In the book series, Wolf and Snake have been friends since childhood, however it hasn't been yet revealed as to why their relationship drifted apart. When Wolf comes up with the idea of "The Good Guys Club", he invites Snake to join (though he isn't a fan of the idea). As the series continues, they slowly mend their relationship. In "Dawn of the Underlord" Snake gets brainwashed by Lord Spläärghon, which causes Wolf and Snake to turn into enemies. Snake repeatedly states that he wants Wolf to join his side, but he refuses the offer.
Book Series[]
The Bad Guys[]
In book 1, Wolf invites Snake, Piranha, and Shark to join the Good Guys Club (now known as Shadow Squad G). They partake in their first mission where they break 200 dogs out of a dog pound. Wolf seems to take a liking in Snake, calling him things such as "sweetheart" and "handsome" while also hugging him multiple times in the episode. Snake shows very negative behaviour towards Wolf, and seems uncomfortable whenever they hug.
The Furball Strikes Back[]
In book 3, after freeing 10,000 chickens from a caged farm owned by Professor Marmalade, Wolf receives an anonymous call from the woods telling him that group of bulldozers are about to crush up the homes of wild animals. The call turns out to be a trap created by Professor Marmalade, which was an act of revenge after they freed all his chickens. Wolf and Snake end up getting captured along with Shark, causing them to get into an argument.
Agent Fox (now known as Ellen) is a member of an organization called The International League of Heroes. She helps set Wolf, Snake and Shark free, causing Wolf to fall in love. After escaping, they find two motorbikes and Wolf attempts to ride one in an effort to Impress Agent Fox, while taking Snake on board with him. His terrible driving skills almost result in them getting shot by a laser cannon. Snake grows furious with Wolf and shouts about how much he hates him, but Wolf responds by saying that he doesn't hate him back, and tells him how much he believes that Snake has a hero inside him.
Intergalactic Gas[]
In book 5, the gang attempts to destroy the Cute-Zilla Ray Created by Professor Marmalade, which is located on the moon. This results in them stealing a rocket in order to get there. While in space, Snake gets into an argument with Wolf and brings up Agent Fox, But Shark interrupts their conversation by saying that whenever Snake mentions Agent Fox, he sounds jealous, possibly due to the fact that Wolf likes her more than him. This causes snake to be upset and repeatedly state that he isn't jealous.
Eventually they land on the moon and find the Cute-Zilla Ray. Wolf gets into the command capsule right before it gets hit by a laser thus making a hole in the rocket. Snake seals the rocket by cutting the escape pod off and abandoning Wolf, though he immediately regrets his decision. The rocket gets sucked into the command centre of the Cute-Zilla Ray and Professor Marmalade kidnaps the members on the rocket. Later, Wolf finds a way into the command centre and rescues the kidnapped members with the help of Piranha. When they make it back to earth, Snake admits to being jealous of Agent Fox, and reveals the reason he cut Wolf off was because he was mad at him. Wolf easily forgives Snake with a hug.
Do-You-Think-He-Saurus[]
In book 7, after The Bad Guys escape an alien spaceship and Professor Marmalade (Who turns out to be an alien named Kdjfoerhgcoinweruhcg), they accidently travel 65 million years back in time after using an "escape pod" that turns out to be a time machine. They get chased down by a pack of velociraptors, but Snake tells Wolf and Shark to follow him and they escape into a forest, leaving Tarantula and Piranha. In order to silence Wolf's screaming and talking, Snake wraps around Wolf's mouth a couple of times. While hiding behind Shark's tree disguise, Wolf says how proud he is of Snake. Snake responds by saying 'Yeah, yeah. whatever, man.' and Wolf gives him a pleased smile.
The Bad Guys (2022)[]
In the film, Wolf and Snake are in the cafe talking about birthdays and other things. Right before leaving the cafe to start their robbery, Snake looks at Wolf (who was calling out for the check) in a loving expression. Then in the love crater scene, Wolf apologizes to Snake for being honest with him and admits that he was afraid to tell him that he wants to be good because Snake would never talk to him again. The two then make up with Snake saying to Wolf that he loves him and have a reconciling hug.

Fluffyvenom is the most popular and well-known ship besides Wolfington within The Bad Guys fandom, and gets a lot of art on Tumblr and Twitter. The Fluffyvenom hashtag has been taken over by its movie variation, which seems to be way more popular than the book variation.
But in the recent leaked trailer for The Bad Guys 2. The ship has been sank all because of Mr. Snake revealed that his girlfriend is Doom the raven similar to the books. In one of the recent interviews with director Pierre Perifel, he explained that The Bad Guys are getting lured into The Bad Girls trap because of Doom seducing Mr. Snake. But despite that the interview saying otherwise, it is still one of the most popular ships in the fandom & for the 2.
