In the intro sequence, Gabby runs up to Ellie and hugs her while smiling, making her go in a momentary shock for then smile back. However a moment later Grett drags Gabby away. At the campfire, they're together again by sitting next-to each other, and while sharing smiles, Grett interrupts them once more by coming in and putting a hand over Gabby's face.
Meet Me in Tipiskaw[]
First appearance
In the very first episode they were shown close ever since being teamed up together in the Purple Team. On their way to the team's camp, Ellie enjoys Gabby's optimistic attitude and love of summer camps, smiling while she's talking. Gabby celebrates happily as Lill instructs Ellie, Gabby, and Alec to tend to the fire, and Ellie smiles at her gratitude. Gabby tells Ellie how much she adores her hair and inquires whether she uses any special items to keep it in good condition. Ellie thanks her and says she only uses natural conditioners. Gabby admits that she likes natural products and is delighted that Ellie uses them.

Later, when Gabby and Fiore are shown to be swapping sides in a simulated elimination, Gabby asks Ellie nervously if she voted for her, and she answers no. Gabby thanks her and, although relieved, she still leaves in disappointment to the other team, hoping to see her again soon.

Before the challenge, Gabby intends once to go see Ellie on the other team, attempting to put Grett in charge of some branches while saying she'll be back, however Grett suspects her intentions, and would find out a moment later after Gabby says she wanted to say hello to Ellie. She forbids her from seeing her, saying she wouldn't walk thirty minutes to see her, reminding Gabby that the other team was their enemies. Gabby tries to reason that Ellie is her friend, but however Grett manages to convince her to stay and, while sad, Gabby leaves to their camp. Before the challenge, they're standing next to each other, at the corner of their team's current spot. Gabby happily waves at Ellie, and the latter smiles at her gest. When Grett notices this, Gabby immediately reacts and hides her hands on her back.
Mazed and Confused[]

Gabby sneaks out of the Teal Team's tent early in the morning, as Grett sleeps, to find Ellie. When she finds her picking berries, she surprises her. Ellie asks what Gabby is doing here, and Gabby says that she wanted to know if she had been eliminated. Ellie explains that she is here but not in the best situation, yet she is fortunate that she was not voted out. Gabby confesses to have an Immunity Totem, and if Ellie ever feels in danger, all she has to do is give her a signal in the challenge, and she will secretly hand it to her. Ellie, while smiling since she is very moved to this, questions why she would do that for her, and Gabby responds that she is the only good person on her squad. Ellie thanks her, and Gabby departs to rejoin her teammates. Ellie admits in the confessional that she loves Gabby's vibe.

Once Gabby is back, Dan notices her, and since Gabby was bad at hiding things, she decides to confess him that she went to see Ellie, and urges him not to tell anyone. Dan accepts, since he had a debt with her. During the challenges, both had decided to overcome their fears respectively to score points for their teams, although reluctantly.

Forming an alliance
During the challenge and after gathering fish for the Purple Team's stew, Ellie spots Gabby collecting mud and enthusiastically approaches her to ask what she is doing. After explaining, Ellie notices something strange about Gabby. Gabby explains that Grett will not allow her to speak with her. Ellie, perplexed, declares that she should not be allowed to control her. Gabby says Grett is her only means to stay safe in the game. Ellie replies that if she needs someone to talk to, she is there, and she admires Gabby for not being scared to express herself.

They then devise a plan to volunteer themselves as a representative to keep them safe. Ellie smiles when Gabby arrives to vote as her team's representative during elimination (even taking revenge on her former comrades for expelling her), having fullfilled her word. After settling down, Ellie whispered to Gabby about who she should vote for, which turned out to be Ashley.
The Most Tranquilous Game[]

When Gabby rows the raft with her log to escape Jensen, she accidentally smacks a snorkeling Ellie in the face with it. Later, Gabby asks Ellie whether she witnessed her stand up to Grett, and Ellie responds that she is proud of her. Gabby asks if she is comfortable on her squad and if she requires her immunity totem. Ellie denies, claiming that tonight's vote should be simple for the Purple Team. After "eliminating" Grett, Gabby grins at Ellie, quietly thanking her for opening her eyes. Before departing, Gabby kisses Ellie on the cheek, making her blush, and wishes her luck, which she appreciates.

Comfort hug
Gabby is overjoyed when she sees Ellie, but saddens when Ellie reveals that she was voted off from the team. Ellie then informs the Teal Team that she will be joining their team, which makes Gabby very excited. Gabby becomes furious after the challenge when Dan and Miriam want to vote Ellie out, and she storms off. Ellie then approaches Gabby and asks if she can sit. Gabby allows her to, with a pained expression on her face. She informs Ellie that she believes she needs a hug, and the two share a warm embrace. Ellie informs Gabby that if something is wrong, she may tell her.
Gabby uses her inmunity token to save Ellie from being voted out
Gabby uses the Immunity Totem to save Ellie during the ceremony, which surprises her. She is then questioned if she is certain, to which she responds that she is very positive. When Dan wonders why Gabby used the token to save Ellie, Gabby responds that she did not waste it because Ellie treats her as a person. Ellie thanks her for protecting her, and they hold hands as Gabby proclaims them besties.

