Gelafries is the slash ship between Gelatin and Fries from the Battle for Dream Island fandom.

Battle for Dream Island Again[]
Fries tells Gelatin to spin the contest wheel until told that contestants are able to switch teams before the challenge is selected. After Gelatin switches to Match's team since it is larger, Fries follows him.
Gelatin and Fries both complain about TV making bad Cake at Stake themes. Later before the challenge starts, Gelatin spins the contest wheel after Fries says so once more.
Gelatin takes a fry from Fries and eats it, calling them disgusting and saying it tastes over a year old. Fries then yells that they actually are over a year old.
When Pencil points out that Fries was suppose to be poisoned from the last challenge, he tells her that Gelatin gave him a dose of anti-poison. Fries later recovers Gelatin when a new Hand-powered Recovery Center is made. During the challenge, Gelatin wants Golf Ball to chill out after killing Fries and freezes her as a result.
Fries yells at Gelatin after pushing off Golf Ball, Tennis Ball, and Rocky off of Puffball. When Gelatin defends himself for not having enough room, Fries stresses that they need all of their team members to the end and Gelatin now realizes what he's just caused. Fries yells to him that they must go back and get them as Puffball turns around to do so.
After Gelatin and Firey nearly fall off Puffball from tying their legs together, Fries is annoyed by them and thinks they should get kicked off the team when Golf Ball asks them what to do about it.
Gelatin is confused when Fries explains that he feels like it was just yesterday when they did the last episode. After Gelatin is forced to wear spike-throwing headphones, Fries winces when one of the spikes hits him and asks Gelatin how his blobs became so spiky. In the challenge when Gelatin is unsure of how to open the hotel's fancy room's doors, Fries tells him that it's motion sensoring and the two wave their arms to open the doors. After having to leave the fancy room, Gelatin wants to hide inside the bad room from Evil Leafy. Fries is doubtful because she'll still be able to capture them there but goes along with it when Gelatin responds that they don't have any other options.
When Gelatin and Firey switch to FreeSmart to obtain Ruby's Yoylite, Fries suggests that they at least stir up trouble at FreeSmart to help their team out.
Fries crashes his car right behind Gelatin's Steakhouse and dies, although Gelatin does not notice him as he walks out of the store.
Gelatin recovers Fries and Tennis Ball using a laser shooter to use the machine in Yoyleland all the way from the grasslands. He uses a grappling hook to drag them to the contest area, although Fries questions why he used such a sharp hook to get them there. At the start of the charades challenge, the two must figure out what Tennis Ball's gesture is. Unsure, Gelatin asks Fries who is also unsure after buzzed against when guessing that Tennis Ball is swinging his legs. After getting signals from Tennis Ball, Fries thinks that he is representing something that he is not and asks Gelatin what trait Tennis Ball does not have. Gelatin makes a joke that Tennis Ball isn't good at building shields based off of the previous challenge, angering Fries when this makes the trash compactor's crusher closer towards Tennis Ball. Asking Gelatin if he's okay with Tennis Ball being killed from his joke, Fries gets a comeback from him that he was alright with crashing his car which caused him, Tennis Ball, Pencil, and Ruby to die. Fries tries to get him to stop and when Gelatin calls him a cute little murderer, Fries threatens to fight him. However, he ends up accidentally guessing Tennis Ball's gesture correctly by the way he worded his remark. Gelatin and Tennis Ball then try to figure out what Fries' dancing means which ultimately does not work as Fries is later crushed by the trash compactor.
At Cake at Stake, Gelatin hopes that Fries isn't eliminated so he can continue getting free fries from him. Gelatin takes and eats a fry from him, angering Fries. Later when the two are revealed to be the bottom two, both Fries and Gelatin eat parts of themselves out of nervousness.

Fries reveals that Gelatin eating his fries is part of the reason why he needs to grow new ones for himself.
Battle for BFDI[]
Gelatin reaches out to take a fry from Fries but notices that two of them appear out of shape. When Gelatin calls the fries swollen, Fries is offended and takes it as him being called overweight. Gelatin does not mean it this way and explains how two of the fries appear yellow and bulbous, although Fries is further angered by him. Hearing that Gelatin's hungry, Fries tells him to eat the innards of someone else, making Gelatin slide away towards Barf Bag.
Using Lightning to help him hover over Fries, Gelatin tries again to take Fries' fries. However, he is caught by Donut in the process and is shouted at by him. Gelatin tells Lightning that they have to take whatever they can, biting into Fries' fries and inadvertently revealing that X was hiding inside.

Gelafries is fairly popular for the two characters in the Battle for Dream Island fandom. Their interchanges starting with the second season in BFDIA got fans to see a dynamic between them early on as the ship slowly grew from there. Recently, the revival of the second season depicting more of their frenemy relationship brought new attention to the two. Certain scenes, particularly Gelatin calling Fries a "cute little murder" and Fries getting up on his face because of it, as well as Gelatin constantly appreciating getting snacks from Fries, had been used to demonstrate reasonings for shippers enjoying the two. Common theme in fan art include Gelatin wanting to take a fry from Fries as well as more recent works adding more stylistic changes to the two in romantic art. Ships that often rival the pairing in terms of popularity include Gelapop, Gelafirey, Puffries, and Gelanut.
