Globclipsa is the het ship between Globgor and Eclipsa Butterfly from the Star vs. the Forces of Evil fandom.

Despite being the daughter of Solaria the Monster Carver, it didn't stop a young Eclipsa from falling in love with Globgor. Who is her one true love, even though Eclipsa's queen duties has her marrying a Mewman named Shastacan, she prefers the hansom monster who gave up eating Mewmen for her. Because monsters like him are viewed as a danger by the Magic High Commission and the rest of Mewni, the two were fused to keep her relationship a secret. At some point Eclipsa's love for Globgor inspired her to leave both Shastacan and her crown so she can elope with him. They made the Monster Temple their new home after they got married and were looking forward to the years they'll have watching their Mewman/monster hybrid daughter, Meteora Butterfly grow up. When the Magic High Commission uncovered their relationship and the dark magic spells Eclipsa wrote into the Book of Magic, Rhombulus imprisoned the two in his crystals. Globgor was left frozen in the Monster Temple, while Eclipsa was left with the other criminals after they fond her guilty.

The two were kept apart from each other for over 3000 years, while history has labelled them as villains. As for their daughter, she is given to a Robot Mum who kept the identity of her birth family a secret and didn't gave Meteora the love and care that Eclipsa and Globor wanted to give their hybrid child. Due to the actions of Moon and Star Butterfly Eclipsa was finally able to free herself from her prison, but later ends being re-tried to see if she deserves a second chance or not. During the triel Hekapoo asks Eclipsa to conform or deny her choice to elope with Globgor, the former queen blushes at the holo-like gram image of her monster lover before telling the Commission that while it is true, Globgor's smile is one of the things she loves about him, along with her not being sorry about her falling in love with a monster. Despite what the Commission did to Eclipsa and her family, she didn't hold it against Star who wants to make things right, after Eclipsa is given back her magic wand and Meteora was turned back into a baby, she returns to the Monster Temple with be with Globgor again.

Even though the return of her wand has Eclipsa regaining her former role as queen, she makes Globgor her main priority as she looks for ways to free him from his crystal prison. Because of Globgor's past actions, Eclipsa knew that there would be those who would want her to put the kingdom before her feelings for Globgor, Eclipsa knew that she'll have to her attempts to free him a secret. Eclipsa had tried to make Rhombulus free Globgor for her, but he refused to and didn't like the way Eclipsa casted a body swap spell in an attempt do it herself. Until Star convinced Eclipsa to swap them back, but that hasn't stopped Eclipsa from looking in Star's mind to find the remains of the destroyed Book of Magic; Eclipsa restores the book after she got her hands on it. Once she found the spell that will grant Globgor his freedom, she uses her mind reading spell to tell her lover this after they shared a romantic moment. As much as Globgor wanted to be with his wife and child, he tells Eclipsa to keep him in the crystal until the people are ready to except him.

Eclipsa kept her promise to Globgor and after she has a talk with Star she agreed to focus on her queen duties after they have a coronation. Those who don't want Eclipsa to be their queen, however, freed Globgor in order to give her a bad image. Knowing that they'll harm his family, Globgor took off to protect them before Eclipsa could see him leave. Thinking that Eclipsa broke their promise as he fled. This didn't stop the Commission from capturing Eclipsa, who is shocked to learn that her lover is freed and tried to warn the people of this before they arrived. By the times Globgor reached the bog where he and Eclipsa had their dates, he is found by Star who gets him to go back after she informs him of the danger Eclipsa is in. The two were happy to see each other again and after Globgor asks Eclipsa about their promise she reassures him that she didn't brake it. Knowing that Eclipsa wouldn't free Globgor at her own coronation, Star realizes that it was Rhombulus who wanted to give Eclipsa a bad image. Globgor defending his wife when Rhombulus tried to reseal her in crystal again and the way he saved her child from the flames, however, the people begin to see Globgor in a new light and expect the feelings Eclipsa has for him. With Globgor finally freed and the excepted by the people, Eclipsa expressed her queen duties while Globgor serves as her King.

Meteora Butterfly

Meteora is Globgor and Eclipsa's Mewman/monster hybrid daughter. After her parents were sealed away in crystal and with her mother's ex-husband wanting nothing to do with her, along with the the Magic High Commission worried that her half monster heritage and her mother's family magic wand being passed down to her would endanger in the future, Meteora gets placed in the care of St. Olga who renames the baby, Miss Heinous. To keep Meteora's connection to the royal Butterfly Family a secret, the Magic High Commission replaced Meteora with a peasant girl they named Festivia, while making the replacement princess think that her parents were Eclipsa and King Shastacan. The truth they tried to keep buried resurfaced after Miss Heinous learned who her birth parents are and sneaks revenge on those who denied her the throne. Luckily Eclipsa's love for her daughter turned Meteora back into a baby and gets re-raised with the love only Globgor and Eclipsa can give their daughter. After the two helped Star and Moon defeat Mina Loveberry by destroying the magic, Eclipsa decides that she wants Meteora to be like Star.

Globclipsa has support from being a canon ship in the Star vs. the Forces of Evil series, but because they didn't appear philocaly together in the series until during the second part of the final season, it resulted in the ship having a small fanbase, but a few loyal supporters who enjoy forbitten and unique romances. That is why AO3 currently has 60+ fanfics, along with Globclipsa having a decent size fanbase on Tumblr. Most of those fanworks reflect on Eclipsa and Globgors' earlier years before they were sealed in two separate crystal prisons, the two catching up lost time and Globclipsa family moment from the cartoon. That is why some Globclipsa fans like to inculde their daughter in their fanworks. Due to them being separate species couple, fans have Globclipsa compared with TomStar, ship between Tom's parents and even Meteposa, along with comparing them with other similar couples from outside the SVTOE fandom.