Their first appearance in the episode occurs when Trevor exclaims over the speaker that the two of them, along with the other competitors, have achieved the merge. Gabby gushes at what was said, and Ellie is pleased to witness Gabby's reaction, telling her she wouldn't have made it if Gabby hadn't utilized the immunity totem. Gabby is still excited and expresses her joy that they have gone this far. Later, Gabby triumphantly tells Alec about how she saved Ellie from elimination in the previous round. Ellie seems to admire Gabby's childish narration of the situation.

In the elimination ceremony, they both vote for Tom. Ellie appears persuaded by Gabby's arguments that she cannot trust him because of his obvious anonymity. However in turn, Ellie feels awful that Gabby was the next eliminated. Ellie also mentions in disappointment how she realized something was wrong after Fiore spoke up. When Grett mocks Gabby's elimination, Ellie shuts her up and defends Gabby before offering her company while waiting for the bus.

Ellie clarifies that she believes she is valid and encourages Gabby with her remarks. She also expresses a desire to continue chatting to each other after the game. At first, it appears that they are trying to kiss as they approach, then the bus arrives. Before Gabby departs, they kiss and hold hands for a few seconds.

In the preview of what happened past episode, Gabby's departure was described as the next: "[...] Gabby was voted out, but she had a rather tender goodbye with Ellie. [after their kiss] Awww."

In the finale, during the partner selection procedure, Ellie quickly chooses Gabby as her challenge partner.
Teaming up once again
Gabby expressed her joy to see Ellie again, and Ellie reciprocated by acknowledging that a lot had happened since Gabby left, but she managed to focus on the positives. Interestingly, even after they kissed during Gabby's elimination, they are revealed to remain best friends rather than a romance, as evidenced by Gabby's repeated references to Ellie as her bestie. Gabby chastises and threatens Grett after she stumbles Ellie and causes her to lose her key.
Unsure if they were on the right path
Gabby warns Ellie that Grett was sabotaging her, and Ellie vows to be more cautious and thanks her for the advice. They continue to the finish line, relieved that Ellie has a chance of making the last two, but they discover Miriam is having a 'heart attack' and go to check on her. Unfortunately, it was all a trick, as Miriam threw Ellie's shovel away, and Gabby attempted to retrieve it, only for Miriam to steal the final spot.

Gabby apologizes for Ellie's defeat, which means Ellie is in third place. Ellie and Gabby are later shown supporting Fiore and celebrating Miriam's victory. They also express concern for Tom when he goes after Jensen, but celebrate when he lives and saves the million dollars. Amongst the fan arts shown in the end credits of the season, some depicted Gabby and Ellie showing romantic affection to each other.

In the intro sequence, they appear together posing as a reference for Tess, who was drawing them. They are shocked when Nina parachutes past them. Also, Ellie and Gabby look happily at each other as they and the others walk toward the campfire near the end. They're still sitting together like in the first season, although not having the same focus. They're still observing each other while sharing smiles.

Years later after the events of Disventure Camp 2, they would show up once again as one of the contestants to participate in a new season. Their first appearance occurs at an airport in New York, where they can be spotted sitting together. Gabby observes Ellie's sadness and informs her that returning to the beginning feels awkward, however Gabby reassures her by assuring that this is their year to shine, making Ellie smile. When Ellie meets Tess, she discloses that they both attend the same university.
Interviewed by Emily
During the interview with Emily, Gabby believed Ellie went a little too far with the negativity in the post-game reviews, but Ellie defended herself by claiming she needed the money and that what she said wasn't false. They're seen sitting together at the airplane. Ellie smiles when Gabby is excited meeting her idol, Riya, and congratulates her for her Emmy after her performance on Black Widow's Ganbit. Ellie once again repeats the expression when Ashley joins them in and Gabby mentions being ecstatic (when Ashley asks how they were doing).
Same team once again
During the flight, Gabby is seen taking a nap leaning on Ellie. Gabby questions Kristal's motives on releasing Trevor and Derek by paying their bail and making them participate in the season as interns, and while looking at Ellie, she asks if money solve everything these days. Gabby is overjoyed to discover that she and Ellie are on the same team after jumping out of the plane together while holding hands and parachuting down to the camp.

Gabby flirts with Ellie
Ellie and Gabby are the first to arrive to the Cyan Team's campsite. Ellie is concerned about her popularity with the majority of the contestants from their season, but Gabby encourages her by verbally complimenting Ellie, which turns out to be flirting, and Ellie expresses her grattitude for her words. Gabby breaks up the disputes between Ellie and Tom, scolding both respectively, while saying that she'll be alone with a bunch of strangers (this is because of Tom and Ellie's bickering, which would be the death of both according to Gabby herself).
Victory hug
Ellie is glad to be in the same team with Tess and Gabby, however she's still mixed since Tom was also there, and dealing with him would be difficult. During the challenge, Ellie and Gabby collaborate with Tess to carry the animals to the gates. Gabby helps the animals by giving Ellie a bird and Tess a squirrel. Ellie and Gabby exchanged hugs after the Cyan Team won the challenge.
H2Oh-No![]
During the challenge, Ellie, Gabby, and Tess swim to get the clue, while Tom and Aiden distract a shark. After finding it, Ellie suggests a girls' alliance with Lake, which Gabby accepts, proclaiming Ellie to be her clever girlfriend.

