materials like gum paste or fondant.
