Gallelita is the het ship between Sir Galleth Cooper and Carmelita Fox from the Sly Cooper fandom.
Canon[]
During the mission "Mechanical Menace", Sir Galleth ventures into a cavern to fight off the Moat Monster. At that moment, Galleth struck the monster no to avail, as he would subsequently be eaten by the machine. Carmelita was following him all along and then witnessed the creature spit out Galleth's cane and prepared herself to attack it.
After a long battle against the Moat Monster, Galleth escaped the robot's interior, covered in oil and slightly tipsy. Carmelita ran up to him to ask if he was okay, to which he replied that he felt wounded for being rescued by a "fair damsel". Carmelita understood, and offered to keep it "their little secret". Galleth accepts, complimenting Carmelita on her looks and bravery.
Later on, while Carmelita comes up with a plan to stop Penelope (who was disguised as the Black Knight), she asks Galleth about using the explosives on the bridge controls, which he approves of. True to his nature, Galleth would then try to strike Penelope all by himself in vain - her mech was too strong for his sword. After Penelope hurled Galleth back to the castle's gate, Carmelita looked over him to make sure if he was okay.

Like Tennelita, Gallelita is quite a rare ship due to Carmelita already having a canon romantic relationship with Sly, as well as its very limited screen time, therefore it is seen as more of a crack ship or a friendship than an actual ship.
