GrapeFrog is the het ship between Minoru Mineta and Tsuyu Asui from the My Hero Academia fandom.
Canon[]
Minoru and Tsuyu are both members of Class 1-A at UA High School. As such, they are often seen together, either in class or in training exercises. In the USJ arc, Minoru and Tsuyu are sent to the Shipwreck Zone with Izuku Midoriya. Tsuyu is seen rescuing Minoru from the water, and then the three work together to defeat the villains in their area With Tsuyu even giving Mineta praise. Tsuyu hops out of the water zone, carrying both Minoru and Izuku. The trio then swim back to shore, where they watch the fight between Tomura Shigaraki and Shota Aizawa. When the villains say they intend to leave, Minoru grabs onto Tsuyu's chest out of relief. She startles at the touch, and then shoves Minoru underwater. Tsuyu continues her conversation with Izuku as Minoru struggles in the water.
In season 2, Minoru and Tsuyu pair up with Mezo Shoji at the Sport's Festival. They utilize Mezo's quirk and their small statures by hiding within his dupli-arms for the Cavalry battle. However, Tsuyu admits that she only agreed to partner with Minoru because she believed he had a good plan for winning. Unfortunately, their team does not manage to make it to the next round of the Festival. They watch the rest of the tournament from the audience together, including Izuku's fight with Shoto Todoroki. Tsuyu and Minoru, along with Tenya Iida and Ochako Uraraka visit Izuku in the hospital after his fight, as he managed to break multiple bones in his body.
In the Stain arc, the students discuss their internship possibilities. Minoru fantasizes about working with Mount Lady, and Tsuyu warns him to stop having perverted thoughts. During the School Festival arc, Minoru suggests that their class run a topless bar. Tsuyu responds by tying him up and hanging him from the ceiling of the classroom. While Tsuyu and Minoru are on different fronts for the Paranormal Liberation War, they do end up working together in the aftermath. When Katsuki Bakugou tries to storm into Izuku's hospital room to check on him, Minoru, Rikido, Ochako, and Tsuyu are seen restraining him. In the Dark Hero arc, Tsuyu and Minoru work together again. Minoru is able to capture Izuku with his Mineta Beads thanks to the help of Tsuyu's tongue.
Tsuyu is often seen berating Minoru for having perverted thoughts. She has been seen hitting him with her tongue, and tying him up. Tsuyu is the female character that interacts the most with Minoru out of all the students in Class 1-A, and they are shown to have good chemistry on the battlefield.
Fanon[]
This is a relatively popular ship for Minoru, who doesn't often receive attention from the fandom in fanworks. GrapeFrog currently has over 50 works on AO3. The ship likely sailed as a result of their interactions together, even if Tsuyu seems more annoyed by Minoru than anything else. They are also both seen as members of the Dekusquad, although most fans do not include Minoru in their interpretation of the group.
GrapeFrog is rivalled by TsuChako for Tsuyu, and DekuNeta for Minoru.