After losing the challenge, Ellie suggests that she, Gabby, and Tess vote out Lake because of her friendship with Aiden. However, when Lake arrives, Ellie suggests that the alliance vote against Aiden, despite Lake's desire to vote out Tom. At the elimination, Ellie blames Lake for forming the alliance and convincing them to vote Tom out, but Gabby maintains silent about the entire situation, however she's seen glancing at Ellie in what seems to be sadness when Ellie declares that she was not an enemy of Tom's, and they both vote for Lake.

It is revealed that because Tess refused to vote with her in the last episode, Ellie decided to trust only Gabby, which is why she wants to find the Immunity Totem first, assuming one exists. During the challenge, when Kristal gives the Cyan Team the option to send someone twice, Ellie volunteers herself again, and when Gabby asks her if she was sure, Ellie smiles while reassuring she didn't have to worry. Later, after earning immunity for the Cyan Team and even asking her if Ellie wanted to go after she claims, Gabby cheers for her, saying "That's my buddy".
The Turbulent Triathlon[]

Ellie and Gabby sat together at the campsite, stoking the campfire. To Gabby's discontent, Aiden and Tom tell that they captured a chicken to eat for dinner, so Ellie recommends they hold a vote to determine what the majority agrees on. However, Tess wishes to kill and eat it, so Ellie consoles Gabby by gathering fruit. Ellie admits she would have voted to eat the chicken, but she did not want Gabby to feel excluded.

After Connor sent a letter from Miriam to the Cyan Team revealing the Villains Alliance, Gabby defends Ellie, claiming that if she had formed the alliance, Ellie would have told Gabby. Although Ellie hesistates on agreeing, she stutters while affirming Gabby's statement, glaring at the accusing side in anger. They then leave, Ellie sticking with the nickname 'Gabs' she had given to Gabby.

On the confessional, Gabby finds good that Ellie and Tom are getting along. When Gabby announces she will present her masterpiece to Tom and Aiden (the lyrics of their song), Ellie smiles at her. Gabby reveals it was a love song, having been choreographed by the three girls (Tess, Ellie and Gabby), and Tess adds that they wanted to couples synchronized on stage, one being Gabby and Ellie. Ellie brings up that at the end, both couples would share a long, passionate kiss to conclude the song. The Cyan Team is the first one to be presented, and as they've planned out, Gabby and Ellie, alongside Tom and Aiden, are put as the main couples while singing in sync. Although having less lines than Tom and Aiden, the next are their respective parts together:

While in the challenge, Gabby overhears on Alec and Riya's conversation over the villains alliance, and when Ellie's name is mentioned amongst the ones in danger, Gabby can't believe that this alliance was real, and wonders why didn't Ellie tell her she was a part of this, now unsure if her girlfriend trusts her or not. During the last stage of the challenge, Tess notices that Gabby was down, and looks for motives of this, and she reminds that Miriam's letter was true and Ellie was part of the villains alliance, and what hurt was that Ellie lied to them about it, and also herself, her own girlfriend. Tess proposes the two to talk with Ellie, so she can explain herself, but Gabby is unsure if she can do that, since she gets competitive, and also was nervous. Tess reassures her by proposing to talk to Ellie first, also reminding the two still being in the challenge, and that they needed Gabby's firecracker energy.
Give Me Some Space![]
Tess finally exposes Ellie her lie by telling her that Gabby had overheard the Yellow Team discussing about [the Villains alliance]. Ellie is shocked that Gabby knows about it, and Tess affirms, being rightfully very upset over this. Ellie curses while stating she hated this game, but Tess questions if she has been talking to Gabby recently, and she admits they haven't, explaining herself that she's focused on winning, assuring that Gabby understands. Tess reminds her the time when she lost in season 1, about who was the one that was always beside her, ultimately asking if she's willing to lose her girlfriend over the game. Ellie finds the decision ridiculous as she would of course choose Gabby over a million dollars. Tess asks again, but now over 3 million, however this time Ellie remains silent as she looks away.
Walking through the ship
Switching to Gabby, she approaches Aiden and Tom and asks if she could join them, and Tom accepts. Aiden asks her about Ellie's whereabouts, however she doesn't know, hesitating on her words while saying that she has been kind of distant. In the challenge, Tess and Gabby notice a claw machine inside the spaceship, and though they don't have a possible explanation of why it was there, Gabby has the idea to win a stuffed bunny for Ellie, and asks Tess if she thinks Ellie would like that. Tess affirms that anything she does makes Ellie happy, but the nature lover sighs while saying 'not recently'. However Gabby hopes that the animal will make her remember they should be having fun as well. Gabby is surprised learning she plays it, and Tess suggests to see her room filled with [stuffed animals]. The brown-haired woman is still shocked confessing that she never would have guessed that about her, and Tess only responds with 'Helps me sleep just a bit easier'.
Gabby runs to Ellie to tell her she misses her
Prior to Cyan Team's elimination ceremony, Gabby approaches her girlfriend while expressing how much she missed her (calling Ellie 'baby'), making this latter smile and she asks if she has seen Tess, to which she replies being somewhere, but still keeping her grin. Gabby reveals to have a gift for her from the challenge, and Ellie expects it to be the inmunity totem, and Gabby is confused but denies this being the case, and a disappointed Ellie says she could show it to her later since she needs to talk with Tess before the voting. An upset Gabby only could blurt out an 'Okay...'. When Ellie is the next one out the season, Gabby is shocked to the outcome, now that Tess had seemingly betrayed them, but she clarifies that the game wasn't healthy for Ellie.

