- We love you. We love you. We love you.
- — Mimiko and Nanako love Geto[1]
Geto's Adoption Arc is the family ship between Suguru Geto, Nanako Hasaba and Mimiko Hasaba from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.
Canon[]
Gojo's Past Arc[]
Nanako and Mimiko lived in a small village. However, they were captured, beaten, and imprisoned by some of the villagers who believed they were the cause of all the deaths in the village. When Geto was sent to the village in order to investigate the cause of the deaths, the villagers wanted him to kill the two sisters. He killed all the villagers instead and took the two sisters with him. Later, Nanako and Mimiko watched as Geto took over the Star Religious Group.
Cursed Child Arc[]
One day, the sisters along with the other leaders are summoned to a meeting with Geto about creating a paradise for sorcerers. After the meeting, Geto brings all the leaders to the Tokyo College so he can talk Yuta and declare war to the other sorceres. The sisters and the others leave to a specific shop to eat some crêpes, since Nanako and Mimiko would only come if they went there next.
After Geto is killed, the sisters gets in an argument with their fellow allies about if and how they should get Geto's body back from the impostor that had taken over it. As they are about to fight, they are stopped by Larue who says they shouldn't fight and that they should go their separate ways in order to fulfill their different goals. Larue also comments about how they will meet up again since they are still a family.
Shibuya Incident Arc[]
The sisters helped Kenjaku during the Shibuya Incident in order to get Geto's body back from him. When Gojo is sealed and the cursed spirits leave, Nanako and Mimiko asks for Kenjaku to give back Geto's body. Kenjaku tells them that he won't give back the body and that they should have taken a binding vow with him. The two sisters then tell him that he will regret this decision.
Later, the sisters find a wounded Yuji. The two start to feed Yuji Sukuna's fingers to awaken him. When Sukuna awakens and decides to hear out what they have to say since they gave him one of his fingers. They ask for him to kill Kenjaku which Sukuna deems as disrespectful since they tried to bargain with him. He then slashes Mimiko to pieces. Horrified and enraged by her sister death, Nanako tries to fight Sukuna but she quickly meets the same fate as her sister.

Fanon[]
The 'Getou Suguru & Hasaba Mimiko & Hasaba Nanako' tag has 179 works under it. It is the twins most popular ship and Geto's fourth most popular ship, behind SatoSugu, SuguShoko and SuguYuu. Geto is a very popular character in the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom, therefore the ship is fairly popular too, especially since Geto canonically raised the twins as it was stated by Gege Akutami. The ship often appears in fanfiction and artwork next to SatoSugu with the idea that the two raised the twins together. Sometimes, Megumi Fushiguro and Tsumiki Fushiguro are included in Geto's Adoption Arc as many fans like the fanon idea that Gojo and, in this case, Geto raised them.
During Mothers Day on 2024 on Twitter, Tumblr and other social platforms were seen with fanart, discussion and some memes congratulating Suguru on Mother's Day.
