Greaseponents is the poly ship between Greaseball, Joule, Krupp, Purse, Killerwatt, Wrench and Volta from the Starlight Express fandom.
Canon[]

Las Vegas[]
Electra appears with their components who he takes away when Greaseball appears. Joule, Wrench and Volta however, quickly become attracted to him and join the coaches in fawning over him, leaving Krupp and Purse with Electra. However, as Greaseball leads the girls around the stage, Purse and Krupp end up joining them and fawn over Greaseball as well. All five of them joining in on the final pose with the coaches. Electra then returns and the components quickly go back to his side, backing him up as he challenges Greaseball.
Wembley Park[]
After Electra makes their entrance with their components, Greaseball makes her entrance and the five skate off. Near the end of "Pumping Iron", Killerwatt, Wrench, Joule and Volta return to watch her display. Electra appears and Greaseball turns to look at the group, saying that Electra will have to beat diesel. The components then tell her that electricity is taking charge before skating down towards her. Those she takes off to take her place at the top before they meet in the middle.

Greaseponents is a rare ship in the StEx fandom. Mostly due to Greaseball not having many significant interactions with the components. With it mostly being relegated to various combinations of them being interested in him during Pumping Iron. Most often the ship is between Greaseball and the original five components. With Killerwatt rarely being part of the relationship. This is due to Killerwatt not being part of the show when most fans were shipping Greaseball with the components. The poly ship is sometimes a background element of many Greased Lightning fics. With it being implied or outright stated that by being with Electra, Greaseball is also with the components as well. Its rival ships include GreaseDinah, Arson Girlfriends, Krupplectra, Electric Money, Frozen Lightning, RustyWrench and Electrawatt.
