Frozen Family is the family ship between Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven

When Elsa and Anna were little they build a snowman they called Olaf, while the sisters were playing with Elsa's ice magic. Not only after they built the snowman, however, Elsa accidently hit Anna's head with her magic and their parents brought them to the Trolls for help. The incident causing Elsa to leave a trail of ice had caught the eye of a young ice harvester and his reindeer, Kristoff and Sven who followed the icy trail and end up witnessing Anna's healing, as well as her memory wipe of her sister's powers. The royal family were unaware of Kristoff and Sven, who get adopted by the trolls who helped them. As for the sisters, Elsa losing the confidence to control her powers led to them being separated for their own protection, until Elsa is able to control them but her fear of harming her family with her powers again kept her from doing so. Each year at Christmas since then, Anna would make a gift that is based off of Olaf and lid it under Elsa's closed door. Brightening up Elsa's day in her isolated and had kept her treasured gifts from Anna in a small box, that ends up being placed in the trunk that holds her childhood belongings. As much as Elsa would want to welcome Anna back into her life again, the fear of harming her had kept that from happening. As for Kristoff and Sven, they spend many happy years with the trolls and had never forgot the day that led to them meeting their Troll family.
Years later when it was time for Elsa to be crowned Queen of Arendelle, Kristoff and Sven attend the event to sell their ice at one of the stalls outside the castle. As for Anna she was exited that the gates were finally being opened again. Sometime after Anna ended up provoking Elsa to expose her powers and to flee from the kingdom, while her fear creating an never ending winter, Elsa finds herself on the North Mountain. Where she is finally free to use her magi without the fear of harming anyone, and ends up recreating her childhood snowman in that moment of joy. That somehow gave Olaf life and wonders off down the mountain. Kristoff had saw Elsa's magic coming down the mountain, that was also the direction that the snow was coming from. Anna learns of this when she set out to find and bring her sister home, in hopes of bringing back summer, and meets Kristoff at the lodge and Sunna. Where he tells her the location that is most likely at and decides to make him her guide. Anna wants her sister back and Kristoff wants to be able to sell his ice. On the way the two and their reindeer companion meet Olaf, who befriends the three and shares the exact location that Elsa is at. Kristoff wanted to tell Olaf want would happen to him once they bring back summer, but Anna didn't want to ruin the snowman's fantasy of it.

With the five being the main beloved characters of Disney's Frozen franchise, fans were happy of the way Frozen II presented them as a found family. With the sisters losing their parents and the male members of their group helping the two royal women to reconnect in the previous film.
