Frannelius is the het ship between Franny Robinson and Cornelius Robinson from the Meet the Robinsons fandom.

Lewis is an orphan boy with a gifted intellect, wishing to be able to escape his orphanage before becoming a teenager by finding his birth mother, having only seen her once as a baby. So he builds a memory scanner that allows him to see her face as she's giving him to the orphanage and hoping to identify her. He plans to show off the invention at the science fair to gain further exposure. However, it seems that this moment would change the future, as a boy named Wilbur Robinsons warns Lewis not to let the machine fall into the hands of a "Bowler Hat Guy". When the machine breaks, Lewis is ready to give up, but Wilbur proves that he's from the future by taking him there with one of his family's time machines.
Lewis ends up trapped in the future due to crashing the machine when fighting with Wilbur when he wants him to return to the science fair, so Wilbur lets Lewis stay at the garage of his family's house, telling him to not move until he comes back. So of course Lewis decides to test the house's tube transport system himself and bumps into a bunch of different Robinson family members, including Wilbur's mother Franny. Franny takes an immediate shine to the boy when he expresses amazement at her genetically-modified singing frogs.
When it comes to Franny calling Wilbur for dinner, she insists that Lewis shall have dinner with the family, with Wilbur going along as he doesn't want his mother to find out that one of the family's time machines is broken while the other is stolen. At dinner, Lewis sees the robot butler Carl use a PB&J spray much like the one he tried to invent, but gets a deja vu when the machine is jammed. Upon Wilbur's insistence, Lewis tries to fix it, only to be met with the Robinsons cheering for him when he failed, seeing his failure as an opportunity to learn. Lewis is so moved by the gesture that he proposes a toast to the Robinsons, wishing to have a family just like them someday. Franny asks her son what Lewis meant by that, absent-mindedly, Wilbur lets it slip that Lewis is an orphan. Franny is visibly shocked to learn that.
When the Bowler Hat Guy summons a T-Rex from the past to attack the family and kidnap Lewis, Franny leads her family into an attack, only to be overwhelmed. Wilbur manages to knock the hat the Bowler Hat Guy used to control the T-Rex off, pacifying it. When Franny runs up to comfort Lewis, he accidentally calls her "Mom" while showing concern for her having gotten hurt during the battle. When Wilbur insist that it's time for Lewis to go home, Franny offers to let him stay indefinitely, with Lewis accepting her offer to adopt him. However, Wilbur fears the worst would happen if he doesn't interfere and knocks the cap he used to disguise Lewis, revealing Lewis' hair to Franny. Franny recognizes Lewis as a kid from the past and agrees with Wilbur that Lewis has to return to his own time, to which Wilbur confesses that the family lost both time machines that day. When Franny intends to call her husband Cornelius, Lewis tells her that Wilbur promised him that he will see his birth mother. When she's getting genuinely angry at Wilbur, he reassures his mother that he never actually intended to do so, causing Lewis to lose trust in him and run off.
However, before any of the Robinsons could find Lewis, he gets kidnapped by the Bowler Hat Guy, who reveals himself to be Lewis' old roommate Goob and that Wilbur's father Cornelius is actually Lewis' future self. After tying Lewis up, Goob travels back in time with the now fixed memory scanner, after selling the invention as his own, he mass-produces the "Helping Hat" Lewis abandoned, DOR15. With the timeline being altered around him, Lewis finds out that DOR15 betrayed Goob and had him killed while taking complete control of the world. He's approached by the mind-controlled Robinsons, with Lewis in complete disbelief, but DOR15 using Franny's voice to taunt him.
With the Robinsons attacking him, Lewis has no choice but to fix the time machine he crashed and travel back in time to stop Goob from selling the memory scanner as his own, erasing DOR15 from existence while doing so. Correcting the timeline, Lewis reunites with the Robinsons, with Franny asking if he's alright only for Lewis to reassure her that he hadn't felt better in a long time. With Cornelius returning from his business trip, he immediately realizes what is going on when he sees Lewis, asking the family who's responsible. Franny hesitates to tell him before catching Wilbur trying to make a quick getaway.
After being shown the amazing things he will build in the future, Lewis feels ready to return to his own time. Before Wilbur takes him back to the science fair, Franny gives him some advice for the future: She's always right, even when she's wrong sometimes. Lewis looks at his future self for support, but Cornelius admits that Franny is right and tells him to follow her advice if he were Lewis, noting the irony of that statement. Cornelius and Franny then hold each other when waving goodbye to Lewis.
Back at the science fair, Lewis gets a second chance to show off his memory scanner and impresses the judges, especially Lucille Krunklehorn and her husband Bud Robinson. He then meets a little girl named Franny who tells him that she trains frogs to sing, believing that frogs are more musically gifted than people. She sadly tells him that everyone thinks she's crazy for it, expecting him to do the same, but Lewis tells her that she's right.
As a representative of a science program notices Lewis and offers to sponsor him, Lewis looks at his future parents and wife and agrees with the statement that he does have a bright future ahead of him.

Given that they are canonically married, Frannelius is the main ship of the Meet the Robinsons fandom. The time travel set up allows for fans to explore their relationship at the "puppy love" stage with both of them as kids and actually showing them as a married couple as adults.