Gabby only sighs while proposing to walk her out, calling her 'sweetie', and the two share a smile. Now at the exit, Gabby sobs, admitting she didn't think Ellie'd be going so soon, and that she's not good when she's alone. Ellie warns her to be careful about everyone, reminding that they might have her best interests in mind, but they don't. Gabby decides to finally show her the stuffed animal, and mimics a voice for it, telling Ellie to not feel sad, introducing itself as 'Mr. Whiskers', asking if she's got any carrots.

Ellie laughs as she finds the present appealing, and asks if this is what she wanted to show her, and takes him while thanking her, saying that she loves him. She also brings up about Tess having already told her about the Villains' alliance, and she wanted to let her know she was roped into it last minute, but confesses she would never make an alliance without Gabby. The latter asks 'Really?', and Ellie excitedly responds with an 'Of course!'. Ellie doesn't know how could that three million dollars may have changed her life, but she'd lose a thousand of these game shows if it meant the two of them are still okay.

Gabby is moved to her claim, and she assures her not to worry since she understood, and claims she'll win this for both of them. They share a final kiss, and when the bus picks Ellie up, Gabby waves at it. In the confessional, she expresses her disdain towards the Cyan Team's members, calling them traitors for kicking her girlfriend, and she can't trust in any one of them, but maybe she could work with Ellie's villain alliance to make the three (Tess, Tom and Aiden), to pay for their 'crime'.
Slip & Sly[]
Gabby mentions her girlfriend when she claims that when Ellie isn't around to comfort her, [vengeful thoughts] came out. She blames Tess for Ellie's absence from the camp, but the woman responds that Ellie hasn't been feeling well, and Gabby inquires as to that being the reason of why she voted for her, offering an alternative solution such as fixing things with her and mentioning Ellie's need for money, which is probably greater than the rest of anyone there. Tess continues to believe that letting her to stay would have made Ellie worse, but Gabby mentions her desire of seeing Ellie happy, and also does Tess, but Ellie could rest now. Tess assures Gabby that she'll see Ellie again and encourages her to continue fighting for her sake. In the confessional, Gabby can't help but think of Ellie's leaving as an attack.
As Ashley, Alec and Gabby did the challenge, the man asks Gabby what had happened to Ellie, but the Polish woman doesn't want to talk about it, and Ashley intervenes to say that she probably got what she deserved, making Gabby angry again while telling the cowgirl to shut up, and Ashley interprets this as if Gabby was blindsided.
When both Yellow and Cyan teams are up for elimination, on the latter side Tom reminds the members to vote together no matter what, but Gabby questions how will she know they wouldn't vote her out like Ellie. When Tess is the next one evicted (the last and definite vote being from the Polish woman, with a note on the side of Tess' which it could read "say hi to Ellie for me"), she promises Gabby to tell Ellie that she's doing well.
All’s Fair in Love and Paintball[]
When Aiden and Tom express sympathy for Tess’s elimination, Gabby exclaims that she messed with Ellie, and that is what she gets for messing with “my baddie.” Aiden and Tom realize that with Gabby still holding a grudge, she is going to scheme against them too, but Aiden mentions that it is 2 against 1. Gabby then says that she has an immunity totem, so Aiden and Tom will be in danger if their team loses. In the confessional, Gabby reveals that this is just a bluff. She got the idea from thinking, “What would Ellie do?” Gabby thanks her girlfriend from afar, telling Ellie that she misses her.
After the merge, Gabby groups up with the Villains alliance. Gabby backs up her loyalty with the fact that Aiden and Tom are the ones who kicked Ellie out. During the paintball challenge, Gabby is angry at Yul’s cruel words to Grett, saying that she would never say such things to Ellie.
Last Second Chance[]

Ellie and the rest of the eliminated contestants return for a second chance in the competition, much to Gabby's excitement. Ellie and Gabby are paired together for the comeback challenge. When they reach the motorcycles, the tires have already been slashed by Fiore and Alec. Gabby decides to strain herself by carrying the motorcycle.
By the time they reach the pulley section, she and Ellie are wheeling the motorcycle together. Gabby is too tired to continue the challenge, so Ellie tells her that they should stop. Gabby protests that she wants to get Ellie back into the game. Ellie replies that they weren't going to make it anyways, which Gabby thinks is a pessimistic outlook. To make the most of their time back together, Ellie asks about how Gabby has been doing. Gabby tells her that she has joined the villain's alliance in Ellie's place, and they're doing well.

