FushiRusu is the het ship between Megumi Fushiguro and Hana Kurusu from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.
Canon[]
When Hana was a child, she was saved from a cursed spirit by Megumi and one of his divine dogs. From that point on, she believed they would meet again.
Perfect preparation Arc[]
When Megumi and his allies try to find a way to free Satoru Gojo from the Prison Realm, Tengen suggests asking Angel for help as she has a technique that cancels other techniques.
Culling game Arc[]
Hana finds an unconscious Megumi and rescues him. She takes him back to a motel, along with Fumihiko Takaba and Yuji Itadori, for him to recover in a safe place. When Megumi wakes up, she calls him her "fated one". Hana, Takaba and Yuji explain to Megumi how they came to know each other and Megumi thanks them for saving him.
Megumi tells Hana they're looking for Angel and questions her about her identity and why she saved him. Angel makes her presence known and tells Megumi he's being unpolite by questioning a young girl like Hana. Angel explains that her and Hana coexist with eachother in a symbiotic relation of host and vessel. Angel agrees to unseal Gojo but only after Sukuna is defeated.
Hana, Megumi, Yuji and Takaba rescue soldiers from cursed spirits which were attacking them. Yuji then tells Hana he doesn't trust her. Later, Megumi questions Yuji about his behaviour towards Hana.

Hana, Megumi and Yuji meet with Tsumiki Fushiguro. Yuji says Hana has been looking out for Tsumiki which pleases Hana. She views this as Yuji giving her more credibility in front of Megumi. The two then proceed to make fun of Megumi for wanting to look serious in front of his sister with Hana calling his behaviour cute.
Hana's Jacob Ladder seemingly reaching Megumi[3]
However, Sukuna eventually takes over Megumi's body and incapacitates Hana. Hana wakes up and uses Jacob's ladder to seemingly incapacitate Sukuna. Sukuna impersonates Megumi and tells Hana he remembers their first meeting to bait her into coming closer. Hana is fooled by this tactic and embraces Sukuna. While she's in the process of confessing to Megumi, Sukuna bites her right arm off.
After being healed she inquires about Megumi. She wants to know what will happen to him after Gojo is unsealed and Angel's role is done.
Shinjuku showdown Arc[]
Hana watches Gojo's fight against Sukuna with the other sorcerers. Gojo declares that he will kill Sukuna promptly and Hana seems distraught at the idea that he could have forgotten about Megumi. She says it is not okay for him to do so.
Hana contributes to the sorcerers' attempt to save Megumi by giving them information on her technique.
During the battle with Sukuna, Hana specifically requested that she be part of the fight despite her injuries due to her love for Megumi, however she was quickly defeated after it was revealed that her injuries had caused her Jacob's Ladder attack to decrease in output.
Following the battle's conclusion, Megumi and Hana have a short conversation where Megumi says he'll be Hana's right arm to compensate for the one she lacks. This excites her massively which causes her to ask Megumi when they're going to get married, which causes Megumi to be a little thrown off by her sudden confession.

Fanon[]
FushiRusu is not a popular ship within the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom because Hana never got to know the real Megumi. Visually Hana and Megumi are opposites with Megumi being associated with shadows and Hana being associated with light/angelic imagery. FushiRusu, despite being one-sided, is quite a romantic ship with Hana being saved by Megumi as a child and her calling him her "fated one" because she always believed they would find each other again. In one the new panels added to chapter 213 with the release of volume 24, Hana appears to have reaches Megumi's soul inside of Sukuna. This made some fans think that Hana and Angel's Jacob Ladder is the key to rescuing Megumi from Sukuna by separating them.
Trivia[]
- After almost dying trying to save Megumi, he decides to take responsability for Sukuna's action (almost eating Hana), and tells her she can count on him to be her right-hand man (to be thre fore her). Hana mistakes this with a romantic proposal, to which Megumi politetely turns it down, however, Hana decides to see this as Megumi being shy, since she doesn't know the real Megumi Fushiguro, outside of her crush lenses. - Hana's feelings for Megumi is considered semi-canon, because she never got to confess.
