Freezer Repair is the non-binary ship between Volta and Wrench from the Starlight Express fandom.

Bochum 2018 Revisions[]
After Killerwatt introduces himself, Wrench comes forward and does the same. Volta and Joule lined up behind her to do the same. The four gather in a circle, with Volta and Wrench across from each other. When Electra arrives, Volta dances beside him with Wrench behind the two of them. Electra then skates to the side and Wrench comes forward, allowing Volta and her to dance beside each other. The two then hold hands as they and the other trains circle Electra. Only letting go when everyone else disperses. Volta then grabs onto Wrench when Greaseball arrives and skates his components away. Joule, Volta and Wrench then become attracted to Greaseball, and skate down with the coach's. Wrench and Volta beside each other as they dance backs up for him.

Freezer Repair is a smaller pairing in the StEx fandom. Mostly due to the two not having many major moments in the show. Meaning that they have a limited amount of time to interact in most productions. It is often shipped as part of the larger Electronents ship. Fans of the two often like opposite attract type of ships. As Volta is often the most feminine of the components, while Wrench is more on the masc side. Its rival ships include Freezer Burn and RustyWrench. Mostly due to how often Volta and Joule get paired up for dancing in many numbers.
On AO3, Freezer Repair is the third most written ship for both Wrench and Volta. There are currently 4 written works.