Ellie advises her not to get too attached, because there's no honor among thieves. At the bus stop, following the comeback challenge culmination, Gabby and Ellie say their goodbyes. Gabby assures her that she will follow Ellie's advice, and tells Ellie that she loves her. Ellie replies that she loves her too, and Gabby gives her a kiss on the cheek.
Hungry like the Wolf[]
Gabby's grudge against Tom has since mellowed, and she wants to eliminate Yul instead. Riya reminds her how Tom got Ellie eliminated, convincing Gabby to vote Tom for Ellie's sake. After winning the tiebreaker challenge, Gabby apologizes to Tom for getting carried away, and that she just really wanted to make Ellie proud.
TikTok On The Clock[]
In Gabby's confessional, she recalls when Yul attacked her last challenge, it made her remember what Ellie had told her: these villains cannot be trusted, so Gabby has to strike first. During the challenge, Gabby comes face to face her "other self" who advised her to betray Grett by deleting the Tiktok on her phone reminding the polish girl of her main objective to win for Ellie's sake. Gabby is eliminated by the end of the challenge, saying her goodbyes to Grett with the Latter tearing up while saying Ellie is lucky to have someone like her.
As Gabby responds to the patreon members, one called 'Gabby's real wife' comes across, and when she reads it, she's confused at the username but denies it, stating that her wife is her love, Ellie.
No Vacancy[]

At the Losers' Motel, Gabby and Ellie can be seen cuddling in their bedroom. The woman with ginger hair describes the he moment as nice, and Gabby concurs, leaning a little more on the hug. The Polish woman describes the room and, of course, "the prettiest girl in the world in my arms", calling herself the real winner of the season, as she holds Ellie's face in her palm. Ellie is moved by her comment, despite the way she had acted. Oliver then knocks on their door, interrupting them, and as a result, he and Kristal go into the bedroom. An infuriated Ellie queries as if they couldn't have a shred of privacy, however Gabby assumes that they're making a movie (since Oliver was holding a camera). Oliver explains that Kristal wanted some post-game interviews, and Kristal decides to question Ellie first.
Kristal – “Ellie, how have you been coping with your humilliating early departure?”

Despite the humiliation of being evicted earlier in the season, with the woman even admitting it, Ellie feels proud that Gabby had carried on without her, while placing a hand on her girlfriend's shoulder and both sharing a smile. Kristal would then ask Gabby next, and she replies about liking competing, but that being with Ellie is much better. Ellie then drags them into a kiss, and when they're done, Ellie suddenly panics and asks for the time, and when she's told that it was quarter past 6, Ellie reminds Gabby that she had to help Tom setting the table, to which Gabby affirms, and drags her girlfriend off the bed as they rush off while holding hands, leaving a confused Kristal and Oliver behind.
At dinner time, the two girlfriends are seen sitting next to each other. After Grett teaches Yul a lesson after having insulted her burgers, she approaches Gabby and Ellie, with a spot open near Ellie. The Polish woman offers Grett to sit alongside them, but the latter hesitates as she asks if that was okay with Ellie. The ginger girl initially frowns, but then relaxes and explains that if she's a friend of Gabby's, then she's alright with her.

After sitting down, Grett asks Ellie about her plans, and despite she says returning to Denny's in order to pay all of her loans, Grett believes she's a "smart bird" as she wouldn't aim for so low. Ellie is perplexed about being praised by Grett, sarcastically commenting if hell had frozen over, however when she sees Gabby glaring at her, she changes her tone and appreciates Grett's words, about to compliment her back until Kristal interrupts Ellie. They confidently smile at each other when Kristal announces that the losers have a chance to win cash if assisting a finalist, only if that person managed to win, which'd result on receiving the 5% of the bounty ($100,000).
When Ellie and Grett get to the pool, they discover Gabby immersed on the water. When the Polish woman says she was searching for the totem, her girlfriend asks, "In the water?". Gabby answers that she took the clue that the totem might be under something, which could have meant underwater.

Ellie sighs and attempts to talk sense into Gabby about winning, but Grett dives in too. After that, Gabby encourages Ellie to join them. Grett "agrees" that the totem might be underwater, but she starts to tickle-attack the Polish woman, so she begs Ellie for help while laughing uncontrollably, and Ellie smiles as she jumps in too. In the confessional, Ellie is reminded of her time back in college when she saw Gabby and Grett have fun.
The three are seen chilling on the pool until Yul shouts at Grett from afar as he needed to talk to her. Gabby and Ellie look at the other woman in worry as the Polish girl suggests Grett to ignore him, however the latter assumes that Yul needed another barbecue facial and heads off to him.
What's Mine Is Mine[]
Both are seen rooting for Riya on the finalist's bleachers, and the Polish woman is seen holding her girlfriend's shoulder as Ellie explains Lake why were they on Riya's support team.
Put to the Sword[]
When no one offered to be one of Riya's helpers during the finals, Ellie decides to go, which worries Gabby, however Ellie assures her girlfriend by touching her face that it's okay.

