Fun Gang is the friendship between Kris, Susie, Ralsei and Lancer from the Deltarune fandom.

Canon

Chapter 1

After being assigned as partners by their teacher against their will, Kris and Susie fall into the Dark World inside the school's storage closet while trying to retrieve chalk. They start their journey together, but Susie will always run off from Kris no matter how they move. Susie then points out that someone is trying to get their attention. That someone (later revealed to be Lancer) then proceeds to attack and chase down Kris and Susie.

After the very intense chase sequence, Kris and Susie find a giant castle and meet Ralsei, who proceeds to explain that he himself, Kris and Susie are a group of prophesied heroes who are destined to save the world. While Kris does not react much, Susie outwardly objects the idea that she is any kind of hero. Lancer busts in again, this time knocking Ralsei completely out of the room. He starts (although not very intimidating) threatening Kris and Susie, adding onto Ralsei's claims that they're heroes of legend destined to seal the dark fountains. In the event that the player chooses not to hear Ralsei's legend, Ralsei and Lancer will have a small back and forth about trying to explain the legend. At this point only then will Susie be interested and actually want to hear about it.

Kris and Susie then proceed to get into a battle with Lancer. While Susie will do nothing but attack at this point, Kris can either also attack or be a pacifist and get out of the battle by complimenting Lancer, which does somewhat work (although the battle only ends because of bike fuel). After the fight is done, Ralsei comes back, takes his cloak off and properly introduces himself. Susie then leaves.

Ralsei and Kris then walk over to a training dummy that Ralsei made to begin a tutorial. During this tutorial, a notable thing that can happen is Ralsei will tell Kris to hug the dummy as a tutorial on ACTing. Here, Kris can either listen to Ralsei and hug the dummy, or they can instead skip the middle man and hug Ralsei directly! Ralsei will be flustered but accept the gesture anyways. Ralsei will then give Kris a manual about battles and he will tell them that despite what the game was saying earlier, Kris's choices do in fact matter and the fate of the world depends on them.

Less than a week after its October 2018 release, the four main characters of Deltarune were quickly embraced by prior fans of Undertale. Though the definition of who actually belongs to the "Fun Gang" is a bit unclear, most fanwork focuses on the main four, Noelle is sometimes treated as an honorary member of the group.
