Gokuwada is the slash ship between Gonta Gokuhara and Mondo Owada from the Danganronpa fandom.
Canon[]
Mondo is a character in Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc, and Gonta is a character from Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. As such, the characters do not share a "canon" and do not interact. Additionally, both of the characters are canonically deceased. As they come from different games in the franchise, they would be considered a crossover ship, or a cross-game ship. In the world of Danganronpa v3, Mondo is a fictional character so he and Gonta could never truly meet.
In the non-canonical Ultimate Talent Development Plan, the pair share a few interactions. Their first is at the Hope's Peak Sports Festival, where Mondo comments that he's never seen someone bigger than him before. Gonta says that he's never played basketball before, and Mondo says that Gonta's like a big puppy. Gonta says he likes puppies, but not as much as he likes bugs. Mondo declares that they'll settle the argument over which is better -- dogs or bugs -- using the basketball game.
Later, the two meet over the winter break. Mondo can instantly sense that Gonta is upset about something. When he presses, Gonta admits that he's feeling dejected because graduation is around the corner and he's yet to prove that he's a gentleman. Mondo tells Gonta that he thinks he's a great guy, which Gonta seems surprised by. This comment instantly improves Gonta's mood. Gonta tells Mondo that he may actually be a better gentleman than Gonta is, but Mondo quickly refutes that. Gonta ends the conversation with a reinvigored spirit and a smile on his face.
In the non-canonical Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp, Gokuwada share a brief interaction. Mondo is searching for a new talent, and is considering carpentry. He runs into Gonta, who suggests that Mondo build a house for him and his bugs. Gonta describes his dream house to Mondo, and Mondo is very impressed by the ideas. Mondo declares that Gonta's house will be the first one he builds as a carpenter.

Gokuwada is considered a rarepair in the Danganronpa fandom. As the characters come from two different games and only interact in non-canon material, they are also considered a crossover ship. Gokuwada currently only has 3 fics on AO3, and 1 platonic fic. Their ship likely sailed as a result of their interactions in UTDP and Danganronpa S. Another reason for this ship may be their shared status as the largest male characters in their respective games. Gokuwada is rivalled by more popular ships, such as Ishimondo.