When Alec forfeits helping Riya during the first phase of the final challenge, Kristal is in need of a replacement, and asks Gabby if she wanted to help her girl. This shocks Ellie as she shouts, "What? No!", but Gabby has made her decision to assist Riya. In the confessional, Gabby claims she doesn't trust Riya at all, but at least this way she can keep Ellie safe. Kristal then releases an "extra obstacle" to the arena, which turns out to be a tiger, and as Ellie watches it in stupor, Gabby on the other hand is delighted by the "cute kitty". As Ellie and Riya hide behind a boulder, Ellie looks in worry at Gabby throwing her weapons to receive the tiger in her arms, and Ellie decides to leave her hideout to protect Gabby from the animal.
Gabby assures Ellie that the tigress is harmless
When she's in front of Gabby, she tells her to get behind her as she swings her wood sword to the animal, however Gabby pleads Ellie to not hurt it. The Polish woman is now caressing the tiger while Ellie is still swinging her weapon towards it, but as Kristal had assured, the tiger was well-trained and remained passive. Ellie smiles when Gabby assures her that she (referring to the tiger) is not bad.

Unfortunately, Riya tosses a rock at the animal, causing it to growl and bite Gabby's arm. Ellie is alerted by this and punches the tiger in an effort to free Gabby's arm from its jaws. When Riya realizes what she did, she quickly throws another rock, which is more than sufficient to lure the tiger away from the girls. Gabby then collapses on Ellie's arms from bite marks on her arm, with the latter glaring at Riya as she distracts the tiger.
After Riya wins the first game, Ellie demands the actress an explanation of what she had done before, to which she states that they won, however Ellie refutes in anger that she hurt her girlfriend, calling Riya a piece of shit, but the latter assures that Gabby is fine, and Ellie can treat her with the money they win. Ellie then has enough and refuses to accept Riya's money, and claims she's lucky that this is televised.
Ellie kisses Gabby, demonstrating that she's more important than the money
When Ellie walks to Gabby in worry, the Polish woman reassures Ellie that she's fine, and that [the tiger] was only protecting herself, but then the ginger woman agrees with what Gabby had once said: money was nice, but some things were way more important. Gabby asks, "And what's that?", to which Ellie kisses her in response. Kristal claims from above that now that Ellie and Gabby had quit, they need 2 more volunteers, but Riya is adamant on going by her own.
Gabby and Ellie are seen together in a nursery tent, as Ellie worriedly looks at Gabby being bandaged by Nina. After the bandaging, Ellie and Gabby share tender smiles as the former rests her hands on Gabby's shoulders.
At the end of the season, Gabby and Ellie are seen sitting together in the bus during the ride, with Ellie wrapping her arm around Gabby's shoulders as they smile. After arriving to the airport and say goodbye to Grett with a hug, Ellie and Gabby leave while holding hands.
At the ending credits of the season, the two alongside Tess are seen together in a photo posted by Ellie of the latter and Tess' graduation.
Disventure Camp: Tom & Jake[]
Eagle Eye[]
Gabby and Ellie are briefly seen sitting together in a boat during one of Tom's nightmares. Aiden asks Tom if he was feeling okay while he's still confused over the surroundings, to which Tom apologizes to the team, remarking that his brain is still foggy.

However, a moment later, when Aiden is suddenly dragged away from the boat, this event shocks both Tom and the girlfriends, with Ellie wrapping her hand on Gabby's shoulder. Gabby would then lunge on Tom, preventing him from going after Aiden, but despite the ex-spy manages to push her away, the scenery changes to him being tied to a tree in the forest, as he hears ominous voices from all directions; resembling Ellie’s and Gabby’s voices chanting eagle eye to get out of there or else he'll be compromised.
By the end of the episode, after Jake picks up Tom's call by Gabby, the watermelon boy asks the woman how was she and Ellie doing, but is then taken back by her response.
Fair Weather Friend[]
In the cold opening, Ellie is seen sleeping next to Gabby, who wakes her up and tells her they're about to land. Gabby wasn't bothered by Ellie's snoring, but they hear a louder snore, and Ellie says anyone who snores like that is "a special type of dickhead".
After landing at the Pearson Airport, Ellie expresses disappointment in seeing Jake again and turns to leave but Gabby persuades her to stay. Ellie says that while she would do anything for her, she doesn't want to be a fourth wheel and smiles as Gabby rushes to baggage claim.
Gabby arrives at Miriam's with Tom to tell Jake to check on Ellie, though Ellie says she was fine. Ellie tells Jake that despite not making rent, at least she has a roof over her head, as well as Gabby.
At the ice-skating rink, Ellie tells Gabby that she was able to talk things out with Jake and close that chapter, and Gabby expresses pride in her. Ellie then tells Gabby she brings out the best in her, something gabby had always seen, and they share a kiss as it starts to snow, calling her beautiful.
In the end of the episode, Ellie watches Gabby beat Jake in a game, then expresses worry when Lucía asks the three of them to come with her, as something happened to Tom.
Collateral Damage[]
While Tom is in the hospital, Ellie and Gabby wish Jake luck. Jake hugs Gabby, and he and Ellie awkwardly pat each other on the back before the two leave. One week after Tom's panic attack, Jake discusses it with the two of them and Miriam.
Labor of Love[]
The episode starts with Ellie and Gabby helping Jake set up Miriam's birthday party. Upon Gabby discovering the pinata, Ellie utters "he said the magic word" before Gabby gushes over it and hangs it up.
Later, while on a mission with Tom, Gabby receives a text from Ellie telling her to hurry back, while showing a selfie of her with Aiden, Ashley and Lake.
Six weeks after the party, Ellie is revealed to have become a famous fashion designer, with Gabby as supportive as always. They then celebrate Christmas with Tom, Jake, Miriam and Lucia.

