Wembley Park Theatre[]
As the Engine's and Coach's are all getting introduced to Pearl, the engines argue that Pearl needs to listen to them. Dinah tells them all to get lost, but Greaseball comes over and starts pushing Pearl around. Dinah tells her to stop it, but Greaseball tells her to shut it. Dinah says she won't and that Pearl deserves respect from the engine's. Dinah and the other coach's then tell the other engine's to go away as they start getting to know Pearl.
After Electra shows up, Greaseball shows up. Dinah tells everyone that Greaseball is the champion, and for all the other girls to back off, as Greaseball is her girlfriend. She dances back up for Greaseball, till she takes center stage. Greaseball the sees Dinah getting closer and flexes her bicep, which Dinah grabs and swoons over. Dinah begins swooning again as Greaseball reminds everyone that she's the biggest and the strongest. With Dinah cheering in agreement when Greaseball says she's also so pretty. Electra then steps forward and says that they'll be the new champion, but Greaseball says they'll have to beat diesel. They brag, with Dinah skating over to join in. She tries to take Greaseball's hand, but Greaseball knocks it away. Dinah is confused and sadly skates away.
The race is set to begin, and Control announces the competitors on track 1, Greaseball and Dinah. Dinah happily gets onto the track attaching herself to Greaseballs back. She then gives Greaseball a little shoulder rub, and the race begins. The two are leading the pack, when Electra shocks them, separating them and putting them in last place. They then quickly rejoin and are able to make it to the end, winning a place in the finals.

GreaseDinah is one of the most popular ships in the StEx fandom. GreaseDinah experienced a resurgence after the 2024 London production. With the relationship gaining traction from queer fans due to the production flipping Greaseball's gender to female. Making the relationship between the two now a queer one. On AO3, GreaseDinah is the most written ship for both Greaseball and Dinah. It is also the most written ship in the Starlight Express fandom. There are currently 100 written works.
