Goobot is the non-binary ship between Goo and Bot from the Inanimate Insanity fandom.
Canon[]
In the intro, Bot falls onto Goo and bounces back.
In "Stranded in Paradise", they are both put on the same team, formerly called Pink Team, now The Pinkers. In the challenge, they both, alongside Fan and Test Tube get inside Cabby and successfully fall into the pipe, making their team win.
In "The Shame of the Name", Goo asks Bot (who then went under the alias of Bow) what should their team name be. Bot says it should be "just pink". When MePhone4 asks Pink Team what their name is, Bot anxiously yells out "The Pinkers". As MePhone4 looks disappointed, they whisper to Goo to help them come up with a reason. Later, when Goo asks Bot if they're working with Cabby, Bot exclaims how she's scary.
In "Snapshot Showdown", Goo is seen carrying Bot, possibly trying to take a picture of someone, until Yin-Yang snaps a picture of them, but it ended up looking blurry. Later in the episode, the duo spots The Sinkers. Bot yells out in a happy tone how it's an eight-legged monster. They then later say how that's the number of legs it takes them to be frightened, thus they and Goo start screaming.
In "Tragedy at 60 Feet", when Cabby pushes Clover off a cliff, Bot, Goo and Test Tube look shocked and frightened.
In "Try Not to Laugh Challenge", Bot tells Clover she could use some "cheering up", coining the name for their and Goo's duo "The Cheer Factory".
In "Best Served Cold", Bot and Goo go to Candle's "Aura Readings" stand. They both struggle with pronouncing the word 'aura'. After Candle reads Goo's aura, Bot asks what theirs is. As the dramatic pause stretches out, The Floor terrifies Goo and makes Bot jump off of him. Later, Bot and Goo are separated from each other into new teams. As Goo notices Bot's disappearance, he becomes saddened about the fate of the Cheer Factory, even calling it the Cheer LLC.
In "Out of Body Experience", after Cabby's file on Bow was burnt in Bot's hands, they ask Goo how they're going to get answers about themself, possibly how they could've ripped out a chip that was inside them. They then said they should possibly ask Candle about their aura, to which Goo anxiously replies that answers are like popcorn. He then runs away in the end.
In "Title TBD", while Goo is chilling 'round his porcupines, he spots Bot who has a new mechanic: they can stretch their legs, making them higher. Goo seems frightened by it, though, believing it was a medieval rack. They reassure him that it was just Test Tube who build it in. They then confess that they're actually a robot. Goo says that it's amazing, with Bot replying they can stretch just like him. When Goo calls Bot 'Bow', they warn how it's not their name and, for now, it's 'TBD' (To Be Determined). He takes it literally and calls them 'TBD' throughout the entire episode, which makes Bot a bit uncomfortable. During the challenge, when Nickel asks Goo what role they want to take part in, he says that he wants to celebrate his "automated ally" (aka Bot). He gets the role of the writer and writes a movie about Bot and accepting them. They find the movie confusing and get uncomfortable. When Goo gets eliminated, Bot goes over to see him. When he asks if they liked the movie, they said they did, but that it was too much for them. Goo agrees and says it's like they wanted a slice of cake and he gave them the whole bakery.
In "Spring on the Breakfast!", when Bot got launched into Indefinite Island, they fell onto Goo who was happy to see them, but sad because they got eliminated.
In "Blue Buried", Bot, Goo and the rest of the eliminated contestants were heading away from Indefinite Island.
In "You Can't Do This Forever", both Bot and Goo voted for Cabby to win.
Fanon[]
Goobot is not ranked much high when it comes to popularity, but it is still liked by fans. The two create a perfect duo, with Bot being the nice and sympathetic one, while Goo is cheerful and likes being Bot's companion, although sometimes he can be too much. Some, however, do not have a positive review on it because of Goo making Bot uncomfortable in "Title TBD". Most notable rival would be Gooberry, the slash ship between Goo and Blueberry.
There is not much work done on the ship since it's not really popular amongst the fans of Inanimate Insanity.