In one of Ellie's personalized fan greetings, she reveals that Gabby and she are living together in New York, mentioning that Gabby moved all the way from Poland to be by her side. She says that it's been amazing having her close.[1]
In another greeting, Ellie mentions when this season ends, Gabby and she would plan to return to New York, adding that maybe she could model for some of her fashion designs.[2]
In a further greeting of Eden, Ellie depicts her relationship with Gabby as close, describing her as 'incredibly affectionate', and confirms that they're pretty comfortable with each other (as she shapes a heart with her fingers). Ellie also agrees with the fan, Eden, being the CEO plus the biggest fan of GabEllie, and calls his enthusiasm for their friendship undeniable.[3]
In a Spanish greeting from Ellie, she's seen holding the stuffed animal Gabby had gifted to her before her departure. She's asked about her favorite date with Gabby, and Ellie's immediate and definite response was when they visited Poland before Gabby moved to New York with her. It was an amazing trip for Ellie, loving every moment from it. Switching to another question about Tess and Gabby, she says in annoyance that every since Tess betrayed them, things have changed a little.[4]
Ellie conveys her longing for Gabby in an English greeting while holding the stuffed animal. Ellie expresses her gratitude that Gabby was able to stick it to the rest of the Cyan team, and adds that Mr. Whiskers is the closest thing she has to a reminder of Gabby, and she hopes she won't see her for a while since she needs to win this. When questioned about her love language to Gabby, Ellie responds with simply being there for her, adding that as corny and cheap as that sounded, it was the truth.[5]
Ellie expresses her gladness at seeing her girl Gabby rocking the Villains alliance in another greeting.[6]
Aside from Gabby, Ellie reveals she's not rooting for anyone else.[7]
Despite neither of the girls having any pets, Ellie claims that she helped Gabby raise her "many, many" animals.[8]
Ellie reveals about being aware of Gabby's mental struggles, and refuses to go into detail about what the exact issue is, out of Gabby's privacy, but she notes that they're handling it well.[9]
In a Spanish Ellie greeting, as she holds Mr. Whiskers, the girl narrates about when she and Gabby became exclusive: right after the first season, they talked during their way back home until "one thing led to another" and had agreed to keep in touch.[10]
In a different greeting, she's told to propose herself to Gabby, which she does so by asking, "Gabby, will you marry me?" She then says that kissing Gabby felt good, as if she has been noticed by someone who didn't "automatically" judge her for her "admittedly colder exterior". Ellie mentions that Gabby wants to name her first kid "Nico", and admits being kind of indifferent to the matter. The ginger woman is also asked about her plans with Gabby during the National Girlfriend Day, she states that they had a quiet date at the motel in their room, because it was the only place to get privacy on her surroundings.[11]
Ellie is surprised to be informed by a fan that she and Gabby had a daughter named Cordelia, which she finds cute. She then mentions her favorite moment with Gabby outside the show was getting to come back on the show as a couple, as they got their invites at the same time, remarking it as "cute".[12]
When asked about one of her hobbies outside of fashion, Ellie replies that they're mostly just hanging out with Gabby.[13]
In a Spanish Gabby greeting, she is asked when she realized she was in love with Ellie, but she confirms that it was not immediate; Ellie was initially her best friend who protected her from Grett, but when she was voted out, she realized that both of them were more than that. She's also asked about the nicest part of dating Ellie, which is her support for Gabby when she has dark thoughts, and how Ellie cooks like a professional.[14]

