GojoMei is the het ship between Satoru Gojo and Mei Mei from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.
Canon[]
Satoru Gojo and Mei Mei have known each other for more than 10 years. When Gojo was accepted into Jujutsu High, Mei Mei was in her fourth year, which makes her his senior by three years.
Gojo’s Past Arc[]
Chronologically, the two first appear together during Gojo’s Past Arc. When Mei Mei and her classmate Utahime go on a mission and get trapped within a spirit's barrier, they disappear for two days. Gojo and his classmates Suguru and Shoko get sent to help them. When they arrive and get rid of the curse, Mei Mei asks Gojo if he would console her if she was crying and adds that she wouldn’t mind him comforting her. Gojo says that she is too strong and wouldn't cry. Mei Mei seems pleasantly surprised at that and she lets out a small chuckle. When they discuss the circumstances that didn’t allow Mei Mei and her classmate contact the college, Gojo says that the mansion must have been under some time manipulating barrier. He clarifies that they thought something was wrong even though such strong sorcerer as Mei Mei was handling the operation.
Cursed Child Arc[]
Ten years later, when Suguru Geto visits Jujutsu High in Tokyo to declare war on the jujutsu world, Gojo and Mei are both there to welcome him. Mei is seen with her battle axe standing behind Gojo, ready to fight.
Kyoto Goodwill Event Arc[]
In present day, the two are reunited again during the Kyoto Sister-Schools Exchange Event. Mei Mei, as an independent sorcerer, aids the college faculty with the event surveillance. She and Gojo, along with other faculty members, are seen in the teachers’ room watching young sorcerers. When Mei Mei notices Maki Zenin’s strength, she wonders why the girl hadn’t been promoted from grade 4, and Gojo says that he agrees with her on that. He explains that it’s all due to the Zenin clan’s interference. Gojo notices how video feed around Yuji seems to be inconsistent and asks Mei whose side she is on. Mei says that the animals are faulty and adds that she doesn’t believe in anything that cannot be exchanged for money. Satoru quips in saying that she must be talking from personal experience.
Death Painting Arc[]
When Gojo’s first years finish their mission, Gojo contacts Mei Mei, transfers 10 million yen (around 91 thousand dollars) to her bank account and says that he relies on her. She receives the check and starts laughing. Some time later she visits principal Gakuganji in order to promote first and second year Tokyo students to first grade sorcerers.
Shibuya Incident Arc[]
Both Gojo and Mei Mei take active participation in the Shibuya event. When Mei, her brother Ui Ui, and Yuji discuss their plan, Ui Ui says that Gojo is too arrogant for making Mei go as a back-up. Mei says that Gojo is not an ordinary guy, and her brother tells her she isn’t ordinary either. When Gojo gets sealed by Kenjaku, Mechamaru contacts Yuji and Mei and breaks the news to them. Mei Mei doesn’t believe him at first. After Kokichi explains the situation and adds that they are being pursued by curses, Mei says they should get going to check on Gojo. Mei Mei says it would be interesting to have Gojo be indebted to her.
When Mei sees Kenjaku, in Geto's body, she wonders how it is possible that he is still alive and whether Gojo could have been the traitor working with him all along. She, however, rejects this line of thought as she says Gojo wouldn't need any help or allies to kill every human in the country of Japan.
Shinjuku Showdown Arc[]
Mei Mei streams Gojo's battle against Sukuna though her crows' vision. She tells Ui Ui that, without betting, she can earn 5 million yen by selling pay-per-view broadcasts. She states, before this event, she has never been so happy to have that technique. During the fight, Mei Mei appears to be surprised and worried when Gojo seems to be losing.

Fanon[]
GojoMei appears to be a small ship, as the two rarely appear together. Fans of the ship have noted Mei’s flirting in Gojo's Past Arc, when Gojo was 16, and their light banter during the Kyoto Exchange Event and believe she and Gojo could be having an on-and-off affair. Another thing that attracts fans' attention is Mei's outstanding tactical intellect and her fighting skills. She claims that she hasn't been defeated or injured for a very long time, which proves her to be a very proficient fighter. Unlike Gojo, who is considered the strongest sorcerer, Mei believed that her innate technique, crow manipulation, made her weak. However, just like him, she trained herself to her absolute limit to become the strongest version of herself, which made her very effective in fight, and granted her the status of grade one sorcerer. Interestingly enough, Gojo calls Mei "strong" in his Past Arc, a term that he doesn't often use in relation to other sorcerers and doesn't hand out to others easily. Fans believe that the two could make for a perfect battle couple.

- Mei Mei loves money and Gojo is known to be a very rich man.
- Both were enrolled in college via family lineage.[1]
- Kanji for Satoru's name (悟) means "enlightment", "to see the light". Kanji for Mei's name (冥) means "dark".
- In anime, both Gojo and Mei wear clothes of dark purple.
- Mangaka Gege Akutami mentioned that chapter's title "Accomplices" refers to all duos who appeared in Chapter 63, which makes Gojo and Mei Mei accomplices too.
- Gojo doesn't show respect to his seniors unless they prove their worth, but almost always addresses Mei as "Mei-san", which is the proper way to address a senior.
- Both their techniques have to do with eyes: with the help of Six Eyes, Gojo is able to percieve every atom at every given moment through his eyes; Mei Mei is able to see what she needs to through the eyes of the crows she has under her control.
- Through her Bird Manipulation technique, Mei is able to apply Bird Strike that enables her to exorcise a special grade cursed spirit in a single blow. According to Mei, no one other than Satoru Gojo has ever survived Bird Strike.[2] In Jujutsu Kaisen Fanbook, mangaka Gege Akutami confirmed that after his battle with Toji, Gojo asked Mei to try it on him.[3]