In another greeting, Gabby expresses her excitement to see Ellie's graduation after [All-Stars] is over, mentioning that she worked very hard, and thus deserved the praise. A moment later she does a magic trick with her top hat to summon Mr. Whiskers. Right after that, she's seen holding different poker cards with customized designs within: the first one she has is a Grett Ace card, which hurls away; the second one is a Tom's King card, which she also tosses away; and the third one which actually keeps during the rest of the song is Ellie's Queen card, furthermore she briefly embraces it until throwing it alongside the rest of her hidden poker cards.[15]
Also, during the theme "Oops!...I Did It Again", Gabby looks at the Queen card dearly during the sentence, "Oops, you think I'm in love", and when she hugs it she follows the lyrics with, "That I'm sent from above".
In a double personalized greeting, Ellie mentions the only nickname she calls Gabby is Gabs when asked about any others she uses. When asked about her being more affectionate off screen to avoid being depicted as weak, Ellie sarcastically throws side eye as she changes to a much more lighter demeanor admitting that it is the truth. Gabby playfully says she isn't nicer off camera as Ellie wouldn't let her give a homeless person some extra money outside their apartment. Ellie explains that she stopped her because the homeless man was gonna waste it all on drugs. Gabby gives the benefit of the doubt but Ellie clarifies that the man held a sign that said verbatim that he needed money for drugs. Gabby simply says maybe perhaps he could share the money with someone who needs it. By the end of the greeting, Ellie and Gabby point out that they're in New York together and couldn't be any happier.[16]
In another dual greeting, Gabby and Ellie appear in warm attire as they thank the author individually. Ellie claims that they were indeed planning to celebrate Gabby's birthday, and when asked about the details, she states that they were top secret. Gabby, on the other hand, explains that her career has been going great, since working at the defense center helped her getting out from the house to prevent bothering her girlfriend. Ellie refutes that she was never a bother, but on her case, it was a "crunch case" with her fashion design intership. When asked about using commercial arts outside work, Gabby narrates the time when there was the one time she had to use it to prevent a man from stealing eggs from a bird tree.

A perplexed Ellie says that it wasn't really self-defense, warning that she could get in trouble with that. Gabby understands but was still worried about the birds, to which Ellie states that this happened before meeting Gabby, and that ever since she started her job, she's been good, prompting Gabby to thank her and calling her "sweetie". Ellie continues stating that she haven't met Gabby's family yet, but she had much knowledgement about them (just not too). Gabby clarifies that they need time, as she laughs while embracing herself, telling Ellie that it was freezing outside, and Ellie brings Gabby closer to her as they wave off the camera, and share a last kiss.
In a Spanish dual greeting by Jakealope, Ellie and Gabby are depicted together in different attires as Gabby thanks the author for the greeting. Subsequently the two girls begin to perform a duet together of "On my way" on said Spanish language. To finish off the song and the greeting, the two share a kiss.[17]
Fanon[]
GabEllie is the third most popular pairing overall in the fandom, being shipped alongside TomJake and Jaiden due to their close interactions and canonical romantic relationship, and the fact that Gabby supports Ellie despite this latter's actions and demeanor for winning the great prize. Fans liked how they advanced together and still stuck with each other in the new season, hoping to see more moments of the women while still together. However many worry that they might break up soon, as Ellie had been hiding her Villains Alliance from Gabby despite this latter trusting that it wasn't true, and they expect that once Gabby finds this out, she'd be disappointed and might lead up to another rupture. The fans are afraid that the ship might become toxic due to this reason, and that the only healthy remaining ships are Wishley and the aforementioned Jaiden. Aside from that, they're considered to be the wlw solidarity compared to the TomJake's mlm hostility, having the two main ships paired together in double dates on some cases, however there's still hatred/distrust between Jake and Tom vs Ellie.
The pairing is often compared to MKulia for being the most relevant lesbian couples and having "evil" girlfriends, or Rajbow for Bowie and Ellie being judged by their actions rather than their romantic interests (Raj and Gabby). There is also a common characteristic in canon: one of them (Bowie and Ellie) always says farewell with teary eyes and gives them a present (Gabby gave Ellie a cuddly rabbit and Raj gave Bowie a handkerchief with his snot as a "gift").
On AO3 it has 200+ works created, being the most popular femslash ship in the fandom and the most written for both.

In the official promo art post of Disventure Camp characters celebrating the pride month, Ellie is seen bridal-carrying Gabby as this latter wraps an arm on her shoulder, both smiling. It's also revealed that Ellie is bisexual whereas Gabby is a lesbian. According to ordartz, the original artist, since the image was too crowded, it didn't show Ellie's socks with the bisexual colors, and so posted an individual image of Gabby/Ellie's pose showing the full design.
In All-Stars' promotional poster, the two are purposefully placed next-to each other to match the other current relationships for the season. Ellie is looking at Gabby with a fond expression on her face.
They're the first formed sapphic couple inside Disventure Camp.
They are also the first couple in the series to share a kiss, having a total of five (two on the cheek and three on the lips).
Ellie and Gabby are the only contestants so far in the series to have been on three different teams together.
In the BETA (Adventure Camp), it was unclear whether or not the pairing was a one-sided attraction (on Gabby's part) due to how few advances there were from Ellie. However, in the Season 1 remake, it is made explicit that it's a mutual attraction/relationship.
In both the BETA and the remake, one of them kissed the other on the cheek at some point.
Curiously, the person who received the kiss was "eliminated" in that same episode (Gabby in "Episode 3" of the Beta and Ellie in "Episode 6" of the remake).
